Lucy Skye's Room | Dorm #55

Recommended Posts

The first thing to notice about Lucy's room is how unfinished its state appears to be. Much of the space is taken by sets of cardboard boxes that the girl never bothered to unpack, some (the opened ones) containing her clothes, but most holding all the sentimental things that the girl just couldn't live without, but which would never come into use. Amidst all the boxes stands a modest bed, practically always unmade, and usually serving as a resting place for Lucy's laptop or its accessories, keeping them at hand's reach even if she's sleeping or relaxing after a long day.

The walls are covered with posters of numerous bands, collected throughout the various concerts Lucy attended. The prime spot takes of course her beloved band "Xenophiles", complete with the autographs of all the members of the said group at the bottom of the poster. She attained it about two years ago, just before applying for Ironclaw, and it had been her most prized possession ever since. So far, she managed to attend three Xenophile concerts and collected all albums of the monster-rock band, some of them even on vinyls (despite not owning a vinyl player). She proudly hanged the album covers around the poster, unintentionally giving the wall almost a shrine-like feel.

Half of the space in the room is occupied by a large chrome drum kit, currently covered with a dark polyester sheet. Lucy learned to play when she was younger, and still ocassionally doesif she gets an opportunity, but the close vicinity of rooms in the school, combined with the fact that not everyone is keen on listening to drums every single day of their life, led to the instrument slowly falling into oblivion. Somewhere around the percussion lie about six or seven drumsticks, as the slime-girl was a firm believer of the statement: "Why play with two hands when you can generate half a dozen."

In the back of the dorm stands a small desk, on which she originally planned to do her homework, but which eventually turned into a station hosting all sorts of various audio equipment, from a rather ancient radio receiver, to a couple high-end amplifiers she bought after she unexpectedly was granted a scholarship last year. A large part of the desk takes also a PC casing, in which Lucy has been slowly but surely building herself a new computer. She's still missing a lot of the parts, ever since she accidentally burned most of her motherboard, turning her CPU into a crisp, but with a little positivity, she's certain she can save enough money to get it up and working by the end of this year. As one can imagine, nowadays, she does most of her homework on the floor.

Illuminating the room is only a single lightbulb hanging desperately from a wire in the ceiling. Her lamp got damaged sometime last semester, when Lyncus got a great idea and convinced Keya to try and replace it with a disco ball. She never bothered to replace it, claiming that the lampshade only made the room darker.

After class, the feminine dragon boy known as Keya had left the classroom and wasn't seen for at least an hour. Just before he did leave though, he glanced at Lucy @Icarian Dreams, and had a rather appreciative smile on his face. He even had his wings open as he left the classroom, so one could guess that he had flown off somewhere. He is known to be very fast at flying in his dragon form, able to get around the world without much problem.

Much to Lucy's surprise, assuming she is in her room, there would be a knock on her door. A knock similar to many she got a lot of in the past. Upon opening it, it is revealed that it's Keya! He had a determined look on his feminine face, being the adorable fool he always is. He seems to be holding his own black laptop case by its handle, with his right hand. He greets her with his peculiarly deep, feminine voice. "Hey Lulu~! Your favorite boy has returned!" He points at himself with the thumb of his left green scaled hand, the tip of his claw touching his upper chest. He seems energetic and proud of himself, even closing one of his eyes as he stares at Lucy, trying to get a reaction. Why was he missing for an hour? He isn't really the type to suddenly go out all by himself.

He looked the same, except he was wearing his usual baggy, relaxing clothes that he wears when he goes outside of the academy's grounds. They fit him perfectly, and at this point it's part of his personality. On his top he was wearing a button-up dark red shirt with a high collar, while on the bottom he was wearing baggy, very dark blue jeans, which were being held up with a fancy black belt. On his feet he wore black sneakers, although they were custom made for dragons, since his feet also had claws and were full of dark green scales.

Having the only class of today behind her, Lucy soon found herself back in her dorm. As always, she set herself an impressive battlestation in her bed, surrounding herself with two monitors, her phone, a couple sets of headphones, and even a drawing tablet she still had from that one time she was trying to learn to paint. Recently, it mostly served her as an alternative to a mouse, since the laptop's touchpads were always such a bother to use. The honorable place on her lap had of course her very own laptop, as she found herself in the middle of a desperate struggle to grant the completely unnecessary wallpaper application she installed just enough permissions not to crash every other second, but not enough so that it wouldn't hijack her computer if it tried. Not that it would, or possibly even could try, but it was better to be safe rather than sorry. The stern look on her face betrayed, that she hadn't had much success. Her efforts were however interrupted, as a loud knock on her door brought her back to reality.

She extended one of her arms towards the sound, letting some of the slime in her form shift so that she had enough reach to turn the doorknob. She pulled on it slightly, letting the visitor in, and grinned upon seeing the draconic boy @Godot. "Oh, hey Keya!" She exclaimed happily, seeing him enter the room. Her arm made a desperate push to close the door after he stepped inside, then dropped to the floor, slowly, in almost a snake-like motion, retracting back to her body.

"Please, take a seat!" She smiled, glancing over to the pile of hardware resting on her bed. "Umm... or pick yourself a box" She added, gesturing to the stack of cartons on the other side of the room. The slime-girl's attention was seemingly brought back to the screen, as a grimace of annoyance appeared on her face. "Damn piece of shit-crap" She cursed under her breath, then sighed, putting the computer down next to her. "Sorry, getting past the firmware can be a pain. Where have you been? You seemed in a rush when we left class." She asked, trying to start the conversation.

Keya stepped inside, looking around. He muttered out to her as he was looking around, raising the laptop bag up to set it down somewhere, being really careful with it. Unusually careful, in fact. "Niiiiiiice, your room is as tidy as ever." He said sarcastically, letting out a chuckle then stepping closer to her, trying to see what she's doing. "Please, do tell if I am currently bothering you with my great presence." He said, sounding cheeky and proud as always, smirking at her as he looked in her three eyes. He then had made a swift move and sat down on the ground next to her, looking up at her.

After she asks where he was, he rolls his eyes and takes his time until he actually replies. "Ah, I just went to take care of some business." The way he said that sounded a lot like a lie. But he still had that smile on his face, as he looked down and raised his hand to idly look at his claws, seeing if he had sharpened them enough the past few days or not. His pearly white teeth were almost showing, his smile slowly turning into a grin. He's being really secretive, and the intense look in his eyes while he looked at her was more and more mysterious by the minute.

"Daaamn, don't let me offend his majesty's gracious ass!" Lucy replied with a sly grin at his playfulness, bending in a mocking bow. She raised her eyebrow as she saw him take a seat below her, and sighed, still smiling. "Oh alright, fine, make yourself comfy..." She mentioned with a note of sarcasm, and in turn rolled her eyes as well. as she pushed some of the equipment aside, inviting him to seat on the bed. "You might even learn something for once." She teased.

She answered his gaze threefold, a rather inquisitive look on her face. It wasn't hard to realize that Keya was quite excited about something, even if he didn't want to state it out loud. "Well, Mr. Great Presence, what is this business you took care of? I doubt you were there to pay your taxes." She questioned, curious what the boy was so excited about. The slime-girl couldn't help but find herself grinning alongside him, finding the draconic student's happiness quite contagious. She was sure that a few moments more and she would start chuckling at his adorable attempts at being mysterious. It was hard to deny though that his behavior did start to intrigue her.

Avoiding eye contact for now, to appear even more serious, he smiles appreciatively as she invites him to sit somewhere more comfortable, sitting down. His tail was rather big though, so he had to curl it up and keep it next to him. He even wrapped an arm around his own tail, idly picking on the scales to see if any of them are dirty or damaged, but turns out that every scale of his is pristine clean and shiny. One would even be able to see their reflection if they look hard enough! Okay, that's an overstatement. He rolled his eyes at her tease, continuing to grin himself. Indeed, he looked so adorable.

After she asked him about the business once more, he finally looks into her eyes again, keeping that odd smile that was even more oddly fitting on his cute face. He had taken his shoes off already after he entered, so he now crosses his legs like a monk on the bed and slightly sways his body side to side, not knocking anything off, looking really happy for some reason. "You know about that thing that happened in class today?" He looks away, a blush streak appearing on his face. His expression of happiness changes into one of guilt, but he still kept a smile on his face because he's just unable to feel any proper sadness at the moment. "I felt really bad about it. It wasn't my intention to hurt anyone, especially not my precious Lulu." He was always overly nice to his female friends, but not as nice as he currently is to Lucy. It seems that he still is thinking about that moment, his heart aching every time he thinks about it. Something so small and simple affected him majorly. He even forms his other hand into a fist and places it on his chest, remaining proud though.

He had hoped that this sudden change of topics didn't ruin any of the happy mood.

"That thing?" Her eyebrow rose. Was he seriously still nervous about that? "Come on, I already forgot about it. Lil' K was just frightened, and I didn't lose anything I couldn't recover in a couple minutes." She said, blushing in brilliant emerald green, from when he called her his "precious Lulu". "Everything is fine!" She smiled warmly, trying to reassure Keya. Sure, maybe she was a bit mad at the moment, but she couldn't blame him for an accident. It's not like he intended to hurt them. Not to mention, he didn't really do even that. Karnis was way out of the way, and what little body mass she lost, she could easily regain in a manner of minutes. Seeing how his mood wasn't so strongly affected by his confession, however, she just sat there, looking at him curiously, as it seemed his train of thought was meant to lead somewhere. She rested her hands on her lap - or rather on her laptop - as her eyes inquisitively scanned the boy's face.

Keya was giving off lots of mixed emotions and Lucy would be able to determine this the more she looked at his cute face. Just about now, he had a guilty pouty face after she said all of that. "Still. I really felt bad about it." Letting go of his tail only so that he could touch both of his index fingers against each other a couple of times, looking like the cutest guilty thing ever in the world. But then he had turned his eyes towards her, dropping the pouty act and uncrossing his legs, sitting regularly on the side of the bed now. He had looked in her eyes with at least ten seconds of silence, blinking once after it as if he was trying to say something. He faces down, a mysterious smile appearing on his face once more. "I decided to make you a little something that I thought you would like."

For a moment, he looks at her laptop, analyzing it with his eyes, the smile remains still on his feminine face. Keya's rarely nervous about something, but just this once he was repeatedly tapping his index fingers against each other, which he kept at his lap. He murmurs something out as he kept looking away from her. He didn't seem embarrassed or blushing though, perhaps he's just nervous that she might not like it. "And before you say I shouldn't have, let me tell you that I always wanted to give you something, to show how much you mean to me, Lulu." This isn't anything like the loud and obnoxious Keya that everyone knows. This is the Keya that shows itself only when talking in private with someone. He finally looks back up in her eyes proudly, his pearly white teeth slowly showing. "You can accept this little something as an apology, as a thank you for forgiving me, AND as a gift that I always wanted to give you. Makes sense? Yeah, I'm sure it does." He chuckles, patiently waits for her response, seeming ready to surprise her, but only with her consent.

Lucy stopped herself from rolling her eyes once again at how mysterious he decided to be. She followed his restless moves as he wriggled on her bed. He always was quite fidgety, but this time he appeared even more agitated than usual. And while she wouldn't grant him the satisfaction, she had to admit she was so-goddamn-curious of what he had prepared, that at this point his teasing was starting to frustrate her. Not to mention she didn't even know if it was his attempt at flirting with her, of if he was just being his awkward self. The fact that he wanted to give her something was quite heartwarming though. It felt nice to be appreciated like that.

"Well then drop the act and give it already!" Lucy found herself almost shouting, as she sat both figuratively, and quite literally, on the edge of her seat. "You're using way too many words than you need to.." She looked at him, anticipation quite visible in her expression. "-and it better not be one of your pranks." She finished.

He put his palms up, grinning then standing up from his seat. "Okay, okay, I'm just scared that you might not like it!" This was finally the moment of the big reveal. He turned around and walked over to the laptop case that he had placed down earlier, lifting it up. It appeared that the laptop case was rather light. At least it was unusual the way he lifted it. It's like he hadn't put anything in it. He walks back closer to her and kneels down on the ground beside the bed. "Right, context! I've been in your room quite a few times now-..." He explains as he opens up the bag, looking up at her. He wasn't teasing, he just felt like context matters. Before she could interrupt him, he quickly explained the rest of it. "-...And I noticed something that you praise the most." He momentarily looks over to the wall that had the Xenophiles poster on it. He opens up the laptop case to reveal a sheet of very light and thin metal. It looked just like the back of a laptop, but it wasn't anything special just yet. At least, from where she sat, she wasn't able to see it.

"Since I know how much you love the Xenophiles, and how much you're glued to that precious laptop of yours, with the help of a printing company, I have created THIS for you!" He unsheathed what seemed to be the back-side of a laptop, showing the piece of art to her. On it there was an incredibly well made piece of art of the Xenophiles band, much like her amazing poster of hers that she praised and had it even signed. But... What's this? He was covering the lower half of it with his arm. On purpose, even. He made a confused face, raising a brow as he looked back down at it. "Oh, whoops." He removes his arm, to reveal that... What? IT'S SIGNED?! How did he...??

Keya smiles brightly at Lucy, a drop of sweat falling down his forehead as he watches her reaction. "I hope you like it, Lulu...! It slots perfectly on the back of your laptop!" He got with it closer to her, handing it over to her proudly. "Careful..." He grins at her. Upon closer inspection, the incredible art of the Xenophiles band is printed on the sheet of metal, with no signs of it ever coming off. And, upon closer inspection of the signatures, all of them looked very similar to the signatures on her poster. These were made with a permanent black marker, to prove that it indeed has been signed. This definitely wasn't one of his pranks.

Lucy felt her anticipation and excitement rise with each word that came out of the boy's mouth. She saw what he was getting at, but she couldn't possibly imagine what he could have gotten her. She followed his moves closely, intensely staring at the case as he opened it, revealing what appeared to be a sheet of metal.

The slime-girl squinted her eyes at the object he produced, not quite yet able to recognize what exactly he was holding. "Keya, that's-" Then his arm lowered, revealing the inscriptions. "You didn't-!" She exclaimed, almost squealing in awe, as her hands rushed to the plate, pulling it closer to her eyes. Her fingers traced delicately every single signature, feeling the marker under her hands. "It's real!" She practically shouted out, as if to affirm Keya that his gift was just as valuable as he wanted it to be. She felt like a little girl, getting a present for Christmas. Except the present was much cooler than anything Santa could have ever came up with. She leaned back slightly as his fingers released the artwork, pulling it practically right to her face. Her eyes left for a moment to look at the draconic boy, shifting back to the plate every split second. "Keya, you didn't have to!" She said in a quiet, but excited voice, her emotion signifying how glad she was that he did. She examined the art piece carefully, taking in every little detail, before looking at the draconic boy with a mixture of gratitude and most immense joy, breaking it only to pull him into a deep, warm hug. She released him only after a good minute or so has passed.

"But how did you-" She started, before realizing she didn't have enough air in her slimy form to finish her sentence. "When did- How!?" She exclaimed, looking at the man as if he were some sort of a magician. "It took me years to get the poster signed. How did you manage to get them to~?!" She didn't even finish her question, staring in awe and disbelief at the artwork, and then at Keya again.

Keya just smiled at her reaction, closing his eyes and letting out a small laugh of joy, resuming to look at her afterwards. The sheet of metal was as big as the back of a laptop, and it looked rather similar to it. The lights in the room made a streak of light go over the sheet of metal just to show how shiny and precious it is. It was like unsheathing a brand new sword, made from shiny metal. He sighs after she said that he didn't have to, but decided to shake his head and not comment on it, letting out a chuckle. Once she pulls him into a hug, he returns it with his own arms around her back, patting her back a couple of times as well with one arm, while the other arm moves up to her back of the head to pat it, being real gentle with the slime girl.

Leaning back from the hug after that one minute and listening to her squealing in happiness, a slight streak of blush appeared on his face as he looked at her three eyes and her overflowing joy. He continued to smile and be proud of the moment, relieved that she loves it. "Let the when and how be a little secret of mine, Lulu~" He said as he raised an index finger while closing an eye, looking cheeky again, but moments later he returns to being just happy. He looks back down at the sheet of metal, grabbing a hold of it gently and leaning a bit back to show her something. "If you didn't guess why it's shape is so weird, then check this out..." He says, leaning closer to her laptop while holding the piece of art. He pushes her laptop's screen down a bit, not closing it, but just so the plain back of it is visible. He then grabs the metal and clips it onto the back of the laptop, as if it were some sort of protective casing similar to one that a phone has. It's as if Keya had gotten her a completely different laptop. A very new and cool one at that, signed by her favorite band members. He moves it around a bit to check if it's clipped well enough. He tells her something about the signing. "About the signing, let's just say I had a little adventure the last hour." His face forms a cheeky grin again as he tells her a cool fact that she already knew. "After all, I can fly really fast in my feral form."

"There's something else I want to show you. If for some reason you start having second thoughts and saying it's fake, then I recorded it. Guess there was no point in me saying to let the when and how be a secret!" He laughs at that, but then... He's got a pretty serious and happy look on his face, reaching into his pocket to take out his phone. Moving through his gallery to reveal a bunch of videos, with the latest one having some sort of watermark of a free video editing software on the top right of it. It appears that he made the footage smaller. He taps on the video and plays it, showing it to her.

_____________________________________

The video starts off with a very loud windy noise and flying above the clouds at a fast rate. The sound fades but the video keeps showing, as Keya's voice is heard. He must've edited it in there with the cheap video editing software. "I was flying in my feral form. I didn't expect to find anything. I lowered below the clouds to see the terrain change quickly." At first, going below the clouds showed a thick forested area, then it went into a beautiful large open field, then it passed another big city, then it was large waters, presumably a sea or an ocean. Everything was going by really fast, but his smart phone captured it all, with little trouble. "I got a bit tired. Entering above the city of New London, I wanted to take a small break on the outskirts of it, just when I saw a very large crowd of humans and monsters." The video cuts to the beautiful city of New London from above, but taking a turn to actually go to the outskirts of it. Keya's flying was considerably slow at this point.

dcccff9cafc4fd19dd6aaa7ddcfcf1d7.jpg

After that, it cuts from when he's actually on the ground, near the big crowd. "There's no way!!" Keya's actual non-edited voice is heard, while the scenery was a bit loud, but it was still manageable. "Is that who I think it is?!" The video shows Keya flying a bit above then zooming in to see very buff guards, human and monster, guarding the band members of the Xenophiles, whom seem to be having a very good time, while the crowd was just a little bit loud. They all appeared very dashing and hanging out. Some fans extended their hands past the guards, of which the members used their markers to sign them. Behind the band was a large bus. It's their tour bus, in fact. It appears that they were on tour, and Keya was lucky to catch them. "I wish Lulu could be here... She would love this so much..." Keya said into the microphone of the phone, so it could be louder and better. The video is showing how Keya turned the phone around to show a close-up of his pretty face, then raising it and moving it away from him to show himself with closed eyes and happy face, with the crowds of people and the Xenophiles band with their bus behind him. Keya moves his camera to show only his own face now, making a cheeky face as he turned it to the side. "Ooh, look at how handsome I am~" The video cuts abruptly. As the video got to this part, the real Keya who was showing the video chuckles, blushing at the moment but letting the video play itself.

The video Keya was now in the middle of the crowd trying to film but everyone's hands were in the way. There were lots of humans and monsters there, trying to capture their live moments with the band. He sighed, sounding annoyed. "Alright, this is annoying!" He suddenly flew up in the air again, continuing to film them, when suddenly the lead band member grabbed a megaphone and looked up right at Keya. They had a winning smile on their face. "Hey you, come down here!" Keya turns the camera of his phone to himself to show his widened, shocked eyes, using a finger to point at himself while his wings were flapping in the air. He turned the camera back to the lead band member with the megaphone. "Yeah, you!" They even gestured at Keya. He flew down, the bodyguards paying no mind as he was now on the other side of them, with the band members. The fans became jealous and crazy, as he filmed a bit of them. The video stops when the lead band member's face is shown, as the edited voice of Keya comes in. "I never expected this to happen. All I did was fly up in the air. I shouldn't be the one here. It should be Lulu." The video turns silent and shows constant screen shaking as he filmed around, the band members were smiling at Keya, while he himself still had a shock on his face.

Suddenly, the lead band member gestured at Keya, to follow him. He was lead into the tour bus! Inside it was another band member, cleaning one of their instruments. They had a grin on their face too. Being famous is very interesting. The lead band member and Keya sat down at a  table in the bus as he kept filming, the sound coming back on as the cheering outside was a bit muffled now.
- "Am I allowed to film in here?"
- "Yeah, sure, no problem. You seem to be in a hurry, kiddo."
- "Y-yeah, I-... I can't believe this is h-happening... I don't know h-how to react!"
- "Welcome to the tour bus, kiddo. You want something signed?"
- "Yeah, actually.." Shakily, Keya filmed himself grabbing the bag he had with him. He took out the same metal plate, showing the same art that Lucy now owns.
- "I made t-this for someone very dear to me... Could you maybe s-sign it?"
- "Hand it over then!" The lead band member said, seeming excited to be signing another something for their fans.
The video cuts to another silent one, showing how the lead band member calls upon the others to sign the sheet of metal. One of the other band members made a peace sign as Keya pointed the camera at them. Then, he shows the finished product which is now in Lucy's possession. It shines once more thanks to the fancy lights inside the bus.
- "Say, who is this for?" The lead band member asked.
- "Her name is Lucy. Lucy S-Skye." Keya muttered out as he stuttered a bit.
The lead band member lean in to take Keya's phone and stand up turning the phone around to film themselves with an arm around Keya. "Well, Lucy Skye, this friend of yours is a legend." To which Keya in the video reacted with a blush and widened eyes, as well as a nervous chuckle. "Glad to know that there's a big fan of us there. Come to think of it, I actually might remember who this Lucy Skye is. Slime girl, right?" The lead band member turned to Keya, to which he nodded once more, even more surprise on his face that they remembered her. Then they showed a rock symbol with their fingers, shaking it around as they continued to film themselves. "Rock on, baby." They said, handing over the phone back to Keya. The video turned silent, the edited voice of Keya coming in. "I don't know how this happened. I was in shock. I took the opportunity, though." The video fades to black, it seeming to be over.

Keya retracts his phone after showing the couple minute video to her, watching her reaction.

Seeing how mysterious Keya was once again getting, Lucy let out an annoyed groan, but with the overwhelming joy, she couldn't stay mad for long. As he went on to attach the piece of art to her laptop, she leaned back a bit, giving him a better access to the device. She was well aware of the function of the plate, but didn't want to take that away from him, quite anxious herself as to how it would look actually mounted on the laptop. When the boy finished, she examined it in detail, quite happy at how it turned out. She would have to get something to protect the writing later, so that it would not deteriorate with time, but otherwise, it was absolutely perfect. Hearing Keya speak, however, she forced herself to turn her attention towards the boy.

Keya retracts his phone after showing the couple minute video to her, watching her reaction.

Lucy looked at the screen with curiosity, managing to have calmed herself a bit to give the video enough of her attention. She twitched when she heard the feminine boy say "New London", well aware of the event that was happening there not long ago. She would have went, if not for the fact that she had to prepare for school again. The slime-girl couldn't believe that Keya actually happened to stumble upon it. She took in every detail, practically feeling the atmosphere through the recording, then grunted as the view swapped to Keya's face.

Her eyes widened when she heard the Xenophiles call the boy down. "You- didn't..." She started, then decided to shut up, not wanting to miss even a second of the video. She was shaking with excitement and anticipation at this point, practically devouring the recording with her eyes. She felt her heart race when camera caught the face of the lead member, and when the band started signing, she closely examined every stroke, finding it identical to the one on the plate. It was authentic. Even if she had trouble grasping it. Her fingers subconsciously found the texture of the marker on the metal, feeling it out as she watched the video.

As she heard her name coming out of the lead singer's voice, she felt her entire body shake. And then, when he recalled who she was, she was half-sure that her heart would jump out of her body. "H-He-!" She gestured towards the screen, looking at Keya in awe and shock, unable to find the words. Seeing however that the video was not finished, she just turned back, taking in the finale.

"Either you're a genius when it comes to video editing, or you're the luckiest motherfucker alive, Keya." She said once the recording came to an end, awestruck at what she just witnessed, a part of her still unable to grasp that it wasn't some sort of an elaborate deceit. "Fuck..." She muttered under her breath. "I'm going to need that video." The slime girl said in an absent voice, still watching the blank screen for a couple moments after the video had ended. How the hell did he manage to get this lucky? It was unbelievable.

"Also, Keya, I have no idea how will I ever repay you, but if there's something, anything, I could ever do for you, just ask." She turned to the draconic boy, a look of sheer adoration and gratitude on her face.

After retracting his phone, he pressed the home button and tapped on a few things before Lucy gets a notification on her phone and on her laptop. "Already sent!" He said, taking in every detail of her adorable expressions, while his own head was slightly tilted as he faced her being so joyous. He closes his eyes as the blush streak on his face reappeared, scratching the back of his head with his claws. "I guess it was just luck, hah!" Maybe it actually was indeed luck, since Keya isn't known for researching a lot of things. The video on his phone looked very very real, as there is no way to fake such a thing.

He reopened his eyes at that and smiled at her, his eyes now being half-closed, adoring that she wants to repay him. He looks mysterious again with that smile of his, as he raises a finger, gently using the tip of it to place it on her neck, being careful to not use his claw. When his claw didn't touch her, his overall touch felt really gentle. He moved that finger up, up until he reached her chin, placing a thumb on there as well, holding her chin like that. His scaled hand was delicate with every move. To him, Lucy's face was undeniably very pretty. Her smile and the looks in her three eyes are and will never be replaceable. After maybe one had thought that something's about to unfold, he lets go of her chin and looks away, repressing himself from something... He closed his eyes and let out a chuckle, snapping the same fingers he touched her chin with, probably as a coverup. "I will keep that in mind. But for now, there's only one- no, two things I want from you! To be happy, and to cherish this gift from me." He looked back at her and smiled again proudly, being himself again. "Oh, and maybe a third thing." He looked up, putting on a fake thinking face, which is something Keya would do. Mocking facial expressions. "To never forget about me!!" He laughs out loud.

Somehow, his actions feel unfinished, though... One could easily tell that he wanted to do something, but he didn't do it. It's just not the right time.

She wasn't sure if she were to believe him that it had been just a lucky break, but it didn't really matter. "You have no idea how much that means to me, Keya. Thank you!" She smiled, having calmed a bit from the influx of emotions. She looked him directly in the eyes, more than genuine in her gratitude.

The smiles persisted on both of their faces, as Lucy felt the atmosphere in the room change ever so slightly. After all the excitement, everything turned almost silent, save for Keya's voice as his hand touched her neck. She shuddered at the sudden sensation, not expeciting the physical contact. It felt... intimate. And... she wasn't really sure if she wanted it that way. She chuckled, almost nervously, as his hand picked up her chin, and felt her muscles relax as it left, his fingers snapping in the air in front of her, as Keya returned behind his infantile mask. She smiled once again, feeling the life come back to the room with Keya's usual loudness. She, too, eased up. "This I can assure you!" Lucy smiled at his first two requests, then mocked a serious expression in response to the words that followed. "Now that's a hefty wish, dragon-boy..." She chuckled, unable to hold the guise for long. "Good thing I have some reminders now!" The slime-girl gave him a large grin.

She couldn't stop thinking about that slight intimacy that crept itself into their conversation. It wasn't that she disliked the boy or something. Hell, with all Lycan's parties that they attended, they've been way more intimate than this. And she was completely fine with that. She just didn't think about him... romantically. She didn't want cross him off completely just yet, but to her, he remained a friend first and foremost. A friend with benefits maybe, if he wanted. But still just a friend.

The slime-girl blushed, realizing that she lost herself in thought for a second. "Do you have any plans for today?" She changed the topic, not wanting to linger on the issue. "I was thinking of heading for some cupcakes a bit later in the evening," she proposed. "We could pick up Ruben too, I believe he was headed for the mall as well."

Keya remained proud that she loved his gift. Everything returned to normal after he dismissed whatever he felt in that moment. While it did feel intimate, he repressed it as it was definitely not necessary. Keya isn't really a true romance type of guy, so it was okay for Lucy to feel weird and confused about his attitude. After all, he went to Lance's parties, and he knows that he doesn't do it for the romance, he does it because it's fun, and so does everyone else that goes to these parties. At that point, Lucy and Keya were already friends with benefits, and Keya's just unsure what he suddenly felt just now. He raises a finger and twirls it around his blonde hair as if it was spaghetti on a fork, looking away with a confused smile and expression. "Sorry about the weird vibes, Lulu. I'm not sure what came over me." Turning and pointing to himself with a thumb, standing up and staying proud once more. "No matter, though! It's all better now, right?!" He asks very loudly, letting out a joyous laughter. It wasn't a fake laughter, it was the real Keya again.

The old, less mysterious, obnoxiously loud Keya is finally back. Whatever he felt goes away, as he was quickly reminded that there's no need to go further to have fun in life.

Happy that the issue has moved on and there's a new topic, he puts his hands formed up into fists on his hips, looking upwards and thinking. "Nope, no plans! This was my plan for today. To surprise you!" He looks back down at her and winks. He hears her idea, nodding once. "Cupcakes? A sweet tooth, as usual." He rolls his eyes, saying that sarcastically. "Sounds good to me! We can pick up Ruben, and..." He forms finger guns with his hands, looking like a cool dude but somehow still appearing cute as heck with that face of his. "...You could boast to him about your new gift from Yours, Truly!" He says, cheekily.

The mood is as lively as ever again, and it should stay that way!

"It's alright, Keya, I just... felt a little off. We're good!" She smiled, glad that he didn't take her reaction wrongly. With the awkwardness past them, she visibly relaxed, leaning back on the bed, supporting her weight on her arms. The laptop rested on her legs, closed, its heat causing the color of Lucy's legs to take a darker tone. Hearing his laughter, she joined in a chuckle. "You know it!" She looked at him, wondering what was going on in his mind. He was always such a dork. And he always managed to bring some of the so much-needed positivity to the world. She had to admit, she liked his presence. Even when he wasn't bringing her gifts she would value more than anything she could imagine, of course. When he was in the room, all negativity just seemed to vanish. Lucy liked that. She liked being surrounded by positivity. Her eyes focused back on his feminine face, as the draconic boy was starting to answer her proposition.

The slime-girl chuckled as he called her a sweet tooth. She had to admit sugar did feel really good in her body, even if it wasn't exactly healthy for her goo. One time she almost overdosed, causing her slime to dizzyingly flow all around her body, and her outer layer started sticking to everything. It wasn't pleasant. She had ended up being a sad blob on her bed for the next couple of days, before her body finally got rid of the substance. And out of all forms she was able to take, sad blobs weren't exactly her taste. Well, at least little K came to comfort her, so it wasn't all that bad.

"Pfft. Why do you think I wanna see Ruben?" She laughed heartily, hearing Keya's suggestion. "He's gonna be so jealous!" She answered, before realizing that she never asked the human about his tastes in music. "Well, maybe he won't be jealous," Lucy reflected. "But that won't stop me from boasting!" She finished, her upper eye giving Keya a playful wink.

Feeling a slight strain at her extended arms, she let go, pulling her hands together over her belly button, and letting herself fall on the soft mattress, her head landing perfectly at a strategically located pillow. It felt quite comfy as it buckled slightly under the weight of her head. Her mind started to wander slowly, and after a couple seconds, she reminded herself of something.  "You know, Keya, and umm... please don't mind me if it's personal, but... Why don't you have horns?" She asked, giving him the undivided attention of all three of her eyes. "I mean, all the dragonmorphs I've seen had horns. Is it like, genetic, or something?" She explained her train of thought, hoping that she wasn't picking at something intimate.

Keya felt good that things are swiftly back on track. He smiled in return to her. He couldn't help but to look at her for a while, this time not in a mysterious way, but the usual way he always does. A dork indeed he always was, but the positivity he had in him was unique and had a great feeling to it. Even in Lyncus' parties, along with the others he enjoyed whatever crazy events transpired there, but Keya being Keya, he still emitted his positivity and managed to crack jokes even during intimate moments, making the party ten times more fun for everyone. All in all, he was just a fun guy to have around. Maybe sometimes too loud, maybe sometimes too dorky, maybe sometimes too soft, but he never failed in being a good friend to anyone. Lucy is someone he always stood close to, and the gift he gave her today just proves this even more. Either way, his eyes focus back onto hers.

He remembers that one time she ate too much sugar, as everyone heard about her condition in class. Just thinking about it makes him chuckle a little bit, but he still felt bad at what happened to Lucy that one day. "It's okay, Lulu, just don't go crazy over it, or anything! We don't exactly want to scare Ruben away!" He playfully winks back at her as he jokes about it, letting out a joyous laughter. He really is enjoying these small conversations with her.

Dropping the smile a little bit and raising a brow on his cute feminine face to listen to whatever she has to ask of him, only to reform his smile again at the end of it. Seeming proud and confident again, he raises a finger and makes a cheeky but serious "explaining time" face as he looks at her. Sometimes whenever he explains things, it goes on for ages, but most of the times people actually learn something new from them. But sometimes it's a waste of time. Either way, he doesn't care and explains it! "Just like they're different types of sliiiiimes...." Putting a lot of emphasis on the word "slime", he looks over her body and face with an eye, bearing a grin on his own face. "...There are different types of dragons as well! While indeed I am your run-of-the-mill dragon, known otherwise as... well... dragon, there are hornless and horned variants. Hornless ones are more common, while horned ones, or... As I like to call them... Horny ones... They are rare." He chuckles at his own joke again. After that, he puts the same finger he raised on his own chin, looking extremely cute with his thinking pose as he looks off at the ceiling, swaying his upper body side to side in a positive and cheerful manner. "Horned ones may be rare, but they're no different than us. They're just horned dragons, period. Hope that answer satisfies you, m'lady!" As he said that last sentence, he bowed before her and grinned at her one last time before he awaited her answer.

He was quite ready to leave, by the way, and if she had to dress up or anything in order to go and meet with Ruben at the mall, he would stay there as he didn't feel like it's an issue to watch, unless he was actually told to look away. He's not a pervert to get enjoyment out of something simple such as "undressing."

Glad that his mysterious demeanor was well gone, Lucy raised her body on her elbows, looking at the feminine boy with focus as he explained to her the intricacies of draconic horniness. Upon the mention of slime types, seeing Keya eye her body suggestively, she gently raised her finger to her lower lip, and, with an overly innocent expression, started to slowly but surely expand the size of her breasts. The shirt she wore started to slowly raise up her body, revealing that it was in fact, the only thing she was wearing at the moment. She gave him a sly wink, and stopped the growth as soon as he returned to talking. She never really had any qualms showing off her body, finding people's reactions to some of her shapes rather absurd. After all, she could take pretty much any form she wanted. What did it matter if they saw the slime that made up her face or the one that made her chest, if either could become something completely else in a matter of seconds?

"Well, knowing you, I'm more inclined to the claim that dragons can be either horned or horny..." She teased, giving a light-hearted chuckle. "In any case, that's quite interesting. I thought horns were quite common among dragons. Thanks for proving me wrong!" Lucy grinned, before falling into thought for a moment. The slime-girl turned towards Keya, pouted her lips in a mock pose, and sprouted two tiny horns off the top of her head, keeping the expression for a longer while. She broke the act and laughed out loud. "I think it suits me!" She smirked. "Would I make a good dragon? Rawr!" The girl extended her hand in a clawing motion, some gooey claws actually extending from her fingertips. She still smiled even as her laughter started to slowly die down, and fell into the bed once again. "Hahah..Hah...ayy... Alright, enough goofing around, let's not keep Ruben waiting!" As she gave the command, her form slowly returned to normal, and she slithered down the bed, springfully dropping to her feet.

She stood up and stretched her entire body upwards, giving Keya a great view of her green, bubbly buttcheeks, then suggestively bent down to reach one of the many boxes cluttering the dorm's floor, producing a pair of denim shorts. Having pulled them out, she examined them for a second, planning her look for the city, before pulling them on skillfully, as her form adjusted to their size. She looked back at the dragon-boy, giving him a playful wink. "Well, what are you waiting for? Let's get moving!" She exclaimed, heading towards the door, on her way grabbing a leather jacket and gracefully throwing it on her shoulders. As she was doing so, her shape started to shift once again, pulling her 'hair' into a broad and rather messy ponytail, giving a rather rebellious look to her figure.

While explaining her things and she does that with her breasts, his only reaction was a slight pause in his words as he looked at them. He looked up at her in the eyes with a slight streak of blush on his face, as well as a Really now...? look on his face, but it wasn't anything serious, it was more like he enjoyed the sight and wanted to move on from it swiftly, otherwise he would get too attached. After all, Lucy knows what he's like when he gets teased way too much into doing the action, but since Keya isn't a pervert, it actually takes a lot of sexual teasing to get him going on. He looked at her wink and resumed explaining, while grinning a bit more.

Listening to her responding to his explanation, he closes his eyes and sighs as she formulates her first remark, letting out a chuckle as the streak of blush reappears again. "I will take that as a compliment thank you very much little miss bouncy girl!" He grins at her again as he mocks her with that, saying it all in one sentence, moving onto the next topic. He simply nodded in understanding that she understood, then eyed her as she mocked a pose and turned into a slime-dragon offspring. He looked over her in that dragon pose of hers, crossing his arms, eyeing her intently with a raised brow and a continuous smirk. "Oh yes, definitely! But I prefer if you stayed yourself. One loud and obnoxious dragon is more than enough, wouldn't you agree, Lulu?" He leaned closer and used his elbow to bump it against her shoulder a couple of times while winking. But as she laughed, he couldn't help but join her in it, almost falling on his ass from it. When she collects herself, he nods, agreeing that they shouldn't keep Ruben waiting.

He watched her, as stated previously, not being much of a pervert, but once she bent down and he was still staring her way, he thoroughly examined her bubbly ass with his eyes without as much as a little bit of shame, and smirked at her in a suggestive way, taking a step closer since they are about to leave anyway. By the time she looked back at him, he was still smirking, signaling her with the looks in his eyes that indeed he saw something nice. "...Yes, ma'am!" He exclaims after she snapped him out of the cheeky trance with her question, following her. They step out of the dorm room and Lucy locks the door, making their way to the mall.

[ Scene continued from Sunveil Mall ]

Keya blushes even more at the smooch, continuing to smirk at Lucy @Icarian Dreams in return. After paying good attention at her assets, he closes his eyes for a moment and grins to himself, turning around and starting to follow her, trying to catch up so he's more next to her than behind her. While not exactly there at the academy yet, he does appear to keep his eyes on Lucy and Lucy only. Only he knows what's going through his mind right now, but it must be something good. They may be walking, but Keya doesn't miss an inch of her body. Once he's done filling himself up with eye candy, he raises a hand and gently places it on her opposite waist, caressing it lightly and pulling her closer, giving her a half-hug again as they walk along but making sure they don't trip or anything, looking down at her from his slightly taller posture. "Look at you! It's like you're a different person!~" He mentions the obvious, definitely having taken a mental note of how her assets changed and they have more bounce to them than usual. Without shame, he looks at her shirt, then back up at her cute triple-eyed face, blushing as they near the Ironclaw Academy. Since it was the evening, not many people were walking by, but Sunveil being a popular city, there still were quite a few amount of people. Some even looked at Lucy and how much of a booming hottie she became. In the meantime, his tail behind him was swaying from side to side, and his green scaled pointy ears kept perking up every now and then, which must be some sort of excitement. He raises his eyes finally and looks around, seeing all the other people. He then looks back at her, chuckling. "You know, doesn't it bother you that people are staring?~" He doesn't seem to be ashamed of asking that, and knowing Lucy, she probably isn't either, in a way. But he waits her response at his teasing comments, walking along.

Lucy let her hair return to its normal form, having it triumphantly bouncing behind her back with each of her determined steps. The changes in her body, as compared to how she last left her room, were slight, but made a significant impact, as proven by the amount of heads she managed to turn. Some of them were a deliberate choice on Lucy's part, but many were done subconsciously, as a result of the arousal the slime-girl felt. Although she didn't let it show, she gave much attention to Keya @Godot, enjoying the effect she had on him. A corner of her mouth raised at his comment. "You haven't seen nothing yet!" She chuckled, before spurting out a pair of adorable curly horns from the sides of her head, matching surprisingly well with the feminine shape of her face. "Just let me know if you see anything you like..." the girl suggested, winking slyly.

She listened to the dragon's question attentively as they moved closer to the academy. "Bother me?" she asked, a smug smirk remaining on her face. "No, not really. If I can take any form I want, why not take one that's pleasant to the eye?" She turned her head towards Keya, tilting it slightly to the side. For Lucy, her form was very much alike her clothing - an expression of herself and her style. As long as she was herself, she didn't really care much what people said about her. Her friends knew her for whom she was, not how she looked, and others... well others could go and fuck themselves if they wanted to judge her based on looks alone. Besides, the human taboo regarding sexuality was frankly quite absurd to her. What was wrong in being attractive? She wrapped her arm aroud Keya's back and rested it on his side, as they made their way towards the academy's dormitory wing.

The dragon boy feeling great at this point, the slight streak of blush on his face remained there permanently, for now. He obviously did know what Lucy @Icarian Dreams is like whenever she is aroused, but he decides not to comment on it, as there's no need. He chuckled in return to her first sentence and looks up at her head where she sprouted the curly horns, looking back down in her eyes and at this point not even looking forward as he continues to walk on, but he doesn't seem to bump into anyone or vice versa, both of them stepping into academy grounds. There's still a few more distance until dorm rooms though, and he uses that to respond to her. "Oh, I like everything I see..." He murmured out quietly and teasingly, smirking smugly down at her again. "But you should already know that!" He adds, jokingly, but it being still kind of the truth. He laughs out loud again, glad that he could be himself even in times like these.

He kept his smile and widened his eyes a bit at her response to his second question, having an interested look on his face. He smiled at her after she finished responding, grinning. "You do make a good point there." Keya also knew her for who she was, as mentioning the whole "looks" thing was only because of all the people staring. Moving on from that, he finally takes his eyes off of her and eyes the dorm building, but continues to step forward and push the doors of it in, entering the absurdly long hallway.

Both of them nearing Lucy's dorm room, he stops clinging onto her affectionately and puts his hands back on his own hips, looking off to both sides. His tail continued to sway behind him, his ears continued to perk up every now and then, and his wings remained closed. He had waited for Lucy to unlock her room and once she did, he followed her in while shamelessly looking at her rear, or face if she was looking back while doing so. But before she did do that, he did comment in the meantime, jokingly of course, "I'm eager to see what movies we have on Netflix!" He eyed Lucy's expression, seeing if she takes what he said seriously.

A single look at Lucy's face said enough about how she was feeling. An emerald blush of her own adorned her face alongside a smug smile as she caught the glances of her fellow students. She was so much different now, compared to how she looked and behaved a couple hours ago in class. She happily listened to Keya's @Godot response to her slight modification. "I may know it, but I still want to hear it~" The slime-girl teased back, giving a wide smile to the dragon boy beside her. When they finally reached the academy building, she let Keya lead a bit, resting her head on his shoulder as they walked side by side.

The slime-girl let go of the dragon as they finally reached the door to her dorm. "Jokes on you, I didn't renew my subscribtion," she replied jokingly to his own comment before getting her keys out and ready. Once she'd finished unlocking the door, she pushed it open with a bounce of her hip. "Guess we'll have to find another way to entertain ourselves..." She smirked, stretching her arms upwards in the doorway as they entered her room, giving a side glance to the dragon behind her.

The dorm was just as they left it: messy, confined, but ultimately quite cozy. Lucy took her bag off her shoulder, placing it gently on the covered set of drums, before throwing her leather jacket off her shoulders and onto the bed. She turned towards Keya, her eyes sparkling with excitement as she let herself fall back onto the bed, supporting her weigth on her extended arms. She bit her lip in a sultry expression, pushing her chest forward, two pointy nipples pushing against the fabric of her shirt as her irides followed after Keya's movements...

Lucy closed the door behind the dragon, a faint grin lingering on her face betraying how enjoyable she found their encounter. However, her train of thought was now on vastly different rails. A little slugishly, she turned to the sea of boxes littering her floor, trying to recall which one it was she was looking for. After about third try, she managed to find a set of fresh sheets to replace the ones Keya took to cleaning in one of them. After a minute or so, having made the bed, she sat down on its edge, bringing out her phone, and lighting it up. The screen still showed the controls of a bluetooth speaker that was currently playing a soft, relaxing beat somewhere in the background. Her finger hovered above the display, as she thought on whether to turn it off or not, but eventually, she swiped the application away, leaving the music playing as it was.

She pushed her backself onto the bed, her legs following soon after, bringing her entire body onto the mattress. The pillow wrapped itself softly around her head as she turned to the side, placingthe phone next to her, cursing silently at the device as the screen rotated into a horizontal mode. She took a moment to switch it back, and brought up her contact list. It didn't take her long to find the entry labeled - no surprises there - Lil' K, @JennyDK and press it, opening up the messenger window. The slime-girl thought for a moment, then sent two quick messages to the gazer girl.

Sup K!
How's my favourite gazer doin'? :)

She subconsciously smiled as she wrote the emoticon, always thinking warmly about the girl, then waited for a moment with her phone in hand, seeing if Karnis would view the message.
