Tempest the storm dragon's eyes lulled shut as he curled up in his current lair, though it could hardly be called that. However he had tired of the keep his former kobold minions had built him, tired of playing the part of a man. He was after all a dragon. He desired to be a dragon, to soar through the skies as he once had when he was younger with fewer worries. He sighed wistfully as he thought on the city he left behind. It was a pleasant distraction for a few centuries.

With a powerful yawn, the dragon put his weight onto his hind legs, lighting crackling around his powerful frame, thunder rumbling from him as his joined cracked and groaned in protest as he stood on his legs once more his eyes taking in the snowy mountain bellow as he stepped forward out of the entrance of the mouth of his new home. A light smile crested his features as his wings spread, crackling with energy, the sky above him darkening with his mere presence as his powerful hind legs coiled and sprung him forward into the air, the lighting radiating from his form causing the sky to thunder below as he soared through the sky, making his presence known for miles, laughter leaving the ancient wyrm as he soared through the sky, which likely came across as a bellowing roar to those bellow as he reaquianted himself with the sky he'd once taken as his domain in the past.
