We've talked on the Canon Clash club, but I'm willing to give you a recap. A futanari is a hermaphrodite woman who has male genitals.

As for my idea, I'm thinking of a half elf, half human dickgirl warrior stumbling into a cult where they engage in orgies in order to summon a dark goddess of sex and depravity.

We can include elves, both half and regular. It will be a typical adventure story: fighting monsters and gathering treasures. The bootknocking can come later if you wish.

Oh, I just realized I made an error in my post. I meant to write: To NOT include elves. I really have no interest in them at all. I usually prefer shortstacks, like goblins, gnomes, imps.
I also like Skaven, argonians, orcs, deathclaws and other fun non-humans,

It really depends on what exactly you wish to use from there. I usually prefer to keep things western medieval fantasy.
