  1. @Akira I won't be able to do my daily post today. I'm not feeling well and can't summon the energy to actually do anything. I'll do a post as son as I'm feeling better.
  2. Location: Along with Ageon River, North of Rosayia Forest. Rowan easily caught her in his arms, still surprised by how light she was. His lips curved in a smile as she wrapped her arms and legs around him as she snuggled up to him. It felt so natural and he wanted to stay like this for the rest of the day. He shifted his arms, holding onto her underneath her arse. Not only was it more comfortable for him, but he liked holding her so intimately. He couldn’t resist nuzzling his cheek against the top of her soft head, amazed that her hair was so soft despite not bathing for a couple of days. His golden eyes watched her as she shifted to smile up at him, their faces just inches apart from one another. He could really see how beautiful her eyes were, and he found them captivating. His gaze then shifted down to her lips, almost missing what she was saying as he was too fascinated in watching them. He smiled at her, “Don’t worry, I’ll try and nap. It would be easier if you were cuddling with me though.” He suddenly looked at Baellator and addressed the huge Aelda, “You can keep a lookout, can’t you?” He asked, to which Baellator bobbed his head up and down in an affirmative. Rowan returned his attention back to Natia with a mischievous smile, “There we go. So I can have you cuddle with me.” He said, before surprising even himself by giving her a lick on the cheek. For his people, it was a sign of great affection, usually done between lovers. The action had been so automatic for him, that he didn’t think about it until afterwards. He gave her a grin, “Sorry if that felt weird. My people do it to those they care about.” He admitted, wanting to hold her closer and feeling the urge to do more, and yet ready to let her down if she expressed any dissatisfaction with what he had done. Instead, he watched for her reaction before he decided on his next move, his stomach twisting almost painfully. He could feel his heart beginning to race slightly, and he was worried that she could hear it from where she was sitting. He was feeling nervous, and he was secretly wishing that her reaction was favourable because he was beginning to like her a lot. It was rare that he liked someone outside of his own species so much, but he couldn’t seem to resist her charms. Location: Daedrin’s Blacksmith, Selil Marketplace. Daedrin glanced at Izanagi as the man sat down at the table. He noticed that the man looked quite nervous, but he decided not to make it an issue. He sometimes found that by pointing out to someone that they were nervous, it only made the situation worse not to mention awkward and the last thing Daedrin wanted, was to deal with an awkward situation. So instead, he concentrated on dealing with food so that they could eat. He opened up a cupboard, pulling down a round object that was wrapped in an oil soaked cloth. He opened it up, to reveal a pork pie that Erikavana had made the previous day. He took down a sharp knife and easily cut it in two. He would have served a stew, however that was usually set off to cook in the morning and he had not expected to be home for dinner. So instead, he decided half of a pork pie, plus a wedge of cheese would suffice in the meantime. Once he had cut off a wedge of cheese, putting the items on a wooden platter, he came over to the table and put one down in front of his guest, “I would offer you something better, but we did not set off any stew or soup this morning.” He said, putting his plate down as well before he sat down in his usual chair which, unlike the others, was cushioned for comfort. Wolfy came up to them, sniffing at Izanagi’s leg as his tail wagged, clearly curious about their new guest. After a few moments he walked over to Daedrin and sat down next to him, placing his head in the mans lap. Daedrin absently stroked the canine’s head in a gesture of great affection before he reached forwards and broke off a piece of cheese which he put into his mouth and started eating. As he was eating, he almost ignored Izanagi as he was thinking over things they needed to take with them. The trip was going to take a few days, at minimum and thus they needed to take enough supplies with them to last. Taking bread, dried meats and cheese would be good stable foods. As well as taking dried or salted vegetables which could last a while in the saddlebags which would make a good stew, especially with the meats and the bread. Daedrin knew enough about the forest as to what natural plants could supplement their diet as well as what herbs would be useful in not only seasoning, but also if either of them got injured although he was more concerned for Izanagi than he was himself on that score. So medical supplies would be a good idea, especially with the fact that they were sure to come across trouble. Then of course he needed to bring the basic survival kit which would allow them to light a fire, as well as bedrolls in which to sleep in. It had been a while since he had been on an adventure, and to say that he wasn’t looking forward to it would be lying.

  4. Location: Daedrin’s Blacksmith, Selil Marketplace. Daedrin was glad that the man didn’t continue asking questions, especially ones that served no purpose. He found himself liking Izanagi more and more, because the man seemed to realise he didn’t like unnecessary talking, and respected it. It made him relax even more, because he was the only person around here other than his wife, that understood that. He stole a glance at the man just as they stepped into the upper district and moved past one large houses but it was not far until Daedrin turned and approached a house that had a rather neat front garden, filled with well cared for flowers and bushes. It was clear that whomever cared for it, loved the garden a great deal. He opened up the front gate, holding it open for Izanagi before he went up to the front door of the large house while slipping a metal key from his pocket and unlocking the large metal lock. He opened the door, stepping inside as he said over his shoulder, “Welcome to my home, Izanagi.” Just as he said that, a large wolf-like canine bounded up to him, its tail wagging furiously as its pink tongue hung out the side of his mouth. Daedrin leaned down and ruffled the canine’s head, “Hello, Wolfy.” He said, his tone affectionate before he straightened, “Don’t worry about Wolfy. He won’t hurt you.” He said before moving further into the neat foyer. There were a couple of potted plants sitting beside the door, but the foyer was otherwise bare other than a wooden table sitting against the side. The only thing on it, was a wooden carving of a tree roughly thirty centimetres tall, and so well carved it looked as if it was a real tree. Daedrin ignored this and stepped through a door that lead into the living room with Wolfy following at his heels. It had two hand-made sofas that were heavily cushioned, as well as two deeply cushioned chairs that were sitting next to the fireplace with a low table between them. He then went through another door on the other side of the living room which lead into the kitchen which had a small dining room table within it, “We can eat in here.” He said to Izanagi, jerking his head towards the table.
  5. Location: Along with Ageon River, North of Rosayia Forest. Rowan blinked at her, and opened his mouth to refuse her but then snapped his jaw close with a slight frown when she came out with her ‘please’. He found himself unable to refuse her wish, and he sighed, “I can try, but I’m not promising anything. But I will try and get at least an hours nap…” He trailed off thoughtfully. He wouldn’t need anymore than that to refresh him until nighttime, and it would keep him going. He reached up and rubbed at one eye as it itched and burned, telling him with unspoken words to get some sleep. He would do as Natia asked of him, especially since he couldn’t refuse that sweet little ‘please’ that made him pause. It was obvious that she cared enough to be concerned, and that thought made him smile. She was just so sweet and kind, he couldn’t help but to like her for it and it only made him want to protect her more, and hold her closer against him. Especially due to that kiss she had given him earlier. The thought of that kiss made him smile somewhat, as he still wanted to talk to her about it, and he would take no evading, but wondered if he should wait until that night before doing that, where Baellator wasn’t going to be standing there watching the two of them if it came to anything. Still with a slight grin on his lips, he shifted on Baellator’s back, bringing his left leg up to rest on the Aelda’s broad back. Being careful not to nudge Natia, he slid down and dropped down onto the ground in a drop greater than he was expecting. He stumbled back a couple of steps before stopping and stretching out his long legs, “Damn. I’m feeling pretty stiff.” He said with a slight wince as the stretching muscles sent a twinge of pain through his leg. After a couple of moments, he stepped closer to Baellator and held out his arms, “Come on, I’ll help you down. You might hurt yourself if you try and get down yourself.” He told her with a smile. Indeed, with how tiny she was, he was worried that she could sprain her ankle or, even worse, break her leg in trying to dismount the huge animal and he couldn’t stand the thought of her being in pain. Location: Daedrin’s Blacksmith, Selil Marketplace. Daedrin rather enjoyed the silence between the two of them as they stepped through the Market Square. It was quite comfortable, and he was glad that Izanagi wasn’t going to bother him with empty, useless questions that were only intended to fill up the silence. He hated small, useless and empty talk. Idle chatter that had no rhyme or purpose. Despite his long life, he had never gotten over that distaste for useless talk, and prefered to limit conversations to ones that were fruitful. He saw no point in someone talking to him about the current weather when all he needed to do was to look outside of the window in order to check it out, unless there was something unusual happening. Unfortunately, some of his customers insisted on chatting to him about such menial matters that he simply did not care enough about. He found it frustrating to no end, but Erikavana had taught him ways to curb his frustration, grit his teeth and bare with it. Daedrin was so deep in his thoughts that he didn’t realise for a few moments that Izanagi had spoken his name. He twitched his head, looking at the man as his eyes narrowed slightly as he focused on him. He then frowned a little at the question before sighing through his nose at the man's curiosity. He needed to be careful when answering these kinds of questions, to avoid giving too much away. It was a common question he had, and it was one he could answer truthfully without having to use half-truths or lies, “Five years ago.” He replied, directly answering the question without expanding on it. He was quite a literal, direct person that didn’t tend to go off on tangents. If someone asked a direct question like that, he tended to answer in a very direct manner.
  6. wew! It would be nice to get back to that story ^^

  9. Location: Daedrin’s Blacksmith, Selil Marketplace. Daedrin smiled at the complement and inclined his head slightly, “Thank you. I take pride in my work.” He said softly with a very slight smile curving at the corners of his lips. One of the best ways to get on Daedrin’s good side was to compliment his work. He couldn’t help it, it was a slither of vanity that he had inherited from his father, a man that was just as proud of his work as Daedrin was. He let out a soft breath through his nose when the man asked to come with him. He lifted one of his shoulders in a barely perceivable shrug, “You are welcome to come with if you wish. And I do not mind you coming into my home. In fact it might be a good idea to have something to eat before we leave, especially if you haven’t eaten.” He said, stepping around the man and opening the door and leaving the shop. “Come on.” He encouraged Izanagi to follow him. While most blacksmiths in the city tended to live in their shop, Daedrin have a separate house with his wife in the upper district. Both of them earnt enough money to warrant such a luxury. He was the best blacksmith in the city and she worked the gardens of the Keza’marakian Palace, a very high paying job that also came with a lot of perks. Thus neither of them felt the need to skimp out on a cheat house, as they were intending on living there for a very long time. He wasn’t ashamed to invite a complete stranger into their home. He was well able to protect their property from thievery. Besides, the two entertained guests a lot in their home, a result of their high status which meant that appearances had to be maintained. On a personal level, Daedrin was hardly a sociable fellow. Again, he followed his father there. He would much prefer the company of a single person to the company of several dozen people, flapping their mouths as empty and vacuous sounds emitted from them as their smiled fakely and laughed at the perfect moments, the sound flat and stale. It made Daedrin’s skin crawl, and just thinking about it, he had to resist the urge to let out a growl of distaste. He tried to shake it from his mind and focus on what he was currently doing. Thus far, Izanagi seemed much better company than hundreds of people he had met before.
  10. A twisted smirk wormed its way onto Devlyn’s lips at the sight of her dopey, broken grin. He was pleased that she had been so easy to break and manipulate. Clearly she was very weak willed, or she had always harboured a secret desire to submit to someone superior to her. That she had always wanted a Master. Well, whether or not that was her true desire, it was now her reality. He was going to take her and mold her into the perfect pet for himself. To wait on him hand and foot. That thought appealed to him, allowing him to be lazy and focus his minds on other matters. He would use her to make living in this backwards country bearable. She was also someone good that he could warm his cock up with, especially if there was no other pussy around. Yamura was a good fuck and all, but she was hardly submissive and would hardly let him do what he wanted to her. Aria on the other hand… she was his toy. To be used however he wished and he had no intention of sharing her with Yamura. If she wanted her own toy, she could go and get one herself. Devlyn bit back a light hiss as Aria’s cunt tightened around him, her velvety muscles caressing every inch of his thick, veiny cock. He could feel streams of her cum squirting across his cock making it feel so good that Devlyn’s head spun a little as it quickly drove him forwards towards an orgasm. He held himself back, wanting to draw it out for as long as possible. His hips were a blur against her, slamming his cock repeatedly into her as he forced her orgasm to draw out, to last longer to make her wild with the pleasure. He was at the point of no return, and his hips moved as if they had a mind of its own, his rhythm becoming unsteady as he drew closer to his own peak of pleasure. As her orgasm finally began to die down, Devlyn slammed his hips against hers, forcing his cock as deep as it would go. The head of his dick pressed against her cervical entrance before Devlyn let out a heavy breath as he let go of the orgasm that he had been holding back. His vision flashed white as cum erupted from the tip of his cock, filling her pussy up with his seed. The pleasure washed over him, making him uncaring of the world outside. All he cared about was filling his new toy with his cum, marking her fuckhole as his property.

  12. Location: Daedrin’s Blacksmith, Selil Marketplace. At Izanagi’s request, Daedrin frowned slightly as he looked at the array of weapons that were hanging from the walls, “It’s possible… but I can’t promise anything. Katana-like weapons are not common in Craethiel since the usual weapon of choice is a Longsword or a Sabre. There isn’t anything here on the shop floor, but I’ll go look in storage.” Daedrin said, looking back at the man, “I’ll be back in a few minutes.” He said before turning and heading into the backroom of the smithy. He then went into another room, which had stores upon stores of weapons, as well as the safe where William had stowed away the weapon he was to repair later. He sharp eyes slowly moved around the weapons, narrowing slightly as he tried to see if he could spot what the man wanted. He went over to a storage box and opened it up to see a large storage of swords which he began to shift through. This box had unusual weapons inside, since monster hunters often had unusual requests so Daedrin hoped to find something inside. After minutes of carefully shifting through, his eyebrows rose as he found what he was looking for. He pulled out the weapon and looked the scabbard over before he pulled the blade out and gave it a visual inspection. It was still in very good condition, but then again he got his apprentices to clean these weapons often. He slid the blade back home before he made his way onto the main smithy floor with a slight smile on the corner of his lips, “You’re in luck, Izanagi. I actually had one.” Daedrin said as he came over to the man and held out the weapon, “It doesn’t require any maintaining. I keep my weapons in perfect condition.” He added, as that was one of the prides of his smithy. He didn’t produce sub-par products, thus this weapon would serve Izanagi well if he knew how to use it correctly. He then said, “I’ll have to swing by home, as that’s where my weapons are. As well as my horse. I also should leave a note or something for my wife, or she might think I’ve run away.” He said with a grin. He didn’t really need to leave a note, since he could tell her telepathically. However it was merely part of the cover, as most humans did not have access to those kinds of abilities. Especially telepathy that could easily reach across the country, let alone the city.

  14. Location: Redford Park Time: 08:31. Shane’s tail wagged furiously when the girl scratched behind his ears, clearly enjoying the attention. Something that made Rose feel happy, as she liked to see her dog enjoying himself. She then looked up at the girls comment about her name, causing her to blush furiously, the red splashing across her pale cheeks. She let out a small, awkward laugh, not sure how to respond to that. She usually only got compliments like that from old woman, who liked talking about her youthful appearance but Rose had never had such a comment from someone her own age, let alone a woman. It made her heart flutter slightly as she shifted a little, causing the leaves to crunch a little under her polished shoes. Before she could even form an answer, the girl was asking about her hair before reaching up and running her fingers through it. Rose tensed a little, not used to such close contact from a complete stranger. But she saw no harm in it, so she relaxed despite the fact that her blush was as furious as ever. It felt a little awkward that the girl was so touchy like this, since Rose didn’t even know her name, but she gathered that this girl was naturally inclined towards physical intimacy with others. Rose doubted she could be like that, but she didn’t move away or try and stop the girl. “I-It’s natural,” She stuttered slightly, “I get it from my mother’s side. My father has black hair.” She added. Shane trotted over and nuzzled her hand but all she did was scratch under his chin, almost too afraid to move with this stranger playing with her hair like this. She barely breathed, not wanting to move too much almost as if caught in the gaze of a dangerous wild animal. She couldn’t explain the feeling, but at the same time she didn’t want to scare the girl away as she desperately wanted a new friend even if she girl looked like she could be bad influence. But Rose reminded herself firmly that she shouldn’t judge people based on their appearance. After finding her voice again, she shyly asked, “S… so… what’s your name?” She had given her name over, and wanted to know the name of the person that could be her potential friend.
  15. Location: Daedrin’s Blacksmith, Selil Marketplace. Daedrin nodded his head slightly when Izanagi asked if he was the adventurous type of person, “Yes. Sometimes it irritates my wife to no end.” He said with an amused tilt of his lips although really, his wife Erikavana was as much of an adventurer as he was. If not, then neither of them would be here in the first place. If anything, she would be more upset that he was going without her, but she had her own job to do and wouldn’t be able to get the next few days off. That was one of the advantages of owning his own business. He could take breaks whenever he wanted to. The last break he had been on, hadn’t really been a break. It had been an unpleasant experience for both him and Erikavana. But, he didn’t want to dwell on it especially since this adventure was sure to be a lot more fun. Although his definition of fun, and someone else's were entirely different. Daedrin put a hand on his hip, expecting that answer to his question regarding the horse. He gave a slow nod of his head, “That’s alright, I know where we can get horses. I have one of my own, and my wife has one but I won’t take her without permission.” He said, dismissing the problem with a flick of the fingers. He then closely looked at Izanagi and asked, “Do you have a silver plated weapon? Most of the monsters in the forest are vulnerable to such a weapon. It’s unwise to go into the forest without one. If you don’t, I have some spares that you can borrow. I make weapons for monster hunters, so they are more than able for the job.” He offered.
  16. Aha, it's alright. I've done that many times before. Believe me, I'm a bit of a derp when it comes to that stuff xD
  17. Location: Along with Ageon River, North of Rosayia Forest. At Natia’s panicked words, Rowan lifted a hand and ran his fingers through her soft hair, relying on his balance to keep them on Baellator which was made easier by the fact that the huge creature was walking at a sedate walk. He hugged her tightly, petting her lightly to try and calm her down, “Shh. Calm down, Natia. The rest of Craethiel isn’t as bad as the forest. Not every bush is hiding something nasty. Afterall, I stepped out of a bush for you didn’t I?” He asked, his tone amused as he thought about how he had stepped out of a bush to first greet her. He then told her, “Don’t worry. I’m here for you, and I’ll look after after you. You’re safe with us.” He continued petting her head, before wondering if he should elaborate on The Black Ones. His knowledge on them might be a bit more than what a normal merchant might have and if he spoke too much about them, it might cause Natia to ask questions he wasn’t comfortable with answering. Really, the only one of the two that was in real danger from The Black Ones was him. If they knew he was wandering around on his own, they would hunt him down with no mercy. With Natia, they would likely capture her as a sex slave, if they were even interested in doing so. They might not, and their concentration on him might allow her to escape. Finally he said, “As for The Black Ones… they’re a group of a people we call Mako’demeri. They… look a little similar to wolf anthros, but they’re not nice people. You shouldn’t worry about them, though. I’m pretty good at sneaking around, and I can get around them without being noticed.” At least, he hoped that he could. Baellator snorted softly, flicking his tail as he looked rather unconcerned. If there was anything nasty nearby, Rowan was sure the Aelda wouldn’t look so relaxed. The huge creature stepped past what appeared to be a bush thicket, but when Rowan glanced at it he could see a small break that lead into a small clearing that would be rather hidden. He pulled his hand from Natia’s hair and patted Baellator on the side, before telling him, “Let’s go in there.” His ears twitched, but he couldn’t hear anything out of the ordinary. The Aelda turned and stepped into the break in the thicket before stopping in the small clearing as he looked around curiously. He then leaned his head down and nibbled at some of the grass. Rowan leaned to the side slightly, looking down at Natia, “Let’s sit down and have something to eat. You should feel better afterwards, alright?” He said, giving her a kind smile. Location: Daedrin’s Blacksmith, Selil Marketplace. The more this man spoke, the more Daedrin found him to be interesting. He nodded his head slightly when the man mentioned that he had not long arrived in Selil. That wasn’t surprising news to Daedrin; people were coming and going from the Capital all the time. He was even less surprised when the man said that he wasn’t familiar with the forest, either. Any sane man avoided the forest at all costs. Unfortunately, it was the only location where Kraerhil could be obtained. His eyebrows rose slightly at Izanagi’s suggestion. He straightened slightly, amusement flashing in his blood red eyes as he gripped the handle of the weapon in his hands. He looked to the side slightly, “William? Could you please take this weapon and put it in the back? Put it into the safe, and don’t touch it.” He said. A moment later, William came over and took the weapon that Izanagi had given him before disappearing into the back. Daedrin turned back to his quest and said, “I would not feel comfortable in sending any of my apprentices with you. None of them would be able to safely traverse the forest with you. So that leaves only me…” He trailed off before he gave the man a slight smirk, “I haven’t been on a good adventure in a while. My apprentices know how to take care of things while I am gone, and I am quite adept at being able to find the metal ore. As for extraction… that’s usually quite easy, as long as you have a pickaxe. Do you have a horse? The trip will be a lot quicker if you had one, and it will make carrying the ore easier.” He said. Having a horse would also mean that Daedrin might be able to have even more of the material back with him which would allow the supply to last even longer. He could easily repair the man’s sword when they returned from their trip. Location: Along the river Adil, Ildgara. Rayvenne let out a sigh through her nose at the answer. She watched the woman as she blushed, clearly embarrassed by the answer she was forced to give. Rayvenne wasn’t judging her for it. A lot of people couldn’t afford to buy a horse, especially one as well bred as Maedoc. Walking was the travelling method of most people in Craethiel. It was slow, but it did work and got someone from one place to another. Rayvenne shooed Raeghan off of her knee, causing the large raven to flutter up and land on a thick branch of a tree as he turned his blood red gaze down to the two woman beneath him. Rayvenne then stood up and said, “Maedoc can easily carry the two of us. He’s a good, strong horse.” She moved over to the black stallion and began to check the saddle to make sure that it was on tightly. “We should be able to to make it in a few days, at a good travelling pace.” Rayvenne then said, keeping her tone neutral. When she had finished checking the saddle over, she patted Maedoc on the neck before she turned and looked back at Liva with dark, intense eyes as she narrowed them slightly. After a moment she asked, “Have you ever ridden a horse before?” If the woman didn’t have a steed close by, then Rayvenne realised that she might not have ever ridden one. Rayvenne was hoping that she was going to be lucky, and Liva had indeed rode a horse before, which would make this entire situation move along a lot smoother. If not, then Rayvenne was going to need to teach her which was not good, since Rayvenne was hardly a patient teacher.
  18. Location: Along with Ageon River, North of Rosayia Forest. Rowan frowned slightly in thought, “I’m not entirely sure how those creatures come into existence…” He said, looking down at the light scratch on her arm. He took her arm and raised it slightly so that he could look at it. It didn’t seem serious, and as far as he was aware they didn’t create new ones by scratching people so other than maybe hurting a little, Natia was fine. Even so, he reached into his pocket and took out a fine silk handkerchief which he tied around her arm to cover the wound. He then kissed it, giving her a smile before letting her arm fall and continuing to speak, “I’m not that knowledgeable on monsters, other than how to evade them, but that is experience I have gained from traversing the forest and as you know, I don’t exactly have a conventional manner in which I travel. You would be better off asking a monster hunter. I mean, I guess a necromancer is responsible? But… I’m not entirely sure how common they are. I don’t actually encounter them that often and they are more common in areas where battles take place which...” His expression darkened, “Considering the fact that the Kingdom is currently facing invasion from the Black Ones… that doesn’t bode well.” He said, before sighing deeply. It made him wonder if that was why it was on the edge of the forest like that, instead of further in. It could sense the scent of war, death and destruction on the wind and it was responding as such. Baellator snorted, shaking his head slightly in an uncomfortable manner as his trotting slowed down to a brisk walk as he looked over his shoulder at them with his dark eyes. A shadow passed over them and Rowan glanced up to see that it was a hawk, lazily flying on the wind. Rowan then looked behind them at the receding trees before he turned and looked at the Ageon River which was sluggishly moving past them. He turned golden eyes to the front again before saying, “We’ll likely stop for some food soon. We should make it to Ryn’tur by tomorrow afternoon we go at a relaxed pace. It’s across the river, so we’ll need to find the ford that will allow us to cross.” Location: Daedrin’s Blacksmith, Selil Marketplace. Daedrin remained still, watching Izanagi carefully as the man closed his eyes, clearly thinking hard. He kept his face impassive, not allowing his emotions to show but he was both curious and amused. He was expecting the man to protest such a price, and attempt to haggle like all of his customers did. Unfortunately for Izanagi, Daedrin was the only one that could repair this blade. No other blacksmith had his skill, or even resources. But then he had trained with Blacksmiths who’s skill far surpassed any human blacksmith, including the one that was the father of Eldyrannthian blacksmithing. Thus he didn’t think that his price was entirely unreasonable. He watched carefully as the man opened his eyes and placed his hands in the pockets of his trousers before giving his suggestion. The corner of Daedrin’s lip twitched slightly as he tapped a polished fingernail against the blade of the weapon he was holding for a few moments before his finger stilled and he tilted his head slightly, “An exchange of services? I’m certainly open to that…” He said, his eyes flickering over the man before returning to the weapon for a few moments. He then looked back up at Izanagi, “You seem like the type that is well able to take care of yourself. Because there is something I do want. A rare material in Rosayia Forest called Kraerhil which can be found at the foot of Enutpen’s Glory close to an abandoned house by the name of Ashaba. It’s a dangerous task, especially with the concentration of Hounds in that area, but if you come back with a sackful of Kraerhil Ore, then I will not only have the blade repaired for you but I would also give you some additional gold. A sack of ore is worth at minimum three hundred gold pieces. If it is good quality ore, then even more so. It’s a good metal to mix in with blades, as it makes them tougher and they keep their sharpness for longer. Much sought by the nobles, and the King himself has asked for such a blade. I would not blame you if you did not want this task, though. The forest is an exceptionally dangerous area, filled with monsters of all kinds.” He said, watching the man closely to see if there was any kind of reaction.
  19. Location: Daedrin’s Blacksmith, Selil Marketplace. Daedrin’s eyebrows twitched up for a moment, almost imperceptibly at the sound of the man's name. Izanagi Durum? What an unusual name, and certainly not any he had come across in his life time and he had met a lot of people over the long years. It made him even more curious about this strange individual. It wasn’t often that someone caught his interest like that and he had to resist to urge to ask probing questions. His blood red eyes glinted in amusement when Izanagi said that he had heard that Daedrin was the best blacksmith in town. He knew it was true, but he was often very modest with it, and tended not to flaunt it in peoples faces. He wasn’t arrogant when it came to his capabilities, as he found such behaviour distasteful. He knew that there were better people than him, although they were nowhere near Craethiel, let alone Selil. When the man pulled out the large sword, Daedrin felt a stir of interest as he took the blade to have a look at it. It appeared to be a double edged sword, a mix between a broadsword and a longsword. It was an interestingly forged blade, however damaged. Just by looking at it, he could see that the edges were dulled, and there was a slight chip in the point of the blade. The fuller, the part that ran central through the blade, looked to be a little cracked which he knew weakened the blade strength and made it unusable in combat. The cross-guard was an interesting and intricate design that not only looked fancy, but did the job well. The grip of the blade was black in colour and made from a material he had never seen before but it was in a good condition with no mark on it. The pommel itself was made of a red round jewel that looked as if it had been lovingly polished until it glittered darkly in the dim light of his smithy. It reminded him of the kinds of blades his people made, and yet this had a completely different feel to it. He knew it wasn’t an Eldyrannthian weapon. It was still interesting nonetheless. He looked up at the man’s question, watching him in silence for a few moments before his eyes narrowed slightly. The corner of his lip twitched, “If I was any other blacksmith, I would tell you that no… It cannot.” He pointed to the cracks, “This damage is to the core structure of the blade which most blacksmiths would have no hope of fixing as it would require an entirely new blade…” He then smirked slightly, “However, I am not just any blacksmith. I believe I can fix this and make the blade whole and strong again. I can also make a scabbard for the blade, if you do not have one. It will not be cheap, though.” He warned, his eyes trailing down to the blade once again, “It will cost you a hundred gold coins.” He said, stating it clearly so that there was no room for any mistake. It was expensive, yes, but it would take a lot of effort and energy on his part to ensure that the blade is correctly fixed and would last for many years to come.

  21. Location: CEO Office, Naughty Cow Dairy “Good.” Alvina responded with a smile at David when he had answered her question. It meant that she didn’t have to bother with finding something that would be safe for him. She kept her grip on his hand, holding it securely as she pushed open a door to outside, where they could see a large building nearby. She pointed it out to him, “There’s the flat. The washing room is on the ground floor, so it’s not far.” She told him, leading him down the path which was lined with flowers and bushes to make it scenic. She smiled as she watched a group of bees hovering around a lavender plant, ecstatically landing on the small purple flowers before leaving a few moments later. When Alvina reached the door that accessed the building, she reached into her pocket and pulled out a key fob which she pressed against a small smooth piece of plastic above a keypad to the right of the door. A beep sounded in their ears before a green button lit up. She took hold of the door and opened it up before dragging David inside as she pocketed the key fob. They were in a small foyer, that had a small reception desk although no one was there at this moment in time but there was a small bell which could be rung. Alvina ignored this though, and took David through a door on her left which went into a long corridor and had several doors on either side. She took him to the first door on the right and took him inside, to reveal a large launderette with washing machines and dryers set out in neat lines. There was also a cupboard at the back which had laundry detergents of various kinds, as well as conditioners. Alvina closed the door and let go of David’s hand with a smile, “Here we are. All you need to do is strip and put your clothes in the washer and choose what things you want to use. Do you need any help with it?” She asked him, not sure if he had even done anything like this. She knew most of her friends at school had not, which was a worrying thing for her. But if David didn’t know anything, she was more than happy to help him.
  22. There you go, @Aura, I've posted with Rose ^^ I apologise for the wait. Also, if anyone wants to play with Zack, let me know. He can be either a blackmailer or a victim.
  23. Location: Redford Park Time: 08:30. Rose had been so focused on watching Shane moving around the twisting trees that she had not heard the footsteps behind her until a feminine voice called out from behind. She jumped a little and turned around to face the newcomer. She blinked when she saw a young teenager wearing clothes that looked so tight on her that it left little to the imagination. This caused Rose to flush slightly and avert her gaze, wondering how someone could wear clothes like that. They were far too provocative for her tastes, but she tried to ignore it as she didn’t like casting judgements on people. Her lips curved slightly in a shy smile before she looked over to Shane who trotted over with another stick in his mouth, “Yes. He is. His name is Shane.” She said, her accent clearly indicating that she was not American in origin. Her accent was similar to what one would expect from London; rather posh and classy sounding but her tone was soft as if she didn’t like speaking loudly. Shane moved past Rose and approached the other girl, his tail wagging furiously which caused Rose to giggle slightly, “Don’t worry; he won’t hurt you. He just loves making new friends. My name is Rose Winter.” She said, introducing herself, giving the girl a friendly smile. Since leaving school, she had not have any chance to hang around with anyone that she considered a friend. This was the first time that someone had actually approached her and despite how much she disliked the girls clothing, she welcomed the chance to make a new friend. She knew her father was a bit over-protective and often carefully analysed her friends, but Rose wanted the chance to make friends on her own merits. She knew why her father was so over-protective, which was why she tolerated it. She didn’t want to upset her father anymore than necessary. Her parents meant the world to her, and she didn’t want them to be upset with her, or because of her. Location: Winter Flowers. Time: 08:35 Zack leaned against the doorframe of the back office door, holding a steaming cup of coffee in his hands as he watched his wife at the computer, his green eyes dark and dull. As always, Silvia jumped out the car the moment he had parked and walked into the shop to her little retreat of an office. Despite the fact that he had been moving in and out for the last few minutes, she had completely ignored his presence as if he wasn’t even there. He gritted his teeth, finding that it was getting harder and harder to tolerate the behaviour. Everytime he tried to take her to a psychologist, she refused to open up and allow herself to get over Aimie’s death. It was almost as if she wanted to cling onto the memories of the past and never let go. Zack missed his little angel, but he knew that he couldn’t allow himself to be held back like that. They had come to Black City to move on in their lives, and yet Silvia’s mind still seemed to be in England. Letting out a heavy breath, Zack turned and left the office, unable to keep looking at her any longer. He moved into the staff room, draining the last of the coffee in his cup before he slammed the cup down on the side so hard that it broke in grip. With a curse, he snatched his hand back and saw that his finger was now cut and bleeding. Scowling, he washed his hands under a cold spray of water before drying it with a paper towel. He threw the towel in the bin before moving to their first aid cupboard where he took out a plaster to cover the cut so that he didn’t get any blood on the flowers. He was annoyed with himself for such a lack of control. His mouth tasted like ash, and his skin was itching as he had the urge to bite down into something. He really needed a cigarette, which could account for his current temper. He glanced at the time to see that he had plenty of time to spare to quickly pop to the shops. Without even telling Silvia where he was going, as he had given up keeping her apprised of his whereabouts, he went to leave the shop. He doubted she even cared anymore, and that thought cut him deeply. It was depressing and frustrating at the same time, and he wondered if it was as much Silvia’s cold shoulder, as his daughters death that drove him to drink and smoke. Zack stepped out the back of the shop, heading down the alley as he felt in his trouser pocket to make sure that his wallet was still there. He stepped out of the alley into the street and glanced up and down before he turned to the right and continued down the street to where he knew the nearest shop was that he could get his hands on cigarettes.
  24. Location: Rosayia Forest, along with Ageon River, heading Northbound Rowan looked down, not liking to see such distress on Natia’s beautiful face. He tightened his grip on her, glancing backwards to see if the creature was pursuing them. He saw a flash of it in the trees however it was clear that Baellator was simply too fast for it. He turned back around towards Natia again and shouted against the wind, “I think it was a Ghoul! I don’t know what they are! Some people say that they’re the re-animated corpses of bandits and thieves, cursed to living on even after they’re dead. If it had grabbed us, it would have most certainly eaten us even if we were still conscious. They’re mindless corpse eaters that are drawn to battles and war. They tend to go crazy when there’s a lot of death and destruction.” Rowan replied, almost hating himself for telling her because he didn’t want her going into more of a panic. But at the same time, he didn’t want to lie to her and keep her ignorant. Ignorance of such things often lead to one thing; death. With a soft sigh, he rested his chin against the top of her head, neatly enclosing her with his arms and body, “Don’t worry; it’s far behind now and we’re almost out. Please don’t panic; you’re safe with us two.” He told her. Baellator snorted and tossed his head as if agreeing with Rowan, as clearly he didn’t want his little friend to panic either. Rowan smiled slightly and said, “See. Even Baellator agrees.” He hugged her even tighter before shifting his gaze from her to the forest around them. The trees were beginning to give way to pushes and grassland now, signalling that they were on the very edge of the forest. Rowan relaxed, tension that he didn’t even realise was there slipping from his body. The trees then stopped suddenly, and the full force of the sun beat down on them as they ran into the grassland, the Enutpen Mountains in the distance to their right. Baellator slowed down to a fast trot, snorting in a happy fashion, proud that he had gotten them out safe. Rowan smiled, patting the Aelda on the side of his neck before glancing around, “We’re out, but I would still feel better if we were a little further away before taking a break…” He said, glancing up at the sun and gauging that it was almost noon. A slight grumble from his stomach told him that it would be a good idea to stop soon for food, but he would feel much better with the forest out of sight. Location: Daedrin’s Blacksmith, Selil Marketplace. The apprentice at the forge glanced up at the new customer in the shop. He looked him up and down, before turning to look over his shoulder at another apprentice, “William. Can you go get Master Daedrin?” He asked, as it was clear that he was heating up metal that he couldn’t leave unattended. William nodded, putting aside the blade that he was polishing before he stood up and went into the back room, the door blocking the customers view inside. There he found Daedrin still sitting in his chair staring out of the window with his finished cup of tea in his hand. The apprentice cleared his throat, causing Daedrin to look over his shoulder, “Yes?” He enquired. “There’s a customer asking for you, sir.” The apprentice told him. Daedrin nodded and waved him out before giving a slight sigh as his relaxing moment had been disturbed. He sat there for a couple of moments, taking one last look out of the window before he stood up and moved over to William’s wife, handing her the empty cup back, “It was delicious, thank you.” He said causing her to smile as she took it from him, “You’re welcome.” She told him before she turned back to the bread that she was kneading. Daedrin then turned and left the back of the shop to see who it was that wanted to see him. As the door closed behind him, he paused for a moment as he noticed the new figure within his smithy. He was an unusual specimen from what Daedrin could see. His hair was white in colour, not exactly a common colour especially for someone who looked so young. His sharp eyes eyed the roots of the man's hair, but it was clear that it was not an artificial colouring either. He looked very slim, but Daedrin could definitely sense power coming off of him, but what exactly it was escaped him. His blood red eyes narrowed slightly, before he strode forwards, the heels of his boots clipping against the stone floor. He then stopped in front of the man, putting his right hand on his chest above his left heart before bowing his head for a moment. When Daedrin looked up, the corners of his mouth twitched up in a slight smile before he asked politely, “I am Daedrin. How may I help you…?” He trailed off, hoping to be able to gleam the mans name in return after introducing himself. This strange man interested him, and he wanted to find out more information about him. It wasn’t often he was asked for by name except for customers that were actually able to afford his services which, due to how good it was and how popular his shop was, was not many people. Still, he had a number of very good apprentices who are more than happy to serve under him, having fought for that position. None of them were willing to compromise the opportunity to study under him.
  25. I like this idea~ X3 But oh damn. Why did you have to ask such a hard question. I have several at the moment Two Steps From Hell (Listening to them as I write this actually) and a band called Ignea are the ones I am listening to the most right now. Plus some Rammstein.
