Of course it's completely optional and not forced if you don't want it.

About Keza Corp

The Keza Corporation is the name given to the corporation set up by a top ranking ex-Neko Resistance officer, Tripp Keza’maraki. Since 2004; Tripp had been buying companies specifically in the tech markets, and industrial areas. In 2006 he started a research programme ran by several members of his family. The mandate(s) of this programme was to; Research new technologies, research new energy sources that used less CO² emissions than current sources and have no toxic waste (Not necessarily renewable), to research medical technologies and find new innovative ways to make existing things better. In 2008; Tripp’s small group released several computer programs for companies, and the general population, this included an Anti-Virus scanner and Firewall software which was released as Freeware and an Operating System that was originally built on a Linux Distro that has since got it’s own Kernel. In 2008, work began on a top secret project with Xavier Mako’maraki and Hax Keza’maraki to make an operating system for a project code named Azure. In 2010, the companies that Tripp had obtained were put under a parent corporation thus Keza Corp was born. They do many things, ranging from the Entertainment Sector, Military Sector, Medical Sciences to Food and Drinks. It's set up in the hopes that Neko's, Humans and other races can live on Earth in peace and unity, a shared common goal. Protecting new inventions with layers of patents, they're working on some of the biggest new inventions of all time. It brings jobs, and adds to Blackberry City's already excellent economy. On the first day it brought 900 jobs for all ranges of people and provided full training; in some jobs. In it's first year the unemployment rate of Blackberry Falls sunk to a global record rate of just 1.9% from 9.1%

Although the Neko Resistance is currently at War with humans the founding members of Keza Corp aren’t. They’ve left the Neko Resistance to pursuit peace rather than war, such as which the Keza’s in this group have ended their war with the Mako’s to show everyone that they can work together, and that they want peace. Currently in terms of military technology, neither side will be given an advantage over the other, it’s either equal or nothing. Keza Corp is built on morals, honesty and integrity. The corporation believes in technological advancements for no one or for everyone. They're a pretty transparent company with not much to hide. [Except their secrets.]

It's the first Global Corporation that was the UFF can say originated with their people. So Keza Corp started as a UFF company, and became a global empire.

Keza Corp have publicly spoken out about EVOLIFE and the CEO of Keza Corp has been quoted to even go as far as swearing in public statements. He's said interviews that the experiments that EVOLIFE conducted would have violated Human Rights if Keza's and Neko's were considered to have the same rights as everyone else should. Keza Corp is passionately opposed to them and would support any whistle blowers both publicly and privately.

Keza Corp internally data-shares freely to better customise YOUR personal experience, but external data-sharing is extremely difficult to obtain and is done so with strict control. [in line with the UFF's Data Protection Act 2008, which more than satisfies the UK's standard of Data Protection]. What data you do and don't want to share with third paries is strictly up-to-you and you can setup a Keza Corp account for all your Keza Corp devices and control your privacy settings there. Where possible the default setting is "Private." There has been rumour that Keza Corp are putting in a system to give back to the people who data share in terms of money off credit for their Keza OS Smartphone App Store, but nothing has yet been confirmed by the corporation.

Not known in RP by outside groups:

There are two companies that it's paying money into but don't seem to have any explanation as to what or who they are. "Global Dynamics" and "KezaTech" [GD and KT respectively] This is (Although secret) a nod of the head to Eureka (The TV Series) and obviously the GTF is Keza Corp's version. In Eureka 2.0

What this means for Blackberry Falls:

Whilst there will still be crime going on in a city, it's not a poor city. Technology here is slightly more advanced [and could give some people for some ideas. For example with the VER technology. Which is used in a plethora of ways. It also means there is STD protection available from the Keza Corp hospital and a variety new and amazing technology. That doesn't exist in real life. You DO NOT have to have your character have any of Keza Corp tech, it's not mandatory. But just so you know, unless your idea of a shithole is a clean technological metropolis that's clearly economically rich and on average to any other city has the least poor population, then Blackberry Falls is a great big hole of steaming shit.

[WIP] This Extra Information is by no means complete. I've been working on this ever since it was posted... So a large chunk of it is complete. There is obviously still a lot to do which I will start working on whilst I RP; in my own time. The bulk of the information that was needed however has now been updated. Each section and company of Keza Corp have their own specific aims and goals. This is for Keza Corp as a whole and any standing mandates their Corporate "Prime Directive".

Aims:-

The Corporate Charter currently outlines the standing mandate for Keza Corp and it's companies. As corny as it is; this is their GOLDEN RULE book.

Things are more complicated than they first seem, it no longer matters if someone loves/hates the Corporation or the UFF.

Strengths:

They're immune to the Global Recession. The CEO has a secret mass stockpile of Gold.
They give a 15% resistance to Blackberry Falls from the effects of Global Recession.
They give a 60% resistance to UFF from the effects of Global Recession.
They're what's keeping prices low. (+20% General Consumer Support)
Their technical support is on a per-country basis. (+35% Reputation for After Sales, +4.5% Running Costs, -4.5% Total Profits)
They're helping a great deal by paying full Corporation Tax and discounting contracts for civil installations in Blackberry Falls and UFF, keeping civilian tax rate - Low.
They give a technology advantage to the people of Blackberry Island and UFF. (+ Tech Level and +50% Gadget Fandom Support)
They have expensive lawyers and usually Tripp is careful (to a point) at least legally. They haven't used this for corruption, and activists seem to praise them for it. (+40% Freedom Support and +50% Legal Protection)
They're largely a transparent corporation, and pay their taxes fully. (+75% Fan(atic) Support)

Some of their signature technology such as VER is expensive. Sometimes too expensive for people to start their own VER business. There is an affordable one for the masses, however it's no where near as good as the real thing.
Because of the advanced technology not many people can make "Exemplary" modifications to some of their tech.
They started with a -80% "STARTING" Reputation because of negative history of management. This still concerns some people today who believe Keza Corp has an alter-motive. {2010}
Their global expansion has been the quickest in the record books, this has spurred paranoia. [-50% current reputation] {2013}
They're causing problems for rival corporations. Especially the ones that Tripp Keza'maraki (CEO) has outed for being "Crooks", publicly. He has been taken to court but it seems the careful wording of his words; and the fact his lawyers claim "Freedom of Speech" seems to have so far been in his favour. (-65% Rival Fan Support)
They're owned by a country that is generally unknown, and both sides has caused friction before. (-35% Media Positiveness)

1.4) Corporate News

1st April 2010: The Keza Corporation sues one of it's companies (Keza Corp: Global Logistics Network) for $7-Billion in damages. Company ordered to cease trading on temporary suspension, in the UFF.

28th July 2010: Keza Corp becomes apart of the United Federation of Families {The UFF are alot like Switzerland in that they're neutral. Keza and Mako sides agree to end the war with each other, and agreed that it was a mutual agreement that ended the war. Not victory or defeat.

16th October 2010: Keza Corp invade the Keza'maraki Mansion taking it back for the UFF.

16th October 2010: Keza Corp ex-military staff dressed in modern combat gear go in with a small army and retake the Keza'maraki Mansion. They shut down a massive illegal prostitution ring operating out of their old mansion. They insisted that as the leader was arrested by the authority of the UFF as it happened on their embassy they will not turn over the prisoner to the UK or US authorities.

28th July 2011: All five families apart of the UFF. Keza Corp business explodes. Profits go through the roof, and becomes the number #1 global corporation.

3rd September 2011: Keza Corp install a massive wind turbine farm on the raised land away from residential sight. They even have bright energy efficient lights on them as a warning to air craft. This power is sold directly to the grid, and also serves like a backup generator if the main power goes down. The servers enter a power conservation state where they still operate but require less power to run (and slightly slower) but at least it's online 24/7. There are also smaller wind turbines installed on the Keza Corp Campus as well as solar panelled roofs being optionally fitted at a low cost through their housing estate agents. When the project was completed on March 2013; the power supply pressure for the city was reduced noticeably.

27th January 2012: Keza Corp: Global Logistics Network has gone 666 days without being sued by Keza Corp. The Company is treating all Blackberry Falls employees of the Company to a massive well done After-Christmas meal.

18th March 2013; Keza Corp contracted by city council to replace cities lights, to be more energy efficient. The contract was for several billions of dollars, and all street, road and highway lights were to be replaced with these. The use cells of ultra-bright LED's and give the city a blueish glow at night. They also have solar panels hidden on the roof's of the light housing. It was estimate that the project will take about 5 years to complete, but that was a conservative estimate. Keza Corp have made a lot of jobs and training as well as hired in some outside help from local businesses to carry out this contract in a quick and timely manner. [See technologies]

19th April 2013: Arriving a little later than planned; we have released the much anticipated update for the Keza Corp Visor (v1.13.0) this has gone through extensive testing and is by far the most stable, feature-filled release to-date.

25th July 2013: Completed Manufacturing of ten million poppies for the British Legion Charity, as a voluntary donation. Donated one-hundred-and-sixty-million dollars to various Elderly Charities in Blackberry Falls, making it our largest donation this year.

29th August 2013: Opened our EU Distribution Centre in the Netherlands. While it's being staffed, staff trained and having the offices filled, the Blackberry Falls International Distribution Centre will be stocking it. The UFF will be escorting the cargo ship with their Battle Cruiser (UFF Twat-Rammer).

[This was a contracted job which guaranteed the UFF government with money, it was voted on by the people and the money will be going towards building the country]

30th August 2013: Two Keza Corp Transport Lorry's were Hijacked and one opened fire on. We're happy to say no one was killed on either side, some aggressors were wounded under the Self Defence Act/Right. All aggressors will be awaiting trial under the HM Courts & Tribunals Service [uK Courts]

30th August 2013: We're happy to say that Terri-Anna is alive and well and we're extremely happy that she's out of hospital now. We condemn the mainstream media who blamed the Keza Corporation for this negligence before any evidence was presented and in response we will not only support the KC:MN in their law suit against the News Corporations at fault, but join them for the harassment that has been going on for three years. Not only this but we are taking on the floor company that made the 'Anti-Slip' floor on behalf of Terri-Anna.

Which Keza Corp would do for free. Strictly speaking in this fashion it's "Not for Profit" but legally speaking it does take a little profit. 2.3) Keza Corp: City Reps HQ

[it's something designed to help new roleplayers get a rough idea of what Blackberry Falls has to offer. It's more of a Roleplayer's Help Service for Roleplayers within the Roleplay.]

This service opened in the start of 2011; with local government out of tax payer's money and Keza Corp funding. It was going to be a corporate lead venture for the city to do some good honest work together and earn an honest profit from it to help reduce the income tax levels in the city. It is DESIGNED to be very profitable; however it's not had a chance to do so and it's had it's own drama. Because this is also public taxpayer paid for; money left over from Taxpayer's money IS NOT counted as profit, and is returned to the local council to be used either else where or saved up in disaster funds. This deal took a year to make, but the money paid for this is transparent on both sides due to contractual obligations imposed by Keza Corp.

Between 2011 and 2013; the company returned all it's money gained through tax because there simply wasn't anyone referred to them by the council and they did no advertising to show the company existed like they were contracted to do so via their leaflets. The first quarter revealed that the company was haemorrhaging money and fast, and instead of wasting tax payer's money to re-coup the debts the company immediately took up independent contractual work as side projects all the while sending reminders every 14 days to get the council in gear, ranging from reminders to actual visits. Eventually when people found out what was going on and started asking questions in the head office these people were listened to fully by the manager herself and addressed, however when word broke out she was seeing more and more people who wanted to help, and this softly got the ball rolling, with neighbours greeting new neighbours and telling them about the service. These people have been publicly thanked by this company and first twenty people who were getting the word out there in a cheeky little competition have their names immortalised in marble at their HQ, which can be seen in their main lobby and on their Facebook page. These twenty people formed the City Rep company's public board committee in 2012, designed to by-pass the bureaucracy and get to grips with the public, something that stopped the war between the Keza's and Mako's worked here too.

During it's quiet times it was able to take on lots of little contracts, organising operations and events in city maintenance. The jobs were loads of little ones and a few big ones with bigger money involved. Aiming to try and make the City look more dependant. They even took on the contract to replace the City's Street lights and will be earning 50% profit from the solar panels street lights, again lots of little things as too will the tax payer's see a nice little return for their city's green-ness. The contract was being managed by the public board committee who pitched the idea to both the council and Keza Corp; and ended up getting hired for their troubles by the company. These now run the Administration side of the Side Projects company; with one of them being accepted as a team leader. As this was not brought with Tax Payer's money it's the engine of the company to make it profitable.

The service is something designed to give your character an introduction to Blackberry Falls; if you think of a place you'd like to go to (Within Blackberry Falls) you'll be given a list of recommended places of interest. For example if you'd like for your character to know where the best Dub-Step Nightclub in town is; the city reps will give you a card to a recommended club, there is a commission involved (if there is one) but it's a deal worked out with the providers/vendors but they are clubs that the company recommends based on feedback not on commission. With the company's restructure in 2012, that turn it's side projects into a full blown side operation the company took up service contracts to do the thing the council should have done. In 2013; the company gained PR access from Keza Corp which took care of advertising, and started contracts for between the tax year 2013-2014 (Which explains the massive boost in profit this year)

Each building this company owns has been subjected to strict protocols training, as well as refresher courses every so often. Problems with Illegal Immigrants
Quite a severe problem that HMRC's Boarder Control Agency noticed, is that all Keza Corp van's were being targeted and boarded by Illegal Immigrants to come to Blackberry Falls; unfortunately this meant in excess of over £3-Million in fines in just the first three days. The UFF Grand Council ruled partial fault, and made a suggestion which was rejected.

Wear-houses were repeatedly reporting stock being stolen. Later found doors into the warehouse that wasn't locked. The UFF Grand Council ruled extreme negligence in this case.

Problems with Hi-jacked Vehicles
Multiple vehicles mainly laptop transports were stolen on the second day. Costing Keza Corp £12-Million in losses, who were transporting them to a local school. The UFF Grand Council ruled that this was criminal negligence and an endangerment to life because of the lack of protocol.

Problems with revealing Corporate secrets
Even Top-Secret projects such as Project Azure (VER) which was stolen by the Cox Network, through mis-representation. The staff didn't even ID the mis-represented individuals. The UFF Grand Council ruled that this was criminal negligence and violated Corporate Secrets Act.

Outcome of the Lawsuit:-

Company lost - Fined £7-Billion in Damages, Manager Resigned and turned himself in for two years under house arrest in the UFF.
Corporation lost - They Sued... Themselves. What would you expect happen?
The People Won - The people, investors and stock holders saw, transparently what had happened, what was being done to rectify the issue and put in two more managers, from the Council's of Logistical Command and Economics.

On April the First 2010; The Keza Corp: Global Logistics Network was sued by Keza Corporation [under UFF Law; because this kind of logic baffled everyone at the time] and fined for the damages they had caused. The company was shut down for a massive overhaul to their infrastructure and Keza Corp had to rely on other means of transporting goods, which wasn't tolerated for very long due to the drama that started happening with these shipments too. Keza Corp administration were called in for this overhaul and the upgrade to the infrastructure came at the cost of £50-Billion, because of the serious cost involved Keza Corp manufactured as much of the infrastructure as it could. However the first year first year recorded a eye watering £65-Billion Loss; because they hadn't operated at all. Once the network was brought online in 2011, profits soared and so did Keza Corp's stock prices. All the security issues had been addressed and the proper insurance was taken on the Company.

There was some drama at first but people soon realised what vehicles to attack and focused. Tactics keep changing but so far the company has had the money to conduct through training and research. The Company even paid the fine, and the loan it took from Keza Corp by 2012; ever since they've certainly not been sued by Keza Corp, and people in the office did have as a joke; xxx Days since last sued by ourselves.

The Joke:

A joke is less funny explained, so lets explain the joke. When the Keza Corporation sued the company there was a lot of disappointment, and guilt. The manager resigned after being sued. To lighten the mood and to have a constant reminded to do better they put up a sign that worked like a goal. If they could go 666 days without being sued by Keza Corp; they'll have a fuck off party. Taj'rae Xeno'vitiri and Fae'zuore Zeta'muluri who took over the Company were the ones who pulled the team in properly and pulled off the upgrade. On January 27th 2012 they had passed 666 days and the company treated all of it's Blackberry Fall's employees to a - After-Christmas Dinner, paid for by the Managers.

So it's a story about a group of people who were dealt a shitty card, picked their heads up and said "We're going wrong", corrected the changes and made a realistic target to see remarkable improvement. Now the double joke is, this has then ironically become one of Keza Corp's BIG money earners at an eye watering £110-Billion a year profit (After Taxes), which gets sectioned off and sent to Corporate Bank Accounts in the UFF for Keza Corp's Holdings. The other section is for the Company's Bank Account.

There you go; inside joke. :)

2.6) Keza Corp: Manufacture and Engineering

The key in Keza Corp's Manufacturing. To keep costs low, Keza Corp take care of all manufacturing and give out to independent contracts world wide. This sector of Keza Corp is a machine, not only doing contracts in it's spare time for certain clients who's needs match what the company can cover for them (For example, making 10,000,000 poppies).

From clothes to their technical gadgets M&E will do it, or contract it. This comes with how well connected the company is with factories that have sprung up world wide trying to put more exports for their countries GDP. M&E have strict policy for worker's rights, and companies that have violated the UFF's Universal Right to Life act are automatically blacklisted pending investigation by the UFF's Council of Ethics and Morality (Background Check). Blackberry Falls Manufacturing had ground to a halt as none of the factories were being used. Keza Corp brought two of them in Blackberry Falls. Employee's especially those in a factory are subjected to frequent breaks, a fair wage and training is easy even for low-skilled workers, earning more than the national average's for the US and UK for factory workers at no extra danger or unusual shifts.

Whilst the factories are practically open 24/7; shifts can be as short as four hours to eight hours, a member of staff can choose to do optional overtime especially if they're in rhythm or mood to carry on working but breaks would still be insisted on, in the UFF. Under UK/US Law you would be required to leave after a certain amount of time has passed.

M&E had one of the biggest budgets set by Keza Corp since 2011 this lasted until the tax years 2014-2015 when the budgets were set to distribute the already over capacity distribution hub in Xantall'ar City, this would allow KC:GLN to distribute all the goods to other Distribution Hubs so warehouses globally can be kept stocked up while M&E worked on other Keza Corp projects. Another area for 2014-2015 is for the Keza Corp: Research and Development department and Epsilon Dynamics [Private Company, Classified too and not shown legally as owned by Keza Corp].

One of the proud things that M&E can proudly and adeptly boast about is the "Made in Blackberry Falls" emblem on all Blackberry Falls produced goods as well as the "Made in the UFF" emblem on all UFF produced goods. This has put both Blackberry Falls City and the UFF on the map.

On UFF soil M&E take care of shipments of Raw Cannabis [From Ivy and Khori's: Grow-dat-Herb Enterprises] to be processed in to various materials. M&E worked with the Cannabis company to reduce the amount of waste that had been lost to pests, and since then M&E hold a 0.04% wastage as opposed to 21%. They produced massive anti-rust metallic net designed to hold a strong enough current to not only repel pests but electrocute them on contact, but safe for humans and everyone else to touch. This net would be put a side for the fencing and support beams that where then manufactured. M&E decided to make it an investment ($3.9-Million) for both companies and paid for it out of their own pocket. A tall 9ft fence was made with the netting design, and structural requirements and then the whole thing was installed in 2012. It worked and already in the first year that investment has been well worth it.

The first Hotel in the UFF is expected to be completed by March 2014, the Company exists but privately, there will be an Extra Information Thread about the Hotel and Resort closer to the time (Or this post will be updated)

Keza Corp acknowledges that if Xantall'ar City needs huge sums of money thrown at it constantly, the best way of doing it is opening a very exclusive hotel for only the rich and powerful. Keza Corp doesn't attempt to do business deals with them, as most of them aren't interested in business. They're usually the type of people who think themselves better, and that they're there to make them feel relaxed, and the price is worth it. Keza Corp charge from just over a six million a night for their most basic package.

A small part of the coast is off-limits for the Hotel. It was an unattractive part originally but when Keza Corp brought the land, on their landscaping job they fixed it, and started a similar project after the landscaping had completed to do the same all the way down the Xantall'ar City Coast, the hotel also side funded and researched for a beach wide clean up of the sea bed. It then found ways of doing it on a cheaper scale and got that going. Once the clean up had been completed construction had already begun, and the public domain area of Xantall'ar City Coast became known as Diamond Beach. Where only the finest, golden sand lies and the best damn looking sea water lies.

The hotel's construction has been very profitable for Xendaar Corporation who've been instrumental in their fine ranges of fine fabrics and luxury goods which is exactly what the hotel needs, from carpets, curtains and bedsheets to fine hot tubs and other wares. Keza Corp have installed the network for what will be the Corporation's finest range of technological application to date. It's set to be the biggest money earner for Keza Corp and a massive money earner to the UFF. It's known for it's discreet, no camera's policy. Keza Corp would never discuss a clients profile and the customer doesn't talk about what they did there either. It's designed to be the upmost professional service, and a place where CEOs can stay while conducting business with the UFF Economy. It's the most expensive hotel on Blackberry Island.

The company started with a £10-billion grant so far it's well within budget.

To help fund it further the company went out and did a promotional piece advertising the new hotel under construction, and the UFF. It wasn't designed to be propagandarous but it was designed to sell home the point that the people chosen corporations in the UFF would like to do some trading. It's opening is initially aimed at extremely wealthy business people who get to experience the hotel first. [it means the Keza Corp PR staff tried making it clear there's a difference to the privilege of a nice break, and Elitism.] The problem is clients interested made their voices heard by Keza Corp: Hotel and Resort, ringing up asking for details on bookings. So Keza Corp held an auction to give everyone a fair chance and put a fat load into the Bank of the United Federation of Families' vaults. The bidding quickly spun out of control when a Chinese investor offered to put up £4.1-Billion on a pent house suite for him and his close colleges they also wanted a specific sex worker to play for the bosses 'Slutty, cheating wife experience' so he can share his 'Wife' with his employees the person he wanted was Leila Misslebrook who at the time worked at the Kitsunetsuki Whore House, he offered to pay a further £1.2-Billion for the duration of their stay. It was then later revealed to be a business friend of Tripp Keza'maraki, Chairman Zeta'muluri Wei'zuore (龙人伟) who is a fan of Keza Corp's work. Tripp of course proposed this to Leila to let her decide. It worked for Tripp because he wanted to move her out of there and hire her directly given her, unique and lengthy experience.

Once the first one opens, Keza Corp plans on building another for everyone especially for potential Tourism. They'd ideally like to build this by 2025, but ultimately it is under this company's control. Currently Keza Corp are awaiting planning approval for their second UFF resort, but currently there isn't enough man power to get the plan approved.

Card's are blank at the bank and the bank can actually replace or even upgrade your card in just seconds using their patented system.

Solar Panel (4 Keza Corp Macrocell Solar Panels, 1 array) which charges a 3V Biobattery inside the card, this powers the digital features that this card has. A safety cut off prevents the solar panel from charging it past the batteries maximum levels. Typically one hour of charge at room lit levels will keep the card charged for two weeks. Ten minutes outside on a sunny day.

Magnetic Strip which is some how included with day to day cards for some reason despite the fact Keza Corp nor many shops in Blackberry use this technology. Using these strips aren't recommended; relying more on Chip and Pin.

E-Ink Panel (Electronic Paper Displays) using Keza Corp's version of this technology (Able to display in a range of colours and fonts - more on that later) it displays how much you've spent within your budget period. The OS of the card is a clean, light weight OS.

Edge Light Identify uses Keza Corp Organic Light Emitting Diode (KCoLED) which uses 80% less power and is 40% brighter than normal oLEDs. Of course brightness levels can be controlled from your personal settings, or disabled! MK-II of the cards [After 2013] start off Blue, then after $1 or £1 is spent will turn green, then as you approach your budget will turn yellow then as soon as you go .01 over your budget turns Orange and as you go over 10% of your budget turns red. It can also be set to glow a little when not being used, and when it's used it'll glow strongly for 30 seconds before dimming back out. This was introduced by Customer Feedback.

Card Themes. Don't like the background of your card? Change it. The text will automatically find a way of remaining visible to the persons eye without intruding on your settings. Changes you make will happen LIVE on your card in front of your eyes. You can even select from a range of fonts in the settings.

RFID UHFID built in wireless capability which is severely encrypted. Put your card down on a Keza Corp: Bank RFID, log in with your security details and from your own computer view a detailed list including virtual receipts (hard copy's of receipts from anywhere that uses Keza Corp tills). Chip and Pin with Keza Corp latest in an open source encryption (KCOSE-MK II), you're able to put in a 4 to 12 digit number this protects your card against fraud. Unlike most cards this isn't visible, as the pins touch against the Electronic Paper Display, this part of the display is designed to conduct electricity to the chip hiding under the panel. It's located infront of the Currency Symbol on the front of the card. If it's a normal chip and pin console your receipt (stored on the card) will show the company name and how much you debited, Keza Corp Till Systems will give you a digital copy of the exact receipt (Like a scanned in receipt) which you can collect on the card to print off on A4 papers and numbered if you do your own taxes.

This bank managers do not operate a self bonus scheme as this is against Keza Corp policy and the UFF Council of Bank's regulations since 1884. Instead there is a check-list from the Council of Banks (or Banking) that does award the bank's staff as a whole with a bonus for GOOD work. If the bank mis-behaves or starts acting like it shouldn't they will lose this bonus. The bonus is decided by an independent committee and takes in account various factors before making their decision.

This kind of reward system works for UFF based companies. All the staff including the manager get's the bonus which would be capped and given by the parent corporation. It's own profit after taxes; is for the company or for investing in community projects, charity events, local businesses and 20-40% of the profit after tax goes back to Keza Corp for UFF Economical Development (something the banks are funding for the UFF Government and their people). The Bank has other means of generating profit, and whilst it does invest, it doesn't do so with customer's money. For example the Bank puts shares up from Keza Corp accounts and keeps and eye on them for the CEO, Tripp. This service was a contracted one specially for the Corporation Owner but the bank take a percentage of his stock earnings when he sells which means he's happy, we're happy, you're happy, we're ecstatic. After the next tax year this money is the Bank's as they see fit to invest. [under the approval of the Council of Ethics and Morality of course]

The bank has currently found it extremely profitable in the UFF to invest in the construction industry, Keza Corp, the Wei'zuore Corporation and the group of corporations backing The Mothership project, which are all UFF companies and pass the Council of Ethics and Morality regulations. The bank hasn't made as much profit from local companies and businesses, they don't put as much shares into these but do enough to give them a helping hand, customer of the bank or Keza Corp, or not. It's still some profit but nothing as massive as the corporation investments, obviously. Just because you see the Bank investing in something doesn't mean it's a sure thing. It doesn't use CUSTOMER money to make it's profit either keeping your accounts safe. These are stated VERY clearly.

Agreed to by the Blackberry City government; this bank uses much stricter and tighter regulations than that of their own and they were authorised to be bank in Blackberry Falls City. However; if one of the government's, or both completely freezes assets for everyone or does a blanket assets seize (where no one can access money or the government takes everything but x amount) unless authorised by the UFF government [Which is extremely un-fucking-likely] this bank bank will explicitly REFUSE to comply, and legally so. But such a thing is extremely unlikely to come up in any event. [Gives you a rough idea that they will go down with their ship before giving your money to someone who isn't you.]

Viral Video of Foiled Bank Robbery:

In December 2012; a customer suddenly went belligerent and pulled out a shotgun. The video was recorded by several CCTV as well as a mother who was in with her little girl to open her first bank account. The video went a little something like this...

A man seen in the background is acting shady, looking around the place trying to act calm. A child is in main focus right now (except her face has been blurred) and the mother's voice can easily be heard talking to her daughter about saving the money her recently deceased grandfather gave her. On camera he is seen pulling out a shot gun, and the person with the video camera clearly noticed because she then grabbed her little girl and shielded her daughter with her own body she set the phone down ontop of coats to make it look like she just put it down and covered her daughter. Even thought the girl could be heard at being more than a little distressed and the mother was trying to quietly calm her down the gun man cleary shouts "GET DOWN ON THE GROUND! DON'T YOU DARE THINK ABOUT PUSHING ANY SECRET BUTTONS!"

A female member of staff who was standing infront of him backed up a little and held up her hands. "Whoa! Watch it! You'll have someones eye out with that!"

The gunman pumped his shotgun and pointed it right at her face "ARE YOU BEING FUCKING FUNNY WITH ME? OPEN THAT TILL IN THERE AND FILL THAT BAG WITH MONEY. NOW!"

The staff member shook her head at the question, she then glanced off behind him and on hearing his order she nodded "Okay, okay. Sure. But... Under Keza Corp's Health and Safety Policy. I must inform you that you're about to be crushed by a Zeta!" She jumped out of the way shielding herself at the exact moment Drake'taour Zeta'muluri came flying through the window and in one move disarming the man and pinning him under his boot on the floor. Just like that the robbery was foiled.

The best of it came afterwards, the 'Health and Safety' Woman was later identified as Kelsae Keza'maraki, Health and Safety Compliance Officer for Keza Corp. The media got this too and in an interview she was quoted as saying "I literally was just doing my job. I don't have access to the money. I'm just a Senior Health and Safety Compliance Officer for Keza Corp. Bank robber or not, he was in a Keza Corp building and about to be hurt. Do I think Drake'taour was heavy handed with him? No more than usual for a Zeta... In fact I think he's was light handed if anything." One witness outside the bank was quoted to have said "I've never seen a Dragon, 9/11 a building before. It's not often you get to say that you actually have seen it either."

The scene, the news interview got spliced together and now exists on YewToob in Autotuned, Dubstep, and various mixes and parodies and even production quality recreations of the incident which has also been remixed in various ways. The original video (which was the spliced together one) is available on their UFF accessible-only site. Their outside UFF site doesn't have it for 'Sensitivity' reasons.

You know when some corporations aren't that transparent about some of the companies they buy? Like for example; your cereal might be made by company within a corporation that makes industrial strength poisons, cars, shampoo anything. Keza Corp are extremely open about some of the companies working under it's umbrella, these companies must be transparent about this too. Usually in promotional materials in the fine print it says "The (company name) company logo is trademarked by the (company name) company and the Keza Corporation."

Their website clearly states the companies who work under them, and Keza Corp frequently run filler ad's in it's advertising which is free advertising for that company. [More on how that works in the Technology Section]

All stations are available to be streamed online from StarFM’s website, and DAB Digital Radio. StarFM, 80’s 90’s and 00’s Music periodically have news and weather forecasts. Most programmes within the selected station do take requests providing it’s within the Genre. All stations advertise. They periodically use data from the Personalised Self-Autonomous Car Wifi Sensor Networks to get a detailed picture of problematic areas which can be used in people's Keza Corp Navigator software built into Personalised Self-Autonomous Cars or other Keza Corp Navigator installed cars to plot a more efficient course if needs must. This come under heavy criticism for trying to herd people and it could be used for nefarious reasons; for this reason the course change will be suggested and the driver can choose to follow the new route or ignore it not only that but the company freely makes course corrections view-able from their websites, in which you can get detailed reason and explanation as to why a re-route was released. It's a transparent service. Some news worthy updates are sold to local news agencies under contract. Personal information can't be collected by StarFM's Traffic and Travel, News Headquarters.

Every day at 09:30, 13:30 and 17:30; across all the stations the music will all go at the same time (as in finish at the same time) and the news is read out across all of StarFM's radios. As soon as the news is finished the DJ's take over once again and music for that station continues. There's a variety of filler methods they use, to fill in a few seconds or a minute's gap there have been gaffs before where someone was cut off mid-sentence or a song was cut off in the middle, and StarFM worked on a solution to these to prevent it from happening as often. Especially half way through a song.

The radio's broadcast 24/7 across Blackberry Island, the UFF can even pick these signals up.

The Swing station (Swing (1930s to 1950s) - 107.8FM) started in 2013. Why? It was most requested by local 'Old-Folks" homes. It's quite popular though not just with old people but young too; which is extremely surprising. If you're a fan of Fallout (the game) music then this station is for you.

[Strange Radio Frequency - Blackberry Falls Island]
On July the 9th 2011, during a phone in a listener asked what the strange radio signal on 1333 kHz, to which StarFM's guest host for the segment, Phoenix replied "StarFM doesn't use AM frequencies. I dunno what it is, but it ain't us." The reason why they had called and asked was because StarFM's transmissions could be heard in the background, on about a two second delay. Phoenix patched in 1333kHz and indeed found a weird transmission it sounded like a strange tapping noise followed by a bunch unknown non-english words that seemed to be repeating in a message. In the background was every StarFM broadcast going off at the same time. As if the microphone on the transmitter end had radio's in the background playing constantly. Even during a power cut this radio station keeps transmitting. The message that's repeating, repeats all the time.

After the show, Phoenix called up some radio friends to try and find out what it was. There was something that came up during his conversations UVB-76, which came up a lot, a radio station in Russia that had lots of people speculating... The mystery was basically the same, except there in Blackberry Falls this transmission seemed to always be talking all day, all week, all year long.

When the Xeno'vitiri heard this transmission; they identified that the language is not from Earth at least one that they've ever heard. It was possible someone made a load of words up to say, but there was an unusual pattern about the ending part of each message. It changed every single time it transmitted, like a count down or count up. The Xeno'vitiri had never noticed this before, because it's not a signal within their usual scope. They came to the conclusion that it was some kind of distress call, encrypted message or both.

Any attempt to finding the source of the transmission has thus far not yielded any results. Keza Corp believe that it's in the forest somewhere. Possibly even transmitting from different locations during the day (as the signal seems to gain and loose signal during the course of the day). Triangulating doesn't work. There are several questions that need to be asked. If this has been going on since the 80's why StarFM in the background? Not just one but all of their radio channels (Tested on July 11th 2011 @ 01:48hrs)? Is the person still alive? What is the message? Where is it being broadcasted? So many questions.

Currently there are four different wines currently available on the market, and there are oak barrels storing the vintage 2010 product for some point in the future. The grapes are made in the Blackberry Vineyards, the water which is known for it's special properties, has been used to water the grapes for years, since Keza Corp brought this, automated and fully controlled systems were installed, that allows the vineyards to recycle the water, keep the place free of pests that might damage or otherwise spoil the crops and all without using any Genetically Modified crops or harmful pesticides or insecticides. The wine is organic. The grapes are pulled off and taken to the winery, in the Keza Corp campus, and processed into wine, a lot of the wine is stored in barrels underground, in a completely controlled modern and high tech environment, any waste is converted to compost/fertilizer to be reused. This completely self sufficent system makes the wine quite pricey, but it's worth the price. It is used world wide in prestigious restaurants, and is also available in supermarkets.

Blackberry Falls water, which a purified version of is used in the wine making, has a unique property that on average allows people to live 10% longer. The labels are below, any black is a metallic gold colour, engraving that is reflective and shiny. The bottles of wine are sealed with a cork, before the top 3 inches of the stem are dipped professionally in a thick wax.

3.3) Champagne Studios

Champagne Studios; is a Porn Studio that started in Blackberry Falls by business duo Kain and Kern (which formed KainKern Enterprises). For Keza Corp this has been a very profitable company, and in return Keza Corp has kept them upto date with the latest in VER technology which has allowed them to make cut backs on props and even scenery which would have usually cost £100,000s to make. Thus generate more profit.

The relationship between KainKern Enterprises and Keza Corp has been extremely good from Day 1, and the UFF government recently accepted their request for asylum in the UFF, and construction for their new HQ is underway. With access to actors and actresses from the UFF who are more than eager for sex; this company has what Keza Corp considers "Reaching concerning levels of Work Load".

KainKern Enterprises has also got deals with Keza Corp: Hotel and Resort, The Pleasure Complex (UFF), Aizo and Aizio as well as Xendar Corp which sells or displays their products with the appropriate licensing's.

Champagne Studio's is a Modelling and Porn business that operates within the heart of Blackberry Falls. It is managed by Kain Coda'zotoxi and Kern Jagger, and the company is owned by Keza Corp and all staff at Champagne Studio's are under Keza Corp wages and enjoy the benefits that comes from that. They provide the models for a range of advertisements including billboards, magazines and TV adverts. Some of the women working there also work for the porn side of the company. Champagne Studios prides itself on making good quality porn for a whole range of fetishes. They also do specialist porn that have small niches. Some of the porn that has emerged from the company has become world famous, helping make Champagne Studio's a multi-million company. They are now looking to take to the Internet, as they can see a whole new market for their porn. This is still in the works. All Porn Stars and Models, regardless of gender or race, are paid the same when they shoot a porn. This encourages more male porn stars to work for Champagne Studio's which allows them to do more gay or fetish porn.

[November 2013] Recently there have been a number of law changes that have effectively shut this business down from operating in Blackberry Falls City. There have also been people who've noticed serious law breakings, which have resulted in the owners surrendering their UK/US passports and moving the UFF.

The laws that stopped them from operating in the end are in red, the ones that aren't is another rule they were forced:

All sex workers working at licensed places of sex work must have STD protection, regardless of whatever; This is somewhat a requirement in the UFF as well, by STD protection they mean the Nanite injections. If you don't do this in the UFF you must inform your clients of this.
All porn recorded, from THAT specific area of Blackberry Falls must use Condoms; In the UFF forcing someone to wear condoms is morally wrong. The choice to wear or not is much preferred.
Incest is illegal; and it's not in the UFF.
"Rape" Simulation is illegal under some US laws, and UK law; The UFF believe this a "Rape" of a person's freedom of expression and a SERIOUS violation to the Universal Right to Life Act; in which states what happens between two or more adults as long as all parties involved consent shouldn't be the business of the Government nor anyone else.

The heavy fines landed down on the Company were paid by Keza Corp but moved their operations over to Xantall'ar City much quicker than before. Unfortunately about 95% of the porn market (who tried to apply for membership under the UFF Nation, and were rejected for one reason or another) left Blackberry Falls because of these ridiculous laws. 3.5) Kitsunetsuki Whore House

This was the first Blackberry Falls local company that Tripp Keza'maraki brought on behalf of Keza Corp. From day one of this deal the Kitsunetsuki Whore House profits soared as they showcased high end goods to their business range clients. Which in turn increased the Keza Corporation profits on high tech goods that needed to be cleared out a warehouse that was bugged with security problems this in turn started a string of controversies. The owner of the company and the CEO of Keza Corp enjoy a private (and again controversial) relationship; which the Grand Council (Of the UFF) themselves judged as completely lawful and quite frankly none of their business. The company was recently forced to stop trading as a Whore house, in reaction to a post-tax payment advert that was put on TV, taken down and put on YewToob. This worked anyway because Keza Corp had just signed a deal to swallow the company into it's Hotel and Resort's company, turning it into a hotel and resort for mid-range business clients. This would give it the name Kitsunetsuki - Keza Corp: Hotel and Resort.

This page is still up because the Kitsunetsuki Whore House was Tripp's first Blackberry Falls investment, and it's the company he loves as he loves the owner. The old building has since been demolished as it was run down and falling apart. Making it the end for the Kitsunetsuki Whore House.

6th July, 1964 - 1st September, 2013

This wasn't the end however for the Kitsunetsuki staff. They were all transferred over to the hotel and resort, with the same job titles, and bigger pay checks. The manager of the original club was promoted and the Whore house has basically merged with an expansion that benefited everyone. The new building had state of the art Keza Corp tech installed as a base instead of an upgrade which allowed the systems to do more and function much faster.

Controversies:
This little two-way exploit was blown open by the media but it was also pretty much confirmed as such by the manager and the CEO as intentional. As the two agreed to this during the deal. The deal was a bit of a nightmare to explain to the UK and US committee, as it didn't follow their rules. But followed UFF rules because it was all consented.

The Kitsunetsuki Whore House was able to rent new technology to 'Showcase' them to high end clients, IE the target market at the time. Early investors and the like. This wasn't misleading; as it was the intention. Keza Corp was having problems containing security at their warehouse, so to reduce risk this is what he offered to ALL companies that he brought. It meant he could store stock himself more secure when the company involved was sued and shut down for refit.
The use of this technology was bound to get more interest for the Whore House; and it did. The Company quadrupled it's annual profits in terms of commission and because people were curious to see the applications of such technology.
- This in turn generated EXCELLENT publicity for the whore house. Which meant more customers.
This part was frowned upon: To seal the deal they engaged in sexual intercourse; which in UFF culture is considered normal in sealing a deal; and to be honest it was no one elses business anyway. This act of sex conceived a child Catherine SinBrook-Keza'maraki. Whilst the media cared, their customers did not, and found that fucking her and making her moan and scream; someone who fucked the CEO of Keza Corp and gave birth to his child a bigger turn on.
- When this came out her personal tips went up which brought up the tips of everyone in the community tip pot.

This had a double whammy as the company pays Taxes in full. A TV advert about the company stated that their taxes (Income and Company Profits tax) would have paid for... a range public services and city improvements - facts and figures and a powerful message. "I don't know why you're always angry at us... At least we're not illegally pissing tax payer's money away... Like your Government is right now." It also gave a URL to "Storm Clouds Gathering" A YewToob channel. The advert was shown once and never again. Only the company put it up on YewToob and linked the other channel. This went viral. - More Advertising for the Whore House.

The UFF are somewhat concerned about matters they only seem to be able to just about understand. Pegasus News had some unconfirmed reports coming in of Corruption at Keza Corp. It'd appear that since 2010; Dez'rarzii - Tripp's symbiote has Lelia under his control, and Tripp's been manipulating her into doing what he wants which could later be used for evil things. It was basically insinuated and proven in a video that he was fucking her in his Xeno form and was instrumental in taking over her company and putting her on the Keza Corp payroll. It was insinuated that if he did it to her, who else did he do it to? On September the 3rd 2013 the word had some how got out, not by Pegasus News. However Pegasus News went and asked Tripp to come in for an interview, which he complied with. The two appeared on TV in the UFF ONLY unedited. Tripp seemed extremely humble on TV, and deeply embarrassed and ashamed of himself. He admitted this was absolutely true; it was only true with her. It was what she wanted for and asked for. It was a private arrangement between me and her, and I'm more than upset that someone not only reported this distortion to Pegasus News but also spread it around the UFF. It's a Rumor that does indeed have truth to it. But there's absolutely NOTHING violating the Universal Rights to Life Act.

The interviewer at the end apologised for this, and they're really glad he came on and was honest. Tripp acknowledges that perhaps he should have told the Grand Council due to the seriousness of their involvement. Leila interrupted before the end of the show to announce formally that she wanted Tripp to take her as his pet. To clear up further misconceptions about their type of relationship. There has been some blackmail attempts to the managers of the company but it's pretty much common knowledge now. The company is ran by brother and sister team Casey and Mike Goodwin, it's not really that much of a secret anymore but the brother and sister team are now married under UFF law. Although they understand fully the risks of getting pregnant from this relationship, which is why they practice in only protected sex, they both enjoy unprotected sex with other people and with each other when she's pregnant. The UFF believe they do love each other and that should not be questioned; as well as fact that they are very much aware of the repercussions of having a child with each other as they're Human. The blackmailer was disarmed and eventually arrested by UK Police in Blackberry Falls for other crimes.

The Fitness and Well-being centre actually promotes healthy living and a good and natural diet plan for people who love to eat. They even do their own range of healthy meals and smoothies and have their own smoothie machine patented under the UFF's Council of Patents. The centre is well known for sourcing local food from local farms. Their range is available from Aizu Superstores. They also do contractual work especially in the UFF where office workers can be fed with good food, and exercise rooms. If your company provides the rooms you pay for the centre's staff wages and a little bit extra and this keeps the costs down. It's excellent for companies who want to promote healthy life style choices that's affordable and doesn't screw anyone.

As the UFF reconise that Sex is a form of Exercise the company promotes sex as a fun alternative for adult exercising. The company unfortunately operates a no under 18's getting involved in sexual acts for legal reasons. (Despite other companies being more lax) this could have something to do with the fact that humans aren't very good at judging age, exactly like the Keza's.

In Blackberry Falls the act of sex is allowed however it must not be in full view of other customers under the indecency and exposure laws. However there are "Personal" workout rooms where a couple or more can engage in acts of sex. It's usually also acceptable that if you don't lock the door people can join you, if you lock the door it usually means you're not interested in working out with other people. What goes on in these rooms is your business, and as long as it's consensual and legal it's none of the company's business.

Their entire food range follows UFF laws which are stricter and accepted by the FDA and FSA. Their food doesn't contain un-natural preservatives, colouring or additives. Doesn't contain Aspartame, MSG or Xylitol either. They sell recipe books and ideas from leading Organic Food, All Natural Food and All Healthy food publishers that are up to standards, and their own recipes which are all available by digital format. For as little as 5p a recipe.

They have their own smart phone apps and their own pedometers, heart reading and blood pressure monitors which can be used in a Keza Corp and most medical practices checkup schemes. If you want them to view this information of course.

What ever drama between the managers is quite frankly no one else's business. Neither person talk about their relationship on TV and rarely speak of it with strangers either.

3.7) SAAFT Inc.

S.A.A.F Trainings Incorporated [No one is sure what S.A.A.F actually stands for.] Is a Staff training company that takes on contracts all over the city to train other companies or government staff. Their facility runs entirely on lecturer to staff and VER for hands on training. Which means parts of the building can be switched off to save costs where they're not in use. Employers can arrange to speak to a training event's manager who knows the law inside out and can set up your training programs for everyone in your company. This company also does refresher courses and emergency seminars, perfect for several volatile industries. Their excellent success rate has been their biggest ability.

The company was upgraded and brought by Keza Corp allowing the original administration to continue running it. The idea was to give them access to cheaper technology to help train people. A lot of the problems with the recent global financial crisis is a lot of jobs require experience, and this Training company can now give it with their training course. Which means the person would be ready to work straight away after finishing training.

Their contracts are based on quotes which are given at the start. The company holds a file on yours and holds it confidentially even from Keza Corp (the parent corporation) under the strict data protection laws that this company adheres to. A contract can handle all or some of the training which is customisable to your business, company, organisation or government's tastes. For example if you staff have to be extremely professional then we will manage a training program around this. VER training is impossible with a person who does not have a VER diploma from a recognised University. By law the following things must be included with the training of each person:

Crisis Situation
Morality Test
For certain jobs: a CRB Check (Criminal Records Background)

3.8) The Pleasure Complex

"Pleasure that is out of this world... Out of the Galaxy, perhaps?"

The Pleasure Complex is a public resort of some description. It features a wide variety of features. Entry is £20 per person, and the resort sells profitable but cheap consumables inside provided by Aizu and Aizio as well as Xendaar Corp. It's a sex and services hub. Whilst there's no entrance age restriction, people under the legal age must not commit in acts of sex with adults and vice versa. Usually 15/16/17 year olds do have sex amoungst each other an this is usually fine under the Universal Right to Life Act but the company won't be caught allowing adults having sex with underaged people. Because of the theme of the place (which is set up to be quite a subtle space theme) and the shape and design of the building some have dubbed the Pleasure Complex as the Pleasure Galaxy or Galactic Sex Centre.

The first floor features a:-

Restaurant with vegetarian, vegan, meat eater and healthy living (KC Fitness and Well-being) ranges of meals at reasonable prices. Typically a family can eat well here for about £6.50 - £10.50 a head (Depending on what course meal you get) and soft drinks are completely free. Because the profit they make from the excellent food usually covers this in abundance.
Bar (Alcoholic Drinks in the UFF aren't taxed) which serves extremely good quality and cheap alcoholic drinks. You have to pay full price for them but considering the UFF doesn't have a tax on Alcohol at this time you can pick up a good bottle of Vodka for just £3.50. Obviously people don't buy in this quantity and go for smaller glasses which cost around 20p a shot.
A swimming pool which is covered under the entrance fee.
An outdoor pool also covered by the entrance fee. [Very popular if you want people inside the Complex seeing you fucking]

The Arm of Keza: Orgy rooms, each room can accommodate upto 50 people. Food and Drink still has whatever fees that might apply but it's brought up to your room. Also Wife-Swap available as well as Cuckold's Fantasy. (+£10 to entrance fee)
The Arm of Mako: Specialised Breeding Centre. Whilst it's true breeding can happen anywhere, there maybe something special you want to do. Here is the place to do it. (+£10 to entrance fee)
The Arm of Coda: Sex Therapy. "Peace through Sex". Coda Yoga. Sexual Meditation. Sensual Sex. Excerising through sex. (+£20 to entrance fee, or £10 a month for membership)
The Arm of Zeta: Thirty Hot Tubs (the road is under this arm so if there is a major leak or spill it'll go out onto the road). (+£10 to entrance fee)
The Arm of Xeno: Xeno's are a voyeuristic dream. This allows you to watch any other room as long as the privacy switch in that room is set to off. You could even watch fellow voyeurist. Sometimes used by cuckolds too. (+£20 entrance fee)

The Third Floor:-

The third floor is a hotel, with a twist. Some people want to stay here for a week or two, and this gives them access to the below spirals and the VER on this for free. It costs £120 a room/ a night, but you get free Vape and Cannavape sticks from Keza Corp and you get complete access to the mini-fridge; which if you wanted to empty out at the end of your visit into a bag; you can. At 5PM there is an option where couples can send a partner out with a key. This key is the key to their dorm. People can go out and trade keys in a part of the centre on this floor or put them all into a bag and pick one out. Obviously there are sexuality concerns here, and preferences too; so it's operated in a way that's colour coded with a little sticker.

Blue - Person in the room is kay.
Green - Person in the room is female.
Purple - Person in the room is Hermaphoronari
White - I don't have a clue what their gender is.

It's designed for people who might want to swap partners, have a meal with another person and later return to fucking them and sleeping with them. People don't have to take part but generally speaking the complex runs it because people do it. There is also a VER suite on one of the arms and smaller rooms in the centre.

The roof features a complete Keza Corp Solar Panel array (Yellow Colour), and five Storage Pods that light up purple during the night, at highest intensity these can form purple beams of light to shoot up into the sky. Which will be used when The Mothership is built as the UFF will be a Aeroplane NOFLY zone. The Storage pods are staff only, but there has been staff/customer sex going on in them. Which is fine as long nothing goes missing.

3.8) Grow-dat-Herb Enterprises

In 2007; Khori and Tripp were rivals in the cannabis industry. Representing Mako'demeri and Keza'maraki interests respectively they both held an equal market share in Blackberry Falls. 2008 was when competition heated up. Khori started improving on the transport and distribution but not on the quality of his product, Tripp on the other hand targeted the quality of the product as well as yield, spending a few years concocting the strongest types of weed and breeding them together. During this research Tripp discovered he could make various 'flavours' of his weed giving him differing strains that would stubly change throughout the year so it was different enough to feel like a new bud, but the same reliable foundation. Much like Keza Corp OS.

This error in judgement on Khori's part showed up in the first quarter when 94% of his Blackberry Falls clients had switched to this new Keza Weed. Getting some himself to see what he was up against almost made him throw in the towel. His weed didn't even come close to the kind of quality this one was at. Eventually his investment and his expansion plans went dead too as in 2010 Keza weed started being shipped globally too, because of events at the Neko Resistance Mansion. Then Keza Corp came up and it was game over for Khori.

Now poor and living off of money he could scrape by Khori was planning on a suicide mission to steal from Keza Corp knowing full well their crops would be guarded. Khori didn't even get out of his front door when his brother walked in with a Keza'maraki girlfriend who was 14 or 15 at the time. Then the Keza's offered a branch of peace to the Mako's. Which complicated matters. Eventually the Mako's and Keza's were finished with war and the Mako's were being hired by Keza Corp. Tripp pretty much asked him up front to run his Cannabis operation, which surprised Khori. This kind of second chance is what this company gives too. Khori accepted and hasn't looked back since. Eventually he even got himself a Keza girlfriend, Ivy whom he later married. Khori is so glad that he never went through with what he had planned and has also since told Tripp how close he came to a suicide mission.

His girlfriend assisted him in picking the best possible plots to grow the Cannabis on, and it was pretty easy. The most fertile part was picked and they got to work setting up their operation. Unfortunately this was back when it was all manual seeding. Some of the weed plants never made it and yields were extremely low. The company then employed a research base over in Eureka 2.0 in a controlled lab to learn ways of industrial but controlled planting as well as pest control. They also hired some new staff; and in the spirit of the company's second chance policy they approached a gang in Blackberry Falls who had collectively decided to reform and were serious about getting jobs. They were brought to the UFF and told the scale of the job that they needed to do. They were also told that it paid pretty well and they'd appreciate it if nothing got stolen. A we'll trust you, but you have to trust us too. The gang were a little dubious at first, consisting of Humans, Kitsunes a Wolf and Horse anthro and a couple of Nekos all male, which is why Khori and Ivy were patient with them. It was rough at first and a lot of lessons had to be learnt the hard way but eventually they all began fitting in, during an off day (It's still paid, but you just sit around inside with a cold one (drink) and talk to each other and shit. It was discovered that each gang member had a horrific back story about family life and child hood. Something Khori and Ivy could actually both relate to. One of the guys said that they feel like they were all friends, and Khori admitted "It does feel like that. Probably because we kinda are." then one of them admitted that he felt like they were more friends because he found Ivy very sexually attractive and didn't see her as a boss. But he said he'd never do anything to Khori thinking he'd get jealous. His friends seemed a little awkward-ed by the statement and Khori just shrugged and replied "You do know all you needed to do was ask? We both swing most ways. So neither of us really mind."

So yes. The managers engage in sex with employee's and they engage in sex with the managers. Unsurprisingly they love working here.

Eventually these people found out that a leader leads by doing with them, much like their gang, and it felt like a good and honest gang, doing a good and honest job. Not one that terrorised and caused violence. Tripp was extremely impressed with their reformed attitudes and even responsibilities and suggested that they should be given access to live in the UFF, he didn't think this gang would ever reform and he was publicly glad to be wrong. So this group of workers now live in the UFF and work here, making an honest living for themselves. They find their work conditions to be about what you'd expect in the UFF. A working environment that's friendly and fun.
