Most people engage in 1-on-1 roleplays. There is a bulletin board where you can make your own "ads" for your ideas and/or see what other people seek out:

These are typically used for EcchiText based RPs (meaning they happen fully private in private messages). For me, I use it as a general way to find partners even though I don't do EcchiText RPs.

Finally. there are also fully public RPs (of which I run multiple of myself), that focuses on a open world type of thing. Here is one example:

Welcome. I just get to the point since anyone else already said what i wanted to say. If you got something to ask related to the website itself, contact them. And i know this is mundane but i suggest you to don't skip reading this since many new member tend to trip over petty mistake and had to make their early leave.
