Asking how "bump" works.

So I have been seeing in a handful of posts that the poster will put "bump" in the comments and I was curious on what that dose exactly. From the look of it, doing that makes the post become visible again\refreshes it so that people see it again. Is that all or is there more to it??? Would very much appreciate some help as I am still trying to figure this website out.

Ooh yeah bump is to just let people know they are still looking for someone to do the RP so they give it a refresh by bumping it which really isn't necessary you can just go into your post edit it from either EcchiText Me to Comment and vice versa that will also put your post back on the top without all those comments of bumping being done over and over  It seriously defeats the purpose in my eyes if you go into a RP AD and see like 20 comments just being Bump from the Creator of the Post which is why I do it the other way.

At least this is the only reason I have found for people using the word Bump in Comments of their RP ADs, I do hope this helps

I see. Thank you for letting me know! Was just super curious and all. Also good to know there are other ways to put the post/rp back up without needing to do that.
