Shameful

Preface: This is my first time truly posting on this bulletin, so I'm unsure of the unspoken culture surrounding posting. I made a loose character bio to allow for flexiability and to give an idea of what I'm going for for this rp. Completely open to discussion, and I would rather discuss the finer story details in chat or on this post, so feel free to ask questions. My main desire is for a fantasy kingdom rp with a story that catches us both, hence my reluctants to write a premise just yet. Character: Trevor Belmont, 27, 6'4" Distant air to a long parished monster hunter dynasty where mostly known only in history books and in the minds of ancients, some fondly, some from nursed grudges from the darkest pits of hell. Showed great promise as a swordsman as a child when caught stealing from a knight of the court at a fair, was given the option to become the knight's squire or to be thrown into prison. His time in training had him acquainted with the ruling royal family. After the tragic lose of his master and friend, he would be accepted into the royal guard where he finished his training under the guard captain. With a steely heart that only truly softens it's outer walls for those less fortunate and dear friends, he serves faithfully.

(I'll propose a prologue for the rp but it need not be used if it conflicts with your character idea, etc) Family was murdered during a ball, during the same annual celebration held a hundred times before. Your father (or adoptive father/uncle etc), the king, was poisoned and all but you and your childhood best friend was cut down, including the help. After gathering old allies and building an army, and a long long fight, you finally lay siege to your old family capital to your birthright. With your trusted advisor and best friend by yourself, you fight for the throne room to finish the mad usurper off.
