It's as the title suggests, and it kind of explains why I've been fairly absent from the site lately. I'm already very busy with work, now I spend most of my free time just hunting with friends. Not to say that the game it bad or anything, it's a lot of fun, and very satisfying to get a kill, especially when you worked together with your team. I was mostly curious if anyone else was getting really invested in the game, maybe start up a discussion about it. Like how far are you? What kind of weapon do you use? Trade tips? Ect. :)

To be honest, the upcoming trials worry me quite a lot. After the trainwreck that was the Alolan Marowak disaster, I did some training to prepare. At the same time, I've finally broken the cycle of having a party full of males by adding Mailbird and Mother to the party. While I have no real idea why I chose to use Mailbird outside of the upcoming Grand Trial, I figured I could get some milage out of Mother. At the same time, though, I swear I'm blind or something. I had looked on Serebii to see when Mother will evolve and instantly assumed it was Lv. 27. It's actually Lv. 28 at night, and with how Ultra Moon has a twelve hour time difference from Ultra Sun, I ended …

...Apparently, to those of you who own Nintendo Switch, perhaps you by any chance own Cooking Mama? There's a ridiculous case of "Lets say that to the people at the meeting since it sounds so cool!" while its on development. Let start from beginning. The weird things start from people who bought the said game, realize they can't bought it anymore on the next day. However for some people who manage to bought it, said their console (Switch) got heat up too fast and drain the battery in short time than usual. People wonder if there's some sort of (take a guess) mining program there since its the only program that can make any hardware heat up in strange way. Not on…

When most people think about gaming, especially their early years, it seems that they often think of just playing games normally. Maybe you didn't know as much as you did now and had to figure a lot of things out on your own, but for the most part it seems everyone still had that general concept of playing through a game from their earliest gaming memories. You pick up Mario and you play each level until you beat Bowser at the end of World 8 and then you've beaten the game. Beating the game is obviously the primary objective of any video game, so it's only natural that your main priority when playing a new one is usually to beat it. But I've always felt I was in a bi…

I've said before but I only like two things in this world: Fucking Bimbos and Hunting Monsters. I might dare to say I can't decide which I love more, which should be an indication of how much of a fan I am of the Monster Hunter franchise in general, and I want to meet other fans. I do this everywhere I go if I can. So, here's what I hope to see from people here in the replies!

Hello Dreamers! It's been a while since I started any new threads, and it's felt even longer since I last made a thread that had a significant amount of effort put into it, so I'm hoping that by creating this thread I'll be able to somewhat make up for my lack of activity on the site in the last few months. Not that I'm making this thread purely out of worry of not being active enough! I am genuinely excited to showcase my video game collection here, and I'm going to try and go through each console I own in chronological order of when the console was released. Everything I own is either Nintendo or Sega. I've never been invested in Microsoft consoles and I'm only vag…

Elena And Her Joystick : Depth Of Field is a post about my opinion why some game fail/work at specific value other than its gameplay, and consider if it should be improved to make it work, or just let it be since its move the story onward as its canon. It doesn't have any gameplay review experience like from the original Elena And Her Joystick (such as how the control feels like, UI design, and graphic detail). This post are more toward other value such as story and the character include the world the game set on and tell you my thought why it fail/work to impress us. Keep in mind that this is a personal take/opinion, not every gamer as a whole. And with that, i hope…

[i'm not a professional reviewer just decided to make a post in here. Might make it a regular occurrence... Who knows.] [0/5] As many of you already know, I’m the Site Administrator for EcchiDreams, but in my spare time (what little of it) I play a lot of video games. I’m a PC gamer myself (Preferably with a 360 Controller. The best controller, in my opinion, in existence – Today anyway), I used to play on the Xbox 360, and I grew up playing games on the Basic Amstrad CPC464 (First ever PC, 1994), Amiga A600 (1995) and eventually a Windows PC (1996+). One of the first space games I ever played was in 1998, (Just 8 years old) and I had to code a DOS program…

This is my first game review on this site, but it's actually taken from my blog on Canterlot.com, though not entirely. Here are the specifics. Game: My Little Pony.Platform: Android.Price: Free. *SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS NOT A TEST!! AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE WILL FOLLOW!! XD* First, the game takes up WAY more space than it says on the app store! When you first start up the game, you'll be notified that over 90 MB of extra data must be downloaded! That wasn't a big problem for me, but, if you have a lot of stuff on your tablet, you may have to delete some stuff, or transfer stuff to an SD card(the Kindle Fire doesn't have that capability, but the game is available f…

So, let's talk about Ultra street fighter IV. While it's slow to learn, the game can be one of the funnest experiences around. The game itself is not worth playing without a console controller, as keyboard controls are impossible to really "get down with." My reviews will be compartmentalized based on a few things, just so you know. They will be: Graphics, gameplay, story, audio, extras, and the overall experience. Graphics: The game makes fantastic use of cell-shading, making somber characters look grim and goofy characters look fun. It really does make the whole cast of characters look good in their own rights. Not only so, but the stages can do the same, making dar…

Hello, everyone! I wasn't sure where to put this, since "Gadgets And Geeks" seemed promising. Due to subject matter, I chose here. I'm not exactly in need of tech support, but I would like an answer. I have a white 500GB PS3 "Super Slim." I've only had it since Christmas. I am fully aware, having lost 2 PS3s in the past, that they eventually suffer an unavoidable death. I don't do anything fancy with it. No movie streaming, no hacking it, I haven't changed the Hard Drive,... nothing like that. I play games, and, occasionally, check out the PlayStation Store for sales. My question is this. How long is it safe to leave it running in a single gaming session? If it matters, I…

Been looking for people play the multiplayer with.. thought I'd try to post here. I'm pretty knowledgeable of the game... 660 hours, lol. But the past few times I've played, it's been so mod heavy and trying to "speed run" it hasn't been any fun anymore. Would just like a chill farm.. just to hang out and have FUN.. no mods required. Pretty sure we could even RP on it if you want to go that route.. run a train on Abigail or something, lol. Let me know... if you be interested. I'm usually around super late night/early morning CST to play, though. It's usually pretty dead around here at those hours, but we can work something out, perhaps.

Okay, I share a lot of fault in this but this still annoys me vastly and the game set up shares part of the blame. I still have an Ultima Online account, the first big MMO. Still running after over 20 years though a shadow of what it was early on and plays considerably different than it used to (better in some ways, worse in others). I started when it was brand new, played a few years, stopped, then came back with a new account a few years back. One of its early features was a player being able to buy there own house. I had one of those, the only down side is, due to limited space it goes away if you do not keep logging in. There is the problem, I got a little la…

With the newly released Mario Golf game, it's always time to remember how much better the old games were! But seriously I thought a thread on Non-Realistic Sports Games could be fun! So from Mario Golf to Knock out city feel free to discuss! Whether to bitch about them, or just active discussion about rocket league! But please put your hot takes about Super Rush down below! I NEED THEM

Dungeon Fighter Online Image Copyright: NeoPle Inc, 2014. Dungeon Fighter Online is an Action/Beam 'Em Up MMORPG for the PC which is currently in Alpha release by the South Korean based Developers NeoPle. A member here, MegaZero64 (whom I've known personally for many years) suggested Dungeon Fighter Online (DFO) and gave me a link to download the Anti-Cheat shield and downloaded so I could play it. MegaZero64 is none other than DatLoli. MegaZero64 may release a review based on his perspective as a seasoned player, even before NeoPle took the project on. I am a completely new player; someone who never played this game before or any of its series. Review may c…

Around 10am GMT (7pm JST) Phantasy Star Online 2 servers were subjected to a DDOS attack. After almost 24 hours their PSO2 site was also DDOSed and is currently down. Sega have reacted surprisingly fast compared to other companies that have been hacked and have even outright been honest about the whole situation. At first they felt the problem was easy to fix and that the servers would be back up by 1pm JST, but it quickly became apparent that this would be unrealistic as time went on. At 6pm JST they released a statement both on their twitter and emails to all PSO2 users. (The only two ways they can currently communicate.) To save the frustration of using google tra…

Game: Tekken Tag Tournament 2. Platform: PS3, WiiU, XBox 360. *SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS NOT A TEST!! AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE WILL FOLLOW!! XD* Ah, Namco. Where would gaming be without you? Sure, you didn't come up with Pokemon, Halo(I'm not implying I play Halo, because I don't. It doesn't appeal to me.), or Guitar Hero, but you brought us such games as Galaga, Pac-Man,... Hell; arcades would've sucked without Namco. Not to mention, the upcoming new Super Smash Bros. game is being partly developed by Namco. So, today, I'm here to talk about their flagship fighting game franchise, Tekken. More specifically, the awesomeness that is Tekken Tag Tournament 2. By…

Hi, everyone! I decided to use this section of the site for more than game reviews. The point of this thread will be to discuss the Pokémon games! Mostly to find battling/trading partners, though. Anyone with a 3DS and a copy of Pokémon X or Y is welcome to post requests for battling and trading. You will have to post your 3DS Friend Code and in-game name, however. Of course, anyone is welcome to join in conversations! Oh, and this is also gonna serve as a place to gather Friend Safaris. The Friend Safari is a place in X and Y that's only accessible after beating the Champion. Everyone has 3 Pokémon linked to their Friend Code. When you exchange Friend Codes, you'll be ab…

Okay so I've been really into this game lately, and from the title I'm pretty sure you already know which game I'm talking about. It's of course about the four elements, and mainly about 4 separate nations, it had a kick ass animated series filled with action. The series was about a boy who was the last of his kind, gifted with powers thought to have been lost for centuries. He of course gathers his ragtag group of friends and travels the world with them in an amazing adventure to stop a power hungry maniac from taking over the world, and also further explore the depths of his powers. There's also plenty of romance and comedy, complete with the jokester of the group falli…

Game: Heavy Rain. Platform: PS3 exclusive. ArdillaVerde93's tagline: This... is... JAAAAAAAASOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!! "I love using motion controls for these Quick Time Events!" Before the game I'm gonna be talking about came out, saying that would've probably earned you a sound ass-kicking. Quick Time Events are cutscenes that require the player to perform certain button presses and/or movements in order to progress. Failure usually results in damage, or even death, to the player's character. Because of the usual suddenness of their appearance, which catches players, who put the controller down to watch what they think is a normal cutscene, off guard, they'r…
