GM for superhero / superheroine

I'm a Game Master, rather than a role-player. I will run the city and NPCs for your superhero.
The game will be comically sexual. Expect the various supervillains to have plans entirely revolving around sex, and usually to be defeated by sex too. Any sex will be consensual, although often confrontational.
