    Hmm...I would say it is half dark and half lighter. Some parts would be covered in neon signs/lights and large buildings would have extremely bright lights on. I believe places like the district that The Garden are in would probably be on the darker side. Possibly because of less maintenance with lights and such where the only lights are in/on the buildings.

    It is a good question, others can give their thoughts on. The genre tends to lean to the darker side, and probably at least parts of the city are. But have to figure out exactly how much it applies to the entire city or not.

    Hello there! So I am pretty new to this site, but I have loads of ideas. I get that I am supposed to upload all of those here, and I will, but that takes time.
