I also like your points and explanations Tripp. While people could use common sense and moral to dictate laws I am not sure that would work either. I think law problems are a complex one. For example: Country 1) All laws are based on religion and there are two types of police. State police and religious police. One deals with serious serious actual crimes while the other deals more with moral crimes and rarely gets involved in actual crimes. I think the only way we can prevent the whole doing a heist and being all "I got away with it because there was no one in character to see it lolololo" that we could have a notification sent out to players (Like a RP news cast pm) that basically reports on the crime or something. Because even if they got away someone would find out sooner or later. Just like in Payday2 you will have a very hard time getting no one to alert others about goings on. Hell they creators did such a damn good job programming it, simply because if you restart a mission things change around. For example; On the first around there is a security guard in the jewel store, a crack hoe down an ally and two safes. But if you mess up and restart thing change up. On the second time around one of the roads is blocked off by police cars, there is a hot dog cart which are undercover cops, the alley has two guards patrolling the place and there is no safe. Each time it will change but play it enough and you learn all the signs and tricks. However say the person rp that they did a heist and doesn't go into big detail about who or what was there, the rp admin or mods can easily add witnesses that weren't seen and notified the police after the person leaves. The staff can then send a pm that would be a news cast thing to say about the heist and stuff. Sorry if I side tracked... I think I will stop for now because I have too many ideas that are floating around and that I can't put into words. Sorry if this doesn't make any sense either!

In my opinion I think we should look at it from a basic political philosophy and social science point of view. By this I mean going down to the basics and asking ourselves this: What is society? What is government? How are they formed? And for from there. From what I have seen on all roleplay sites; they all seem to go on laws/rules of common sense or lores of the universe in which characters are from. Now while this is good it also creates a bit of a problem in some countries. For example; in some places in the world being gay is against the law. (Punishable by death) In other places it isn't law but simple homophobic belief that being gay is as bad as incest. While in other places being gay is fully accepted I hope I am making sense here. I guess what I am trying to say is that maybe instead of thinking about country laws and such that perhaps we push those a side and ask the questions above about Blackberry Falls? To Manni: That is quite a blunt statement and I can see where that impression comes from. (I have been to a lot of adult sites that give the same impression!) However a quick look around does show that a lot of time and effort has gone into the roleplay sections. I am sure if people came here for a quickie that they would have requested a section in which they can get their socks off without the strings of the sections but I haven't really seen any other sections like it so I assume not. I guess if people want to get their jollies off without plot then we shouldn't stop them. I think as long as they don't break the ToS of the site then we should just let people go at it. I will admit now; even though I am strong on sex WITH plot, there are times when sex WITHOUT plot can be amazing. (Sometimes even leads onto plots!) At the end of the day I don't think it is anyone else's problem if people are just too cyber hungry to care about the time and effort put into this place. I am not going to say that I know what the staff of the roleplay section are thinking but I have a feeling they just care that people follow the rules and that the more serious roleplayers appreciate the work put in. While I haven't roleplayed here, (still on the fence and considering things.) as a veteran roleplayer I can certainly see how much has been put in and I applaud them for it all. All in all I wouldn't worry about what short termers are here for. I would be worrying more about now and any and all effort from anyone. :) -- I think I'll end it here. ^_^;;

As far as I understand from this documentary: What is quoted from you isn't the only reason people are Asexual. People who are Asexual literally have no sexual attraction to anyone or thing at all. They have no desire to have children either. The only thing they do have is the desire for closeness, cuddle and loving based relationships. However, those who do not yet realise they are Asexual will have sex with a partner but only out of a feelings of guilt or obligation. When they have intercourse it has been described like this: Females: They will do whatever their partner wishes but will never climax. The whole experience feels very uncomfortable for them but they push past it because they love the person. Males: Like females they will do as their partner wishes and climaxing is more of a basic male function than out of pleasure. -- Unfortunately for Asexuals their sexuality is considered a big joke and (like Pan-sexuality) isn't recognised as a proper sexuality by the LGBT community. I am glad someone understands where I am coming from. I am much in the same. I think all good roleplayers have a little of themselves in each character they play. I mean, how else can you write properly? I think on some level you have to think and feel what the character is in order to put things into words. I know what you mean about the lists and have spent months touching up a thread on what I do and don't like and all that jazz. Ya know, until I saw these lists I never knew that stuff like it existed nor the proper terms for stuff. I will also say that it took me a good 30 minutes to first fill one out and then after wards I just sat there in awe at the box I had opened. I also wasn't sure what to think at just how much detail I had put in! If you like I can message you or Tripp or both some more shots just to show you how detailed places can be? :o

I am glad you both like the idea and hope others do too! I didn't intend for it to be copied but I figured if I showed you that could possibly make your own version since there are different sites out there that have this type of thing but different variants, like The Rabbit Hole and F-List. While I did notice the hentai niche I know that is more of a preference of the type of hentai you like and not what you like to roleplay. It is part of the reason I figured I'd present the idea to you. Perhaps create a data base or something in which you can click "Roleplay preferences" or something like that. I also thought it would be cool to have an explanation on what different activities and genres that people can have in their roleplays. (As seen in one of the screen caps) I am not sure if you have had this problem on this site but all the sites I have visited and played on all ended up in drama because some players did not know how to separate players from characters which didn't end too well. For example: 1) There was this one lady who liked collecting male pets and didn't take too kindly when I started playing one on one with "her" pet, even though I wasn't even playing with the character who was her character's pet. Plus it wasn't even fully sexual. It was just vanilla themed stuff that we all fancy from time to time. However it didn't matter to her. She got jealous of me for some reason and attacked me not just on the forums or in chat but also tried to hack me. I did end up reporting her to her isp and she has been banned from the site where I used to play. But the drama still makes me paranoid when I play. 2) There was this guy who didn't take to kindly to the fact that I had one of my characters have many "relationships" or "owners." Even though I explained they were different realities and cannons so had nothing to do with each other, he still didn't like it and demanded for me to choose him over them. I ended up getting into a big argument with him in which he wasn't too nice about me nor my character. A few days later he came creeping back to me and asked me to make a character just for him. I politely told him where to go... 3) Another time someone outright refused to play with me because I was in a relationship in real life. I was shocked to say the least. Apparently he refuses to roleplay with people who are "mated" because he got into a massive amount of trouble and drama before. To say it was a shame was an understatement but when someone says no to me I will back off. It is these along with a few other bits which are the reasons of why I no longer roleplay and haven't for a long while. However that does not stop me taking interest in what you have here and feeling like I can give some suggestions. :) All in all I think one of the major problems on some roleplay sites is not knowing how keep characters and players apart and I guess I kind of hoped that bringing this suggestion here would help stop that if there is that issue here. If not then I am very glad and you would be the first site I have come across in which that isn't an issue. :) Sorry for the ramble! ;0;

I have been browsing around your roleplay sections I noticed there are threads in which people's ons and offs are listed. Now while this is great and I know this place isn't just for roleplay; I was wondering if you had considered creating a kink list of sorts for people to put on their profiles? Something like this for example: (Images are pretty big!) The above is taken from a site that I used to rp on and I apologise if anything listed offends or upsets anyone. How it works on that site is that you are allowed up to a certain amount of character profiles and after that you then have to pay for premium membership to get more. The premium membership also pays for advertisements so people can see the type of roleplay you are after and all that lovely stuff. The roleplays take place either in different chatrooms they have, on their forums, by notes or other methods outside. If you have any other questions about it that aren't made clear in the pictures I will be more than happy to answer. But yeah. That is my suggestion. Maybe something like that?

Sane people are a rare breed these days! The clips were kinda pushing it which I why I said sorry, but I am glad they are allowed! They would probably get their jimmy's ruffled over the height thing but who knows with them any more! (I heard their government is a lot worse than Cameron!) I think what is worse is if the woman had breast cancer and couldn't afford to have surgery to have her breasts back again. One would then question if someone would be classed as a pedo for having sex with a former breast cancer patient. Hmmm where to start on this one. This subject has always been contentious to my understanding. For example; some places have taken the law to prosecute people for the most stupid things and discriminate against women due to breast size. There is also label that liking it automatically makes you a paedophile. (Which it doesn't) The cases I am speaking of are the following: Texas: A man was taken to court and given jail time due to the fact he had lolicon manga collection and general memorabilia. Nothing harmful but enough to make people paint him with the pedo brush. The manga in question was Dance in the Vampire Bund. (I have seen it in anime form and it is pretty interesting.) He has now been placed on the sex offenders register and is never allowed to have children. All because he owned a manga about a vampire queen There is NO sexual content in the manga at all. In this day an age women don't need any more pressures on how they should look and porn used to back that up. But thanks to this law women are paranoid that they won't get a partner because they are too flat chested. Sweden: A man has been jailed for life simply for having artwork of children. (He drew it himself) The pictures weren't pornographic or questionable. To my understanding he just enjoyed drawing them and having paintings. === While I understand the reasoning for there being a limit on loli and shota I really think laws need to be made clearer to stop innocent people being hit in the cross fire and to clear up confusion, since that is all it seems to be doing. I personally think it is ok given context and age. Anything below 13 and involves rape is no go for me and just wrong. I think if everywhere were to clamp down on loli or shota then lots of fanboys and fangirls would lose their minds. Here are a few clips from animes which feature shota and loli. They are all legal and have been licensed by MangaUK and MVM so nobody should get into trouble for them. I was just browsin around the interwebs to see if I could find somewhere where I could chat to like minded people. I hope I have found that. I mean, google and bing have to be useful for something other than buying everything up right? I hope to make some friends and have some interesting conversations. I will also give advanced warning that I might not always be 100% active. Lastly to whoever made the image check for this site?
