[Neptune]

Name: Talzar Volkov
Sex: Male
Age: 42
Profession: Retired Pokémon Doctor.
Personality: Talzar is a compassionate man, especially when it comes to Pokémon. When dealing with humans he may be a little blunt and offensive, even if he doesn’t intend to. He can keep calm in most situations, and he is hard to anger. However when angered, he is a force to be reckoned with, and he is a ruthless fighter in battles.

Backstory: Talzar was originally born in Kanto, and left home when he was ten with Charmander, his very first Pokémon. He travelled throughout various regions, learning how to care for Pokémon as he went, becoming a doctor that is capable of healing most problems that Pokémon have. He takes the best care of his Pokémon, and has even tailored food specifically for them so that they get all the right nutrients that they need. Eventually, he settled into the Azure Region, feeling drawn to it. He settled down in Nepskau, along with his wife and their two children, one of whom became the region Elite.

Ability: Natural Cure
Personality: Blissey is an extremely kind and compassionate Pokémon. When she sees a Pokémon injured, she will immediately do everything she can to help them. She prefers to avoid fighting, however if anyone threatens an injured person or Pokémon that she considers under her care, she will fight tooth and nail to defend them.
Moveset: Healing Wish, Soft-Boiled, Light Screen, Double-Edge.

Type: Fire/Flying
Sex: Male
Ability: Blaze
Personality: He's very head-strong, and quite stubborn especially when it comes to battles. He does not give up easily and will fight until there is nothing left. When he was younger, due to his blaze ability, he had a bit of a temper problem and often lost his temper especially when he was losing in a fight. He would get angry at his opponent, and with Talzar. But overtime, as he grew and evolved, Talzar helped him become calmer and to focus that anger into making himself even more powerful. He's quite vain, much like Talzar, and always wants to look his very best. He can spend a long time with his personal care, especially since Talzar lavishes so much love and attention on him. He likes to show off, and for people to be in awe at not only his appearance but his power as well. He is quite protective towards the pokémon that he is looking after, and takes this duty very seriously. He also dislikes it when people treat his trainer with disrespect, and will often growl or even challenge people to a fight if they do this.

Personality: He is quite stubborn and headstrong, often being in conflict with how his trainer likes to approach battles when it was a Pikachu. But after being together so long, they work well together, and Talzar has been able to temper his stubbornness to make him a very effective fighter that does not easily give in. He is very affectionate and cuddly with his trainer and his wife, and loves meeting new people and Pokémon. He thoroughly loathes puns and will shock anyone that puns in front of him.

Species: Kingdra
Type: Water/Dragon
Sex: Male
Ability: Sniper
Personality: Kingdra is quite a timid Pokémon, especially around new people. However he is quick to make friends, and rather likes being able to make new friends. He is kind and friendly, and likes making others happy especially when they are upset about something. He is willing to do what he can to make them feel better. When it comes to battling, he is eager to please his trainer and is eager to win against his opponent. He is extremely fast, and uses this to his advantage to outrun his enemies and to make quick strikes that are devastating. 
Moveset: Hydro Pump, Dragon Pulse, Laser Focus, Ice Beam

Species: Vileplume
Type: Grass/Poison
Sex: Female
Ability: Chlorophyll
Personality: Vileplume is a rather relaxed and easygoing Pokémon. She loves spending her time outside, helping to tend to Talzar’s gardens as she enjoys watching plants grow from seeds into fully grown plants. Despite her easygoing nature, she will grow enraged if someone were to damage Talzar’s garden. In battle she is a hardy fighter who works very well with her trainer.
Moveset: Petal Blizzard, Acid, Moonblast, Giga Drain

Species: Gallade
Type: Psychic/Fighting
Sex: Male
Ability: Steadfast
Personality: Gallade is a steadfast and loyal Pokémon. He is quite calm, approaching a battle in a calculating fashion. He prefers to fight strategically, looking for weaknesses in which to exploit. He is fast, and he hits hard. He will defend his trainer, and his friends to his last breath.
Moveset: Hypnosis, Dream Eater, Psycho Cut, Close Combat.

Name: Tiona Volkova
Sex: Female
Age: 40
Profession: Nurse
Personality: Tiona is a very kind person, always speaking in a soft and comforting voice. She is one of the few people that is able to handle the eccentricities of her husband, being able to patiently deal with him. She is a trained nurse, for both humans and Pokémon, and often helps Talzar in his duties as doctor. She is always friendly towards others, and will always offer some kind of drink or food to any visitors in her home. She is also very selfless, and generous, always giving without expecting anything in return.
Pokémon: Bellossom, Sylveon.
Blackstory: Tiona was originally born in the Johto region, where she met her current husband in her early teen years while on the road with her first Pokémon, Eevee who eventually evolved into Sylveon. Her Bellossom was bred for her by Talzar who gave her an egg that hatched as an Oddish. Since the moment she met Talzar, she has stuck with him and has given birth to his children.

Personality: Bellossom is a sweet Pokémon who loves to spend time in Talzar’s garden. She is very close to her best friend and mother, Vileplume. She is not much of a fighter, but can hold her own if the situation requires it of her.

Species: Sylveon
Type: Fairy
Sex: Male
Ability: Cute Charm
Personality: Sylveon loves and adores his trainer, being extremely loyal and protective of her from harm. However most days he prefers to be more of a lap cat, where he loves getting the affection of her and her husband.

[Neptune]

Name: Anya la Dozle

Age: 38
Profession: Housewife
Personality: Anya first comes across as a rather sweet and modest woman. And she certainly is for the most part. She is always making sure that her family and friends are well cared for and want for nothing. However she is absolutely terrifying when angered. It often seems that she gains the strength of a thousand men and has been known to beat some people into a bloody pulp when they push her too far. She will never take no as an answer, and can become very offended if her generosity and kindness.
Backstory: Anya was born in the Azure region, in tyhe city of Naksin, where her parents gave her a comfortable life. When she was fifteen, she met the love of her life, and travelled with him on his own adventures. He gifted her an Eevee, whom she adored and raised with great love and care, causing him to evolve into Espeon when she was eighteen, not long before they got married. At the age of twenty, she fell pregnant, which is when they decided to settle in Zlascow to raise their son together, close to her husbands own father. However when her son was four, there was a freak accident and her husband died. His death devistated her, but she remained strong and promised to raise her son right. She adores her son, and he quite protective over him.
