Where to keep general reference material that is not depicting a character?

I am hoping to create a roleplay that involves a system which involves cards.

Would having an album in the gallery that is dedicated to hosting these cards be allowed? Or would that break the rules?

If it would, where else could they be stored on the site for easy access, if anywhere?

It would break the rules if it was done in the main gallery. If you created a club however, this would be 'Extra Information', information for that club. However if creating a club is off the table, then I'd suggest using a third party image hosting site.
