"Chamomille, huh? So it was flowers after all..." Natia repeated as she swirled the cup around in her hand, watching the liquid swirl. "We don't really have names for the plants we create. I mean, we know some, like strawberries, but we mostly don't care what they're called. It's interesting to know how many things have names." She smiled as she slowly lifted the cup of tea to her lips at Glenda's request. The aroma of the tea was certainly pleasant, however when the warm liquid touched her lips, it wasn't quite what she was expecting. Really, she didn't know what she was expecting from a glass of flower-soaked water, but it certainly turned out to be quite a... unique flavor. There was a slight sweetness to the tea that reminded her a bit of apples but, for the most part, it kind of just tasted like dirty water to her... She wasn't exactly sure how something like this could possibly help her to feel better, but it was clearly a part of these people's culture, so it would be rude of her not to at least respect it. She smiled happily up at Glenda before opening her mouth. She didn't want to say too much and make things weird, so she decided to, at the very least, play along with everyone's idea that this tea would help. She just nodded with her innocent smile still spread across her cheeks. "Thank you very much for the tea, Mrs. Glenda! I can already feel it taking effect!" She soon set the tea down on a nearby table and began to blush slightly as she knew exactly what she was going to be doing next. Still, she was pretty excited to get back to trying on new clothes and she couldn't wait to knock Rowan dead with another sexy dress. "So, will you help me pick out another dress? This one... I really like, but that guy kinda ruined it for me..." She frowned, tugging at the particularly lewd outfit she'd been wearing this whole time. "It's a shame, because I look really good in it, don't I?" She glanced back up at Rowan, curious to see if he was even listening to her. -

Alez nodded in agreement with Cassie's words. "Yes, I suppose I should probably share how we celestials work..." She paused for a moment to think of how exactly to explain it, as it was such a natural feature of her body. It's like explaining how one can maintain balance on two feet without falling over. "Well... our forms change based on our emotional state. You see, our ethereal bodies are entirely projections of divine light. We can maintain that form as long as our minds are pure and our emotions are perfectly balanced. But, if our emotions are out of balance, we enter our physical forms instead. That can be really bad, especially for someone like myself who really lacks confidence in their own abilities..." She paused again, tapping her fingers against her elbow. "Long story short, we can tap into magic and we have no physical presence while in our ethereal forms. Plus, we can't be seen in that state except by other divine beings, demons, and any mortals we allow." With a deep breath, Alez's wings returned, stretched out wide on either side. She then flapped the wings in an effort to draw Cassie's attention toward them. "The color of our wings reflects the purity of our hearts. If we sin, they become darker as we distance ourselves from Lady Caelisia... That is the most shameful thing that could happen to one of us. If we aren't pure of heart, we cannot return to the kingdom of Coelis and we just end up slowly withering away without our mother's embrace..." Alez frowned slightly and slowly the wings disappeared. "In our physical form, we appear just as any normal human would. We don't have access to our magic or any other powers. We're just flesh and bone. We can only return to our ethereal forms when our emotions are balanced. That's why we go through extensive training to have perfect control of our emotions. However, even though I graduated... I'm still not totally confident in my ability to do that. That's why I find myself getting stuck in this form a lot. It's by far my biggest weakness. If I get particularly angry, sad, happy, or afraid... I can become temporarily trapped. It gets worse when it happens at a bad time, because then I just get more afraid that I'll be stuck like that, which only causes it to become harder to return... It's like being bound in such a why that the bonds only get tighter the more you struggle... it's really scary..." "Anyway, that's pretty much the extent of our form change. I hope that answers your question!" Alez put a smile on her face before returning to her ethereal form and spreading her wings again. -

Natia didn't react much to Glenda's words. She found the woman's embrace comforting, though. And though she didn't know what this 'tea' was, it sounded like some sort of medicine that quite possibly could help her feel better. Before she knew it, however, she had somehow found her way back into Rowan's tender embrace, reminding her of where she felt right at home. Of course, the broken look in her eyes remained, but she nodded slightly in agreement as Rowan asked for her to bring some tea. Something about Rowan's voice when he tried to soothe her, however, made her a bit uneasy. It felt like he was holding something back. She didn't like the idea that she may have upset him with her problem. She trusted Rowan's judgment, though, so she decided not to press him any further. He was likely holding it back for a reason. She just remained silently in his arms. It wasn't long before Glenda returned with a hot cup of tea in her hands. Natia looked at the steaming cup with surprise. She'd only ever seen hot water when Rowan used it to cook. The idea of drinking something hot was bizarre to her. Regardless, she soon found herself accepting the tea silently with a soft smile forced onto her face. She nodded as if to say 'thank you,' before lifting the cup with her fingertips and sniffing the odd drink. She could smell a faintly familiar scent, but she couldn't quite put her finger on why. "Um..." She started, a little embarrassed to ask, as this 'tea' thing seemed to be quite a standard feature of everyone's lives in this society. "It may sound strange, but... what exactly... is tea?" She looked up at Rowan with a quick glance to Glenda. -

Natia just stared into Rowan's eyes for a good several seconds in total, blissful silence. She loved every moment. Maybe they were wasting valuable time, but it was nice to even have the time to waste in the first place and, in Natia's eyes, any moment spent with Rowan was a moment well spent indeed. She couldn't hide the stupid smile on her face as Rowan stroked her cheek with that gentle caress of his thumb she'd grown all to familiar with. It made her heart flutter with joy. When Glenda returned to the room, Natia truly felt at ease. Her motherly aura just shrouded her with love the moment she walked in. Her mention of money, though, bothered Natia tremendously. It all came back to her own misgivings about society. Many people felt very strongly about their only perception of reality, but as expected, it seemed that money really was the root of all evil in society, or at least most evil. It bothered her that something so meaningless could drive a sweet woman like Glenda to have to put up with such a horrible monstrosity. Natia just shook her head and smiled up at the friendly woman. "It's okay, I'm more sorry about the way he was treating you... like some sort of slave... but you're so much more than that!" Despite her attempts to deflect her own attention, of course, she couldn't quite shake the intense feeling of dread knowing her dear friend was likely in danger. And it seemed even Glenda had a hard time shrugging it off as she simply went right back to pitying her. Seeing Glenda respond like that was just a bit too much for Natia. The look in Glenda's eyes just reminded her of just how pitiful she must have seemed. She had to look away, if she continued to look at Glenda's face and hear her voice... No, it didn't matter what she'd do. She was already past the point of no return. "I'm fine... I-... I-... I just... I..." As she spoke, she sounded like a record player. Glenda's concern had only risen up her own anxiety again. She started to tear up to the point where she couldn't even see her surroundings anymore before finally just throwing herself into Glenda's arms and letting out the loudest, most pathetic sobs like a wounded animal. "I'm... I'm not..." Why? Why was this happening again? She'd just gotten over it and now it was right back again. Was she just doomed to face this endless cycle of anxiety until her concerns were cleared up? Her ugly sobs filled the room as her pretty face was stained once again by her constant flowing tears. -

By the time two girls reached the front door, Anhara sighed with the same amused smirk on her face. She'd heard Rose's little confession. It didn't make her mad, but she certainly found it to be a silly thing to say. "Oh, Rose... You still haven't learned anything, you silly girl." She pulled the knife from her bag again and flipped it open. She could tell she was still going to need it for a bit longer. She looked Rose's pretty body up and down and pondered to herself if there was anything she should do... should she leave her plain like this? A blank canvas so that daddy could see her right out of the box? Or perhaps she should go ahead and decorate her a little right now? It was certainly tempting... and Rose did need to learn a thing or to about what to expect... but... She was just so pretty already... Rose smiled to herself and leaned in to give Rose's cheek a gentle kiss. "I love you, Rosie~ You're so cute! ...Stupid, but in a cute way. I'll make sure daddy is gentle with you. You're too delicate to take him at full force." She slowly lifted her knife to Rose's lips again. "Aren't you excited? You wanna make daddy happy, right? Just like your big sis~?" She giggled into Rose's ear as she waited for a response. Really, there was only one response she could possibly expect from Rose given the circumstances. Still, she'd been quite prone to surprises, so she wouldn't put it past Rose to pull something stupid right now... -

Natia was relieved to have Rowan's reassurance. He held her just the way she liked, his lips kissing her silky hair and her head against his chest. Despite his troubled pulse, the sound of Rowan's heart beating still managed to help the girl to relax in his arms just as it always had. She was trying, so hard, to be happy for him... That was when he told her she didn't need to apologize. Honestly, that just made her want to cry more, to let it all out right then and there, but this was such a perfect day up until now, she didn't want to let this one chance encounter ruin everything. This was supposed to be a happy time for her and she refused to let some cruel old man get in the way of that! She could feel the tears welling up within her eyes already, though. Fighting it was impossible. They were going to drop at any minute and once they'd start, they weren't going to stop for a while... Perhaps Rowan could see her lips struggling to hold the smile she was forcing onto her face. The corners of her lips quivering as if begging for surrender. Her soft face turning red and scrunching up as she fought the urge to sob. Her life was falling apart, she had every right to let this break her down, but something was pushing her to keep herself together. She then felt Rowan's hand move to the back of her neck. A familiar sense of submission came over her and a faint blush returned to her cheeks. The tears had finally resumed falling from her eyes, but just as she opened her mouth to thank her lover, his lips forced themselves onto her own. There was a certain sense of ownership that came from his confidence in delivering the kiss. It was reassuring. Like he was sucking the burdens from her body. She didn't have to think anymore. She just had to obey and her master would fix all of her problems. In this one moment, she finally understood... this is why people were okay with it... Even though she had no idea what to do, he was going to take care of everything. She was that important to him. The tears were still rolling down her cheeks, leaving visible streaks, and yet her smile was now more genuine. She didn't feel like she had to force it anymore. With the two licks to her cheek, she even began to giggle a little. Rowan brushed the hair from her face and she simply leaned in closer and kissed his lips again before whispering into his ear. "Be careful... and bring good news. After that..." She paused and gently flicked her tongue at Rowan's ear so that he could hear the sound of the saliva from her parted lips. "I'm all yours~" -

As Alez peered into Cassie's heart, she could sense a great clash of confused, negative emotions. For a celestial so inexperienced with the feeling search, it was actually quite overwhelming. She'd never really had the chance to try it on anyone outside of celestials who typically only experienced pleasant emotions. Cassie clearly wasn't a human, but these feelings seemed to be more human than anything she'd ever felt, assuming what she'd studied on humans was accurate. The clash of emotions was so great it was actually rapidly becoming physically unbearable for her. At this moment, she merely assumed she could handle the intensity and continued trying to search Cassie's heart. It took every ounce of willpower to keep her emotions in balance long enough to keep the feeling search open. It wasn't too long before Cassie broke the silence. Perhaps it was the straw that broke the camel's back, but suddenly the light from the feeling search had closed and Alez collapsed to her hands and knees, panting as if she were out of breath. Her wings were gone and she had returned to her physical form. "Ah... S-sorry... I guess I'm just not as good at that as I thought..." She slowly rose to her feet again and brushed herself off. "Yes, there's a lot on my mind..." She sighed. "I've never felt these things before coming to the surface... Anyway," she shifted the subject for the time being. "What I just did was a feeling search. It allows us to see into each other's hearts through our eyes and feel everything each other is feeling. It can only be done voluntarily and it's a key ability for us Celestials to get to know other. You, though..." With a frown, Alez gently reached out and touched Cassie's shoulders, almost in tears. "I don't know what you've been through, but whatever it was must have been awful... to the point where you don't even know what to feel... But the biggest feeling I'm getting is this overwhelming sense of loneliness... guilt, as well... I'm really sorry you've had to endure such intense pain." Having just experienced the same emotions as Cassie, even for as brief of a moment as it was, she knew very well just how horrible the girl's life had been. She was nothing like Caelisia or the other celestials who had an overwhelming aura of comfort and love. Still, her feeling search wasn't all-powerful. She had no idea what had happened to cause these emotions to stir up inside the woman, and her past still remained just as much of a mystery. "For what it's worth, I care about your well being. I will stand by your side throughout this, and thanks to our feeling search, you should know that to be the truth. I'm scared and a bit insecure, but I'll give this problem my all and I want you to as well!" -

Natia nodded along to Rowan's words. It was true, while she had a good guess of what was happening, she didn't have any of the details straight. She didn't even know what this process would be like... With how much security she was surrounded by when she was first abducted, she could only imagine the girls at this man's mercy were heavily guarded as well. Would it be possible for even 'customers' to get total privacy with anyone? The more she thought about it, the more she realized those thoughts were a rabbit hole she didn't want to go down. It would only lead to her feeling disheartened and hopeless at the thought that Amare would be locked in chains for the rest of her life... "I understand... I-I'm sorry," she bowed apologetically toward Rowan before wiping her own tears away and swallowing the frog in her throat and giving Rowan another hug. "I'll keep it together now, I promise." With those words, she forced a small smile across her lips. Of course, being happy after making such a shocking discovery was an impossibility. Still, the smile on her face was a genuine attempt, at the very least. She knew she could trust Rowan to help her in such a desperate time, and she should trust Rowans' judgment as well. If he deems that it would be too dangerous, then she supposed she'd have to simply accept that, too... "Thank you, Rowan..." She whispered before stepping away. "Well then, I guess I still have a few more dresses to try on, huh?" She spoke in a cheerier tone, clearly trying hard to cheer herself up. -

"Then walk!" Anhara growled impatiently at Rose who only seemed to be complaining about the blessings she was being given. She had no idea how lucky she was. Anhara could have and has done so much worse to other girls before they got to meet daddy. She was just going to have to get used to harsh demands if she kept acting like a spoiled little brat. Still, she didn't want Rose to fall over and hurt herself needlessly in such a boring way. Without addressing her complaints directly, she did slow down a bit so that Rose had a bit more time to find sure footing on each step. She only hoped it was subtle enough that Rose wouldn't actually notice her compensation. By the time the two had reached the bottom of the stairs, Anhara had calmed down somewhat. Though she was still growing impatient with Rose, she wasn't as ready to hurt her. Rose might notice a slight release of tension in her wrist, though Anhara didn't leave much slack. It would be really inconvenient if the girl managed to break away, after all. She continued to pull Rose toward the front door of the house with a sigh. "The sooner you accept that your body doesn't belong to you anymore, the sooner you'll be able to smile again. Otherwise, the more you resist, the more you're going to be hurting yourself." -

Rowan's efforts to comfort her did not go unnoticed. Natia was relieved to have her master taking care of her when faced with such a heavy burden. Still, his words only left her with a sense of unease...The moment he forbade her from running off, she opened her mouth to speak out, only to be silenced by his thumb. She listened intently to his words, yet somehow they only seemed to break her heart more. Their roles were supposed to be reversed. If it had to be anyone, she was supposed to be the one to be rescued, not Amare... After listening to all of Rowan's words, he'd managed to restore a fraction of hope inside of her. It certainly was possible that the man had been lying. Though she seriously doubted that it was a bluff for many reasons, not one of those reasons was something that she wanted to focus on at the moment. She genuinely wanted to believe that Amare was still comfortably at home... Still, there was no fooling herself. She knew deep inside that, given everything that had just transpired, the fact he was bluffing was extremely unlikely. Not only did he know about the Aequu to begin with, he recognized her collar and seemed to know exactly how much she would... make him... That idea alone made her stomach twist. She was just a product in his eyes... How awful must that life be...? "Rowan..." Natia mumbled softly and shook her head. "I know I asked for that, but..." She sighed. "I think it's too late... I already know I'm not wrong. And I think I know who it is, too..." She bit her lip and continued staring into Rowan's eyes, a certain desperation could be seen in her own as her pupils shook. "Rowan, I... I want to talk to her at the very least... If she's being... er... p-prostituted... do you think we could get some time alone with her? As... customers...?" -

As soon as Rose tried to pull away, Anhara's grip tightened firmly around her wrist to ensure that breaking free was impossible, at least without breaking her wrist. The grip might cause significant pain to the young girl, but it was her own fault for resisting so stupidly when she knew she didn't have a choice. "I told you we're about to leave. I didn't ask if you wanted to." She spoke curtly as she yanked forcefully on Rose's arm, practically throwing her out the door into the hallway. Of course, Anhara didn't let go. She couldn't trust Rose not to run and look for help. Not in the delusional mental state she was in. She didn't care what pain Rose was in or how much she hurt herself trying to get away. She would drag the little bitch to the front door if she had to. She wasn't going to let this little bitch get in the way of her being ready for her daddy's entrance. Anhara was the boss, Rose was the dog, and she'd had enough of this dog's attempts at barking orders. "We're going to the front door. And we're going to sit on our knees and eagerly wait for daddy to come here and pick us up. And you aren't going to do anything stupid anymore, got it? You don't have a choice, so you'd better just accept this. Stop fooling yourself into thinking you can go back to your old life becuase it doesn't exist anymore! It's fiction! This is who you are. You're my toy. Now come." She yanked on Rose's arm again as she began walking toward the door. -

Cassie's response was more than all Alez needed to put her power to use. It was an ability she'd never really had the chance to use before as in Coelis, there were no secrets to be kept. Emotions were worn on everyone's sleeves. With a friendly smile, Alez gently placed her hand on Cassandra's chest over her heart and stared into her eyes in absolute silence. She focused onto Cassie's pupils and before long, she could feel her heartbeat changing pace to match the beat she felt from Cassie's own heart. Her hand began to give off a faint, golden glow as she peered into the woman's eyes as though they were a window into her mind. It would only be a matter of seconds before that window opened up and she had successfully established a bond with Cassie. If Cassie chose to peer into Alez's eyes in the same way, she could perhaps feel the bond growing between them as well. Despite Alez's attempts at projecting a calm and supportive tone, Cassie would be able to feel an almost overwhelming, yet perhaps familiar, sense of sorrow, anger, and fear. It was clear that not all was well in Alez's own life, but despite her problems, she also found joy in the world around her enough to balance her emotions. It had taken a massive amount of hard work and training to be able to do this, but it was exactly what enabled her to maintain her ethereal form. After all, if any one emotion grew too much and threw off the balance, she would become stuck in her physical form until she could restore the balance inside her. No doubt, it is a scary situation to be in, especially considering getting stuck in the form for even a second can make an untrained celestial panic, causing their fear to grow exponentially... If there was any particular emotion Cassie was curious about in Alez, now would be the perfect time to explore her curiosity, or she could completely ignore the opportunity if she was uninterested... The main purpose of this link was for Alez to better understand her, anyway. Just what was going on in the heart of this poor girl? By understanding her emotions, she should be able to find a more appropriate way to combat the problem. -

"I-I want to go..." Natia found herself saying. "I have to. If he has one of my sisters... I-I have to take responsibility, right? I have to be there for her. I can't let any of my brothers or sisters suffer because of my own ineptitude. I have no right to leave her!" She was scared, confused. She really had no idea what she was saying and yet she still knew the gravity of it all. She gripped heaps of fabric on Rowan's tunic and pulled herself firmly against him with the sound of her ugly sobs filling the room. "It should have been me!! It should have been me, Rowan! I should be the slave! Nobody was supposed to go after me, it's too dangerous... even for me, father would never send anybody... he values life far too much..." The more she thought, the more her heart ached as she slowly pieced the puzzle together and the image of the poor victim who took her place came to light. The darkness of despair visibly began to spread to Natia's face. There was only one Aequu she could think of that would venture out in search of her... The same one who'd always retrieve her when she strayed too far. The one who always warned her not to go too far and really only put up with it because she knew how trapped she felt... "Oh... goddess..." she gulped as she slowly raised her trembling hand to cover her heart before the mouth on her tear-stained face. Her whole body was trembling uncontrollably now. She may as well have murdered her best friend... "Rowan... I-... I hope I'm wrong..." She shook her head and clung tighter to his clothing. "Tell me I'm wrong! Tell me he doesn't actually have one of us! Tell me he's bluffing and just trying to get in my head! Tell me something, please! I want to be wrong!!" -

The man just offered up a chuckle toward Rowan's infuriated response. Clearly, he had struck a nerve. However, what he was more interested in was the young Aequian's response to his words. It would seem he had struck more than just a nerve with her. He didn't care much for the outcome of this particular encounter. If he did, he certainly would have acted much more polite from the beginning. To a man like him, women were nothing more than assets yet they still had to be utilized carefully. The man shrugged after his offer was refused. "Very well, normally 2 million gold pieces would be an offer anyone would jump to. But I see you are certainly much more than just some street rat despite your clothing... Otherwise, why would you be in a place like this in the first place? Anyway, I can't be getting too greedy. Still..." He started to turn around before reaching into his vest to pull out a small card, turning it over in his hands. "It may be best not to turn me down so lightly." He gestured over to the bag he had thrusted into Glenda's arms. "My little friend has certainly been having some issues. You see, her kind are very high in demand. She doesn't get very many breaks. Perhaps with a little help..." After he finished speaking, he tossed the card he was holding toward Rowan. Whether he caught the card or watched it fall to the ground would be up to him, but the card itself depicted two naked people, a man and a woman, standing in a field under a god with spread wings emerging in front of a sun with the roman numeral "VI" at the top of the card. The caption "The Lovers" was written along the bottom in bold print. On the other side of the card, if inspected, lay an address and a date, in case they'd want to meet with the man again. The man left the building through the door he'd entered from, leaving Natia with a heavy heart and an unbreakable shiver. Behind Rowan, she'd been trembling and crying with her hand over her mouth the entire time. She picked up on every not-so-subtle hint that man had dropped. He had one of her friends... There was indeed someone who hadn't been as lucky as she... She couldn't speak. She couldn't find the words. What the hell? Why did that man have to barge in? Why did he have to call attention to exactly what she was trying to forget? Why was fate written to fuck with her like this!? She suddenly felt like the whole world was crashing down on top of her and she was powerless to stop it. -

Sophia had no idea her addiction to cock would branch out so rapidly. All of a sudden, however, here she was with her tongue exploring another girl's throat. This wasn't even part of the deal, just icing on the cake. But Emma's sweet, sweet lips were maddening. Perhaps it was a byproduct of having her brains fucked away by the two men, but she simply couldn't hold back her temptation for a moment longer. From the moment she laid eyes on the pretty little bimbo, she knew she would become her property. And she had a feeling Emma knew that, too. Her exquisite french body was absolutely delicious from head to toe and she wanted to taste it all. Listening to the pretty girl choke at her mercy, Sophia giggled in amusement. "If only I had a cock to rape you with... don't worry, though, stay with me and you're going to get fucked by all sorts of men. Sexy men, ugly boys... young, old... big cock, fat cock, small cock... cock, cock, cock... that's all you're going to want." She licked at Emma's lips after she finished speaking in her hushed voice. She finally loosened her grip on Emma's delicate throat, allowing her to breathe more easily, but keeping her hand over her throat, ready to choke her again at any moment. She then licked her way down Emma's smooth jawline toward her neck. Once she reached the shoulder, she grinned enthusiastically and bit down on her skin, drawing blood with absolutely no remorse.- 59 replies

Those words pulled at Alez's heart. She couldn't imagine what Cassandra must have done to cause such suffering, but it was clear she greatly regretted it. There was one way she could theoretically empathise with Cassandra. She could perform a feeling search to truly understand what emotions were going through Cassandra's heart. Of course, Cassandra would have to be at least partially willing to allow her to do such a thing, and it would be an invasion of privacy for her to try and demand her compliance. "Cassandra..." She started with a soft tone. She gently rubbed the girl's shoulders with her hands. "Sometimes people just make mistakes... Maybe you're not perfect, but that doesn't mean you aren't deserving of love and support." Of course, Alez knew nothing about what was happening with Cassandra, but her heart ached for the woman. She clearly needed help in some form. "Of course I'm still going to come. We're a team right now and you saved my life, so I'm also indebted to you... But I can also tell that you're struggling and I hate to see people in that situation because I understand that completely, even if I probably haven't been through as serious of problems as you..." She trailed off and slowly unwrapped her wings from around the girl. She then stood in front of Cassandra and slowly raised her hand to wipe the tear from Cassie's cheek. "Um... if you don't mind... there's something I can do to more accurately understand your feelings. It might be a little weird, but I think knowing how you feel will help me work better with you. It'll also help you to understand my feelings as well, which will improve our bond further." -

As Rowan pulled her hands away from his. Being unable to stay in physical contact with him made her nervous, and in the moment she didn't quite understand. Somehow, she hadn't even considered that this could turn violent. She just figured Rowan would just talk him out of whatever he was trying to do or something. After all, people had to resolve conflicts in a place like this somehow, right? They couldn't possibly be a functioning society if anyone who got mad at anyone just killed them... Then again, this man clearly had the same aura as the slavers who'd abducted her. She stood back, hugging herself as she nervously watched Rowan stand, ready to fight just like he would when approached by a monster in the forest. "Rowan..." she muttered to herself, still trembling slightly. The last thing she wanted to see was Rowan hurt another person, even if it was someone who probably deserved it in his eyes... The man just grinned with amusement up at Rowan. "I like your moxie, boy. I can't tell if you've got balls or you're just stupid, but I like you either way." He chuckled to himself. "I have no interest in getting any blood on this vest, though. Nor do I want to pay for any damages to the store." As he spoke, he glanced behind Rowan and could see more of Natia's small body. By this point, his eyebrows raised and he immediately knew what he was looking at. "Still, that servant you've got there is very small... she reminds me of my favorite little new recruit... and she seems just as shy, too. People love that." Those words turned Natia's heart to lead. Perhaps she was overthinking, but it was clear now that he not only was a slave owner, but there was a very distinct possibility that his 'favorite little new recruit' was none other than another Aequu... "Wh-what...?" She stuttered from behind Rowan. "New recruit..." She gulped slightly and raised her hands to her collar. Her heart began to race against time as, without Rowan's guidance, she stepped out from behind him and raised her chin. "Tell me. Right now. Does this collar look familiar to you?" The man's eyebrows raised even more with surprise at the sight of this slave girl in her sexy dress. But more amazed was the site of the collar. Yes, it was quite a popular mark among the underground slave market. Although many would take advantage of the extreme demand of aequian slaves by just slapping an inhibitor collar on a normal human child, someone with a trained eye like himself could easily see through that. This girl was a genuine Aequian... Something big must have happened as many slavers went their whole lives without ever even laying eyes on a single one. This wasn't an opportunity he could pass up. He completely ignored Natia's question and immediately met eyes with Rowan. "Tell me, boy, how much do you want? I will buy your servant off you right now for two million! You will never get such a large offer again, I guarantee!" Natia just blinked, absolutely appalled by the blatant vulgarity of the man's demands. He didn't even care that he was making such a horrible demand in front of the store owner! She was at a complete loss of words and just stepped back, crossing her arms over her minor cleavage. "R-rowan..." She began to hide behind him again, her suddenly finding herself choking on air and unable to breathe. "M-make him leave! I-I don't want him here! Please, he's scaring me!" -

Anhara just giggled in amusement as she watched the girl recoil in horror. It was a pretty standard reaction, in all fairness, but it was going to build into something much more thrilling later on. "It's all over my body~" She responded with a crazed grin. "I just cover it up with a lot of makeup because daddy says it makes me easier for strangers to trust that way." She paused almost in confusion when Rose questioned the abuse she faced. "'abuse?' How could you say this is abuse? This is just how intensely daddy loves me. He loves me because I can't die. I can take the things that no other girl can." She swayed her hips side to side. "I love the way it hurts... I love the feeling of my bones breaking and my body bleeding... And I love knowing just how happy it makes daddy. I love feeling his cock only get harder with each orgasm as he tears it all from my body~" As she went into detail, a look of euphoria spread across her reddened face and she reached down to rub her crotch with her fingers. "My body is daddy's toy, and he can break me as many times as he wants and I always still work!" She giggled happily and bent down toward Rose. "I know you don't want this, babygirl." She put on a serious face as she spoke in a much less playful tone. "Problem is, I'm not talking to you, but the little demon inside of you. We aren't much different from each other at all. You'll understand when you meet Halie." With another kiss on Rose's lips, Anhara bent further down to retrieve her knife and then grasped Rose's wrist on the way up. "Anyway, it's about time. Daddy should be here any minute~" She pulled her top back on and tugged on Rose's arm. "Are you ready, lil sis?" She grinned from ear to ear. "We're about to leave your safe place. This is where the fun begins~" -

It seemed shockingly easy to turn this young girl away from God... not that that was Anhara's intention. Honestly, it was almost disappointing how little devotion the girl actually had toward Him. She exhibited a serious lack of loyalty. Perhaps she wasn't the perfect little flower she'd hyped her up to be. "Oh, sweetheart, you're going to ruin your looks by putting on that ugly face." Anhara gently stroked Rose's cheek again with the same cocky grin across her cheeks. "If you want to disappoint God like that, then go ahead and kill me. The bible makes it very clear that murder is a sin, does it not? Yet, God will forgive you, just as He will forgive me... we can have as much fun as we like and God will simply forgive us in the end just for asking." She giggled excitedly as she purred over Rose's body. "Do it." She purred again, locking eyes with Rose. "Stab me. I won't die. Do you know how I know?" Anhara stood further back and stripped off her top, revealing several harsh scars and bruises all over her body. It looked as though she'd been beaten and ravaged by animals on a daily basis. There were marks on each side of her hips and around her breasts. At first glance, one would probably assume them to be claw marks by some sort of animal. But above all else, the name "Anhara" was carved right above her navel. She giggled ecstatically. "God won't let me die. I've tried. Halie's tried. She's trapped in this world. God hates her too much to let her die... Look at it, isn't daddy's art just beautiful~?" She ran her hands over her own body, as if she had the body of a goddess and was stripping for a horny audience. "Every scar and bruise is just another wonderful memory!" She traced her fingers over the claw marks on her hips as she spoke in an almost orgasmic voice. "Daddy can turn your misery into euphoria... don't you want that?" She smiled brightly, even brighter than she ever had around Rose before. "Don't you want to be happy in your misery? God will forgive you, but why does that matter? Letting God hate you just makes you invincible." -

Alez frowned slightly in response to Cassandra's rejection of her offer. Her choice of words particularly caught her attention. "Suffer... Someone is suffering here?" She glanced up at the starry horizon. Something about that completely changed the tone of the place they were in. It suddenly felt much colder than before. It genuinely made her uncomfortable. She wanted to leave and go back home to rest in Lady Caelisia's arms... But, of course, she had a promise to keep. She had sworn to be the greatest Celestial she could be to make her goddess proud. With her wings still gently wrapped around Cassandra, Alez slowly brushed the troubled woman's cheek and wore a soft smile herself. "Everything's gonna be okay. We promised to fight together, right? I know we just met, but you can trust me. It's actually impossible for me to lie or deceive you in any way. If I did, I'd be unable to return home with this pendant. I have to remain pure or I will suffer... But that part doesn't really concern you. The important thing is that I can and will help you however I can, no matter what it costs, because I can't just sit back and watch an innocent victim suffer." She spoke confidently as she stood upright, unwrapping her wings from Cassandra with a sly smirk on her face. "So, what's the deal? Has this creator been captured by some demon? Maybe everything they create gets destroyed or conquered? Just tell me where we need to go and who we need to fight and we'll have this world saved in no time by the power of Lady Caelisia!" -

Natia was overjoyed when Rowan responded with such lust. She found herself having to fight the temptation to place another sloppy kiss on his lips and tongue right there, but she knew such an act would probably make Glenda uncomfortable. Having sex in a public store, even a backroom like this, just seemed wrong. Still, her heart was racing all the same and now she couldn't get the idea of letting Rowan take her in this dress out of her mind. That was when she heard the bang on the door and immediately cowered behind Rowan, poking her head out like a startled child. Was somebody going to come in here? She did not want to be seen by some stranger like this! As Glenda tried to calm the man down, he again ignored the request and simply twisted the knob all the way and stepped inside. He scanned the room, noticing Rowan but he was only able to see Natia's small legs behind Rowan. The shoes she wore were certainly attractive but he wasn't in the mood to take notice just yet. He walked up to Glenda and held the bag out to her. "I don't have time to wait, my girls need tending to. I need this dress fixed by tomorrow morning. I don't care about the price, I'll pay double." He huffed, turning away from her, straightening up his vest as he scanned the room again. The presence of the man made Natia tremble. She didn't like this one bit. She didn't want anybody to see her in this dress but Rowan. Out of curiosity, the man smirked as he noticed Natia's trembling legs and stepped to the side. He was actually running quite low on girls at the moment, and if those slender legs were anything to go off of, this was quite a young girl, possibly even a virgin. Yes, it would certainly be a valuable investment. People pay good money just to touch a pretty young lady. If this girl fit the description, she would certainly make an excellent addition to his little harem. He pointed to Rowan. "You, step aside. I want to see her." He spoke clearly and concisely, as if commanding Rowan. Natia was already in tears as she clung tighter to Rowan's tunic. "No... I don't want him to see me. I don't, I don't!" She practically whimpered behind him. This man, the rude way he spoke, his impatience, the way he carried himself like he was the king of the world... It was all way too similar to the men who had stolen her away. "Rowan, help me..." -

Anhara giggled excitedly as she listened to Rose go on and on about the same monologue she'd heard time and time again. The voice of a victim in denial. A pitiful, self-blaming child who can't accept the fact that all of her suffering, too, is at the hands of the god she worships. "Tell me, sweetheart. What does free will change about what I said?" She slowly reached into her pocket to pull her knife back out. She flipped it open and raised it to Rose's face so she could see the sharp blade. "I'm not killing you because I made the choice not to. I'm not using this knife to hurt or threaten you because we made a covenant that the bathroom is a safe place and I've chosen to respect that covenant." With an amused giggle, she tossed the knife slightly into the air, flipping it over and catching it by the blade between her fingers, narrowly avoiding cutting herself. With her free hand, she uncurled Rose's fist before gently lowering the knife into her sweaty palm. Curling her dainty fingers around the cold steel handle. "Similarly, you now have a choice to fight me. God presented you with this opportunity, right here, right now. You have free will. You can choose to kill me, and God has promised he will forgive you." Anhara grinned again as she stared confidently into Rose's eyes. "God already knows what you're going to do. Even if you don't. Don't you see? It's not that he controls your choices. He simply knows you better than you do. And I know you aren't going to kill me. Because you know everything I'm saying is true. You know this is happening for a purpose. You know this is God's will. You know deep down you just want to belong somewhere. Don't you? You want a home. A family. A new start. A blank canvas to paint however you want and know that God will bless you for it just as he's blessed me." -

To see the dumbfounded look on Rowan's face delighted Natia, who was smiling brightly from ear to ear. For the first time since she'd been abducted, she finally, genuinely felt beautiful. Rowan had made her feel loved and even sexy before, sure, but she'd never had him stunned and at a complete loss of words before. Had she not been wearing the pumps, she would have skipped right into her man's arms. Instead, she just walked up to him, albeit somewhat awkwardly as she was still getting used to the shoes, and draped her arms around his shoulders again. The shoes made her just a tad taller, so it was easier to bring her lips up to Rowan's and kiss him, giving him a bit of a tease with her tongue. "You like it, my big lion~? Buy this for me and it'll only ever be worn for you~" She whispered softly with a playful giggle. On the other side of the door, Mary glanced up at the increasingly frustrated customer. She tried to avoid letting him notice her sigh. "I'm sorry, I'm going to have to ask you to wait a little while... While you're waiting, maybe I can help you find something you might be interested in-" she started, but the plump man raised his hand to silence her. Mary stood upright, puffing herself up in response. "Excuse me? I'll have you know, sir, that we do not take kindly to folk without any manners here." The man simply refused to acknowledge her, however, and walked over to the door right past her. Mary crossed her arms in frustration. "I told you, you're going to have to wait-" "Shut up." The man responded curtly with a low growl, causing Mary to gape in surprise. She was about to speak up again when he began to speak. "You do not interest me and I do not have time for this." The man reached up and tried the door handle. He was a bit surprised to find that the door hadn't been locked but was somewhat relieved that he didn't have to bang on the door and demand someone open. -

"Think about it, darling... Every hair on your head is numbered to God. He knew everything about you and every detail of your life from before you were even born. If this is all true, then tell me, for what purpose would He have to 'test' you? God already knows whether or not you'd pass or fail, so why bother with the test at all? God doesn't use these things to learn anything new about us. That would mean we're nothing more than guinea pigs for His little experiments. But that's simply not true. He loves each and every one of us with all of His heart. Each of our lives have a purpose, even those of the sinners. After all, what would Jesus have been without Judas to sell Him to the cross?" As Anhara preached to rose, she returned the back of her fingers to the girl's pretty white hair, smiling tenderly. "It's okay if you've failed any of God's 'tests'... and it's okay to fail now. God created you to do so. I know you've done some things you aren't proud of in the past, but His mercies are new every day. He knows you aren't perfect, and He knows you make mistakes. The greatest thing about our God is that He loves us even if we hate him and do nothing but spit on his name. Isn't that just wonderful?" "Everything you're going through, and everything you will go through... it all has a purpose. Perhaps you'll meet someone important for your life. Perhaps there's a lesson God needs you to learn... or, perhaps God wants you to realize that sin is easily forgiven. By the end of the week, you're going to be feeling temptation so strong that you will be unable to resist any longer. And you can take pride in that now, knowing that God is allowing you to simply enjoy your life to the fullest. All because I'm doing God's work~" -

Alez was unsure how to react to everything that was going on. But listening to the way Cassandra responded to her tugged at her heart. The woman was trying so hard to be strong and yet, something about this location filled her with such an incredible sense of despair. Unsure of what to do, she slowly wrapped her arm around Cassandra in an attempt to hug her. Immediately following her arm, her wings delicately draped around Cassandra's body, giving off a gentle warmth around her body. She knew it wouldn't do much, but at the very least, it could hopefully help her to relax. "There's no need for us to panic, alright? Because I have a secret..." Alez grinned as she released Cassandra from her hug and brandished her pendant. "This little trinket is more than just jewelry. With it, I can escape to the Kingdom of Coelis from anywhere, as long as there aren't any demons within a mile radius. Now, you seem to know this place better than I do, so I need you to help me find a spot where there aren't likely to be any demons around, and I can get us out of here, alright?" Of course, Alez may have been overestimating the reach of her lady's might. In truth, she had no idea where in the void of reality this particular world existed. All she knew was that the pendant was enough to bring her to and from earth and the kingdom of Coelis. If this world happened to be further away from Coelis than Earth, there was no guarantee the portal would even function properly. Still, Alez was confident in her goddess. She was here for a reason and she flashed Cassandra a reassuring smile. "We can get out of this without even having to worry about whatever it is you're afraid of, right?"
