I have the following RP idea:
A teenage boy and his tomboy best friend (or optionally sister), end up in a game of truth or dare which escalates through one-upmanship into a sexual encounter

The setup is just that. I'd play the teenage boy, my partner would play the tomboyish teenage girl. Initially they are just trying to gross out or embarrass each other, leading to light sexual stuff (flashing, that kind of thing) as part of the attempt to outdo each other. That's when they start to see each other sexually, as teenagers do, and they'll either have to try to dance around it or embrace it, either way leading to exciting and awkward teenage sex.
