That sounds like a challenge cause....  "pretty much limitless" is very very very far away from "limitless"...

Gidgy the supreme ruler of all likes her boys to be of a particular type. Specifically she likes them thin, legless, and incontinent, but not from weakness -- from strength! The only ones who'd please her would need to prove themselves first. They must come to her healthy and willingly comply with her wishes to transform themselves.

First they'd eat their own flesh. She'd watch as he would slowly eat his feet, then lower legs, and finally thighs and own ass. Using the small torch to cauterize himself to keep from bleeding out. 

Next he'd have to wear a diaper as he'll be chained to the floor in her audience call for all to see him prove his devotion.

Finally, to stay thin, he'd be expected to purge after meals, into his own diaper. She would permit him to change it but once per day.

He'd would need to pace himself, eating no more than three bites of himself per day. She didn't like a little piggy.

She would only watch, not interacting with him at all until he has completed the transformation. Then, only then, would she consider him for her harem of crippled boys.
