So... RP for me started thanks to my big brother drafting me into his D&D group when I was a wee lass. I played with a bunch of guys who were older than me and I was the annoying little sister, which pretty much sums up my experience til I started DMing. Then I was the little sister DM, then the DM for my own group. My brother was old enough to deal with the crazy evangelical "D&D = Satanism" stuff. All I had to deal with was a sort of lingering fear from some parents. I ran a lot of games for a lot of groups, then tried some larping and cosplay. Now I run tabletop RPGs twice a week and have a closet full of cosplay outfits that I'll never wear again.

When I was younger, I had a tendency to sneak on my brother's computer and browse through the porn he thought he hid. Back then it was mostly jpgs of interracial sex, threesomes, and some weird hentai tentacle images. He left himself logged into AOL way too often, and one time I discovered his female username and erotic chat habit quite by accident. I knew enough to make it sound good, so I chatted using his username and discovered eRP. I loved it. I moved to IRC chat for quick hookups and more random game and forum sites than I can remember for longer stories before briefly trying SecondLife. When I discovered IMVU, I spent too much time with too many weird roleplays there before searching out dedicated eRP sites where I belonged. This is my third eRP site and probably my favorite.

I kind of fell into role-play. When I was like 10-11 back when MySpace was king I found an edited anime picture of one of my favorite characters from a show I had just seen on Toonami. They had a name bio and all that and this was also when coding background for your profile was a huge thing. I wanted to get into the world and I started but I didn’t want to use my personal profile. coding music from cds and mp3s for your profile lol that Limewire shit xD. What I ended up doing was deleting all my friends cause where I came from and during that time anime was seen as like weird and nerdy. Not as accepted today and kids would make fun of the ones who openly like anime besides Pokémon and Yugioh. Not a very cultured or diverse bunch. Straight up just started over my whole profile and changed my name. Also my mom was super protective cause it was meeting strangers over the internet. Got a few irl numbers that were sketchy af and she actually grounded me from the family computer for wracking up the texting bill lol.

So I made my first character where I just looked up google images and began to add random people. Omg so unsafe but it was the early 2000’s and the internet was amazing. I learned how to type out a story and to use correct grammar and spelling cause grammar nazis like damn. Over all the scene changed and I bounced around form site to site depending on the activity. It’s how I got into editing pictures as well. And now I’m here which I have found a great group of people who make the best of stories. Truly blessed to have found this site.

i started with a friend group. i was really young back then and dumb, so we did some of those cringe cliche roleplays. until one day the group kind of fell apart and it got boring. i'd come back from school just to roleplay with them for..literally years now. But ah, we all kinda grew up so. Then in like 2016-2017 when discord was launched, i met a person called "Hiko" and we did some really more bad roleplaying until that is where my roleplaying aspects started shaping out.

And..I made an amazing best friend. We still talk to this day, haha! we've been through a lot of arguments and me and him; we are like a mirror. I'll never forget all the fun we had and still have! We do roleplay in fact almost everyday! 😂 I love that man to death and his enthusiasm, one day me and him will have tea time together. (he is half-british and is a very hard worker). And..here I am! some people might not like me, others might will but when the roleplay is good i definitely put effort in it. 👍

Also, a lot of what i learned, i took from him so, props to hiko.
