Of Blighted Moons is a Vampire/Werewolf set in modern day Montana, in the city of Pine Heath. . Pine Heath has been around since the first settlers of the state, however predating them are the mysterious Blackthorne Family who live just East of the city. Secretly, the Blackthorne's are an old coven of vampires dating back to the Roman era. Similarly, West of Pine Heath is the Half Moon Reserve where the Midnight Wolf Pack live, finding freedom in the thick and wilds of Montana itself since just after the founding of Pine Heath. Both factions have found themselves at odds with each other, however they also abide by the laws of the land as to not bring attention to themselves from civilians and potential outside enemies.

The best kind of desires are the ones that you are not 'supposed' to have. The fleeting thought about a sibling. The urge to be a little closer to your mother. The source of all those daddy issues. The ultimate temptation of savoring the fruits of your own offspring.
