welcome to ecchi !  i don't think those fetishes are against TOS. pretty sure i've seen macro requests before. not sure about weight gain. i haven't seen clubs geared specifically towards those, but i'd have a look at the dark urges one, where people are a bit more " out there ".

I don't think I've seen any rules about certain fetishes being off limit, just that illegal content isn't allowed.

i believe most limits are for photos, but not writing. the dark urges is basically for darker kinks or kinks that are rare and more " out there ". it's listed under my profile picture, so have a look at their description and rules and see if it suits your fancy.
