Another collective greeting

[SaltLemon]

Honestly at first I was unsure how to even go about my introduction on this particular site there isn't much to be said, I have been roleplaying now for almost eight years despite that there aren't many sites I stick around for more then two years or so, as far as this site goes I haven't fully explored it yet but eventually I will get to it, mainly I have been wanting to work on this introduction post. Now I will keep this as short and sweet as possible this introduction shall cover the basics about me and that's it.

About me: I have been roleplaying a very long time (Though depending who you ask eight year's isn't much.) I usually go by female pronouns but honestly I won't care if anyone uses male pronouns when it comes to me, to me it doesn't matter what someone else's gender is on the other side of the screen as long as there is one hell of a roleplay being brewed up, my roleplay career as a whole is all over the map mainly there are a lot of things I have already faced so far but lets spare everyone the details.

Character's sexuality and orientation doesn't faze me: I'm open to explore things, however I am not a professional therapist there is only so much support I can give (Nothing against anyone I just only have so many tools to be of help.) As for when it comes to roleplay's I prefer to dive head first mainly into fandom roleplays, I'm OC friendly and canon friendly meaning that as long as you are open to throwing in some canons so am I, when it comes to character's being powerful it doesn't bother me as long as the character isn't a complete stick in the mud. When it comes to playing different orientations and sexualities my doors are open, within reason of course.

Usually when it comes to posting I usually like to write longer posts, otherwise there isn't much else to share about me. This has been my introduction. -Lemon/Salt

Hello again, Salt! (Lemon? Salt? I might call you Salt if that's okay with you. xP) I'm glad to see you wrote an introduction post in the Welcome Forum, and even more glad to see a new face in our Roleplaying Community! ^^

Sounds like you have quite a lot of experience with Roleplaying. It's also really nice to see that you are flexible with who you want to RP with and aren't bothered about who is behind the screen, that's honestly a quality trait I wish more people would have. I hope you are able to find what you are looking for here, and maybe even more!

As I said in my reply to your original Status Update, if you need help with anything, just ask and I'll see if I can help! And with all that said, Happy Dreaming~!

You know you skipped step two, right? It should be SaltTequilaLemon.

Teasing aside, welcome to EcchiDreams, SaltLemon. I hope you enjoy your time here.
I certainly hope you spend more time enjoying EcchiDreams than anywhere else.

I like your attitude towards RPing; I wholeheartedly agree that skill should be what is focused on.
I'm certain you'll have plenty of fun on a site like this.

This has been my reply to SaltLemon's introduction...

Sweet Dreams~

Greetings and welcome @SaltLemon to EcchiDreams! Our small corner of the Internet welcomes you. I apologise that my response was late, I was engaged in other things since December and I've only just really finished my work and my break. But I'm back now, and I'm around.

Our site can be a little daunting to those who are new so I want you to be aware that our community is usually willing to help with any problems or questions you may have. The staff are also just as willing to help if you should need it (You can find us easily as we all have Purple names). There are a few things you can do to improve your chances of finding someone to roleplay with, and I've got a quick start guide for you here:

• Complete your profile.
• Fill out a Roleplayer Preferences form; to let others know what your preferences are.
  • If you're into private roleplaying (Not publicly on the forums, but on EcchiChat (The chatbar) or by EcchiTexts, then consider letting people know. You can also use that link to find roleplayers that you might want to roleplay with.
  • Remember; if you post around on the forums, say play in forum games and what have you, consider putting a link to your preferences in your signature for maximum exposure.
• To be in control of your account, consider taking a look at our Account Control Guides.
• If you're stuck for what the roleplay options are, and/or how to get started take a look at our Roleplaying Guides.
• If you want to know more about your profile options there are also a few guides here.

If you have further questions, please don't hesitate in asking. We're happy to help.
