After many centuries of the five Elders ruling a group of of people called the Shinuari who live in mountains of the Elder's City thinks all life should end at a appropriate time that the gods allow. Their leader Kentou strives to make an equality throughout the world. Sending a troop of 10,000 warriors they marched to the city. Orders to have the elders brought alive though the troops marched in they never found the elders. Thus they started spreading through out the land.

A child Syn Brandiwyne is visited by an Elder of Sight. The elder, appearing as an old human woman, takes pity on him and his family, who live in squalor. The elder leads him to a cave on the outskirts of Magreb. Inside the cave are chests full of money and treasure, as well as various books about magic, some of which are filled with research on Essence Crystals. (This event goes between the Age of the Petty Princess and Artificial Essence Crystals Discovered. Hope I did an okay job!)

A meeting is brought to the Brother's of Dusk and The Sister's of Twilight. The Sisters, Shinai and Pilo are warriors leading a group of warriors that wish for peace to be brought to the regions and the people in prosperity. For they were raised in the poor village of Ruka' where only the nobles have better survival than those and they live no where near the village. Long after the Ohsi had secured their Dominion over the Elders' former slave races and the fledgling nations of Man, so drunk on power and so convinced of their inherited divinity over them had the Ohsi become that the torture of the "vermin" had become commonplace. So common and frequent were these horrific acts of barbarism that one Ohsi, Kambrik Vrew, devised a concerto using the screams of tortured "vermin" as the instruments. So shocked, angry and desperate were their Ohsi's subject peoples that The Revolt of the Vermin that brought an end to the Dominion was a direct result.

It is said that they are agents of the gods, sent to the mortal realm to observe and guide those who are lost.
