Odd question how do I poke someone or where I can go to poke someone?

There should be a poke button on people's profile.

You can also do it through your poke's dashboard: https://ecchidreams.com/pokes where you can respond to people who've already poked you, or set off new pokes by pressing/tapping on the "Poke Member" button (Although that should read "Poke Dreamer"). 

If your poke system is disabled, you will need to re-enable it via the account settings.

@Novaerso I followed the guide and there is no access to enable or disable pokes so what do I do?

Hmm. For some reason it seems to have vanished off of the menu, for now you can use: https://ecchidreams.com/settings/pokes/ to disable/enable it.

I disabled and reenabled pokes and it's still not showing up the poke icon
