A well known fixer in Westbrook who has close ties to the Tygerclaw gang. Not much is known about her past, but she managed to survive this long. And she gets more powerful and ricjer by the day.

Kirk Sawyer was a rich man wannabe from pacifica. However he has gained a reputation of intruding into Heywood frequently. Most mercs do not like Kirk Sawyer as most of the jobs he offers are typically high risk with little.if any reward. In fact he has more of a knack as a loan shark rather than a fixer.

Ozmund Li owner of Shangri La adult night club and brothel. Originally a corpo executive he got tired of dodging bullets and decided to go into new lines of business. Using his vast wealth from his former corpo life he dips his hands into managing Joy Toys, BD productions, Real Estate, Land Lording, Weapons Sales, and even does Fixer work on the side. He has his hand in many pots and profits because of it.

Base of Operations: Little China, Watson

Formerly a mercenary for hire, Rogue knows the troubles mercs run into when completeing gigs. She worked hand in hand alongside the infamous terrorist Johnny Silverhand. Having been in many fucked up situations she decided it was her turn to be on the side handing out the jobs rather than taking them. Knowing the merc life Rogue ensures to get all the ducks in a row to make the job as easy as possible for those who take it on. And more importantly to not fuck herself if it backfires.

A rockerboy and fixer who works out of his bar the "Electric Orgasm." Being located in a heavy corpo center he is glad to see it when the district around appears to be burning to the ground. He often gets invited to many parties of fellow rockers like himself. When it comes to morals he is always on the side of whoever is paying him.
