Honestly you can just have her show up. GamerGirl just sent people running from a store and is talking with Everglow 
Noble Ember is currently mending while sitting on a bench 

Situation right now is mostly calm with every one edge waiting for the bad guys to act (aka I've been waiting for more people to make characters before kicking it off) 

Could easily have her get in trouble to bring people to help her or show up by one of those.

ok so there was a bunch of people who just escaped from a building? I can have angelia hoodied up, escaping before getting harassed by a normal npc who seems oddly oblivious to the situation and very pushy?

Well its only 2 pages but definitely read the opening post and then pretty only the 2nd page is really necessary (if that). 

If you're posting at the store then you can pretty much start at @Corinthi's character's entrance which is the 4th post on the 2nd page.
