General OOC Discussion!

I ran out of time but I got a first draft of a brief history. It's open to ideas and suggestions, I'll take anything into consideration. You may notice I don't mention android creation, or alien contact because I'm leaving those parts a little vague unless anyone wants a set historical element to it.

Personally, I find my character so complex that it might be best left vague. Mine is so advanced we either have to make that up for it or we just say she comes from another galaxy (As I did in another club)

Another galaxy, another dimension. It all sounds awesome. I think we have a pretty well formed team to start our party in the stars. What are your thoughts, captain?

I believe he’s working on the history as well as potential events for us to discuss as a group and then we’ll be ready…..if I’m not mistaken.

We are all a team here. Nothing wrong with the team leader throwing in his vote, too. It’s not like your vote counts as multiple votes.

Alright folks! So I think to keep things simple and easy to follow this will be the format for the group session RP for the time being. We will take turns (for fairness give everyone 48 hours to respond before posting again unless it's your turn) example

This is not the permanent rotation, just for New Awakenings, that way we don't leave folks behind and give everyone a healthy chance to post.

The fact I'm last could work. It leaves the time for all to act before the ship's anthroid greets the meatbags. I-I mean, the crew... Let people realize where they are as they open their eyes. And suddenly, little cat thing.

Hey, out of curiosity, does anybody have a particular voice in mind when they think of their characters? For me, I can’t help but think Steve Blum as Mugen from Samurai Champloo or Spike from Cowboy Bebop.

When I play males, I actually usually give them my voice... I know, how fucking trash. Lmao

Females I actually a voice in my head for them that I can't always place.

Hmmmm it’s tough. I don’t always land on specific voices just vibes. But if u had to choose….Mirage sounds like the president from Kakegurui, or a bit like Sanaa Lathan. As for Dr. Ivy, I think if her sounding like a chipper, higher pitched sort of voice. Fast talking at times too. Hmmm, I can’t quite think of an exact character reference though.

Me having no idea what voice Warning has. She just have some girl voice but I never really thought about it. At any rates, I managed to "pull" something up but I wasn't sure of what I was doing right yet.
