Hey this is probably a silly question...but what role do “guests” have on this site?

I keep seeing that there are: ** Dreamers *Anonymous, and (like) 35 Guests online.

Who are these guests and why are they here? 
I know it sounds like a silly question but I guess it’s my paranoia...?!

Guests are just internet users whom don't have an account and are just browsing the site, just like in most other forums.

This includes some search bots/content crawlers and people who aren't logged in (And maybe about to register or login).
