Rose began to feel the change in pace of the kiss, and a part of her sincerely hoped that it was coming to a stop. It started to feel a lot more awkward, as if Anhara had suddenly forgotten how to kiss. Rose wasn’t sure what to do, or how to act as this completely confused her. Experimentally, she pushed back against the girl on top of her, relieved when the girl suddenly stopped and pulled away. Almost frantically, Rose pushed herself up against the headboard of the bed, trying to get away from the girl. The words that spilled form the girl didn’t register at first, so desperate to get away from her. Slowly, her surroundings began to register to her and she watched, wide-eyed as the girl paced back and forth, her arms flailing. She seemed to be in genuine despair and it really confused her. What was this girl playing at now? Was she pretending to be upset? Was she trying to get Rose to lower her guard once again? She heard the girl stumbling over herself to apologise, but the words were grey and empty, with no substance. Rose didn’t accept them, not did she believe them. She flinched when the girl screamed and dropped to her knees on the floor, grabbing at fistfuls of her hair, crying as if Anhara was another person entirely. Rose remained silent, watching with wide blue eyes. She didn’t know what to do, what to say or how to act. She was completely frozen. A part of her hoped that the girl would leave her alone. Her eyes darted about, hoping to find some of exit such as a window. -

Location: Outskirts of Kvor. Victor watched as the large man picked up the plate of fish before telling him that the shop was just across the street. Somehow that didn’t surprise Victor, that his shop was just across from the local saloon. He almost snorted with laughter but restrained himself. He gave the man a nod and said in a quiet tone, “I’ll be along later.” He watched as the man moved to the door, calling out a goodbye. The older men playing cards in the corner either nodded their heads at the man, or said goodbye. It was clear that this Bear person was a respected member of the community which struck Victor as a little strange. The man clearly had the speech and language of those from the Maskurg Empire, and yet despite the problems that they had, had with the Empire in the past, the people of this small town treated Bear like one of their own. It made Victor wonder how long the man had lived here. He turned back to his glass of whisky, taking a sip and rolling the smokey liquid around his tongue before swallowing it. He then looked up at the bartender and asked, “What is there to eat?” “Some meat and bread if you’re interested.” The bartender replied. Victor considered it for a moment. It did sound nice, and he was pretty hungry. So he nodded and said, “Then a sandwich for me. And can I have a strip of meat for my dog, please?” He pulled out some of his remaining money and placed it on the counter, which the bartender picked up. “Sure thing.” The bartender said with a smile as he went into a door behind the bar. He returned a few minutes later with a sandwich and a slab of dried meat on the side. He picked up the meat, giving a short whistle to get Fenni’s attention. Immediately the wolf dog looked up at him, to which Victor lowered down the piece of meat which was snapped up pretty quickly. Fenni settled back to the floor, chewing on the meat contently. Victor turned back to his sandwich and picked up one half which he began to eat. It was then that he heard roars of an animal, causing him to turn around. Fenni stopped in his eating to raise his head, letting out a soft growl himself. Victor looked at the men playing in the corner, but none reacted to it, as if they didn’t hear it or were used to it. He then turned back to the bartender with a questioning gaze. “Don’t worry. It’s Bear’s girl.” The bartender assured him with a grin. One of Victor’s eyebrows rose, as it seemed that the bartender was implying that it was the man’s wife despite the animalistic nature of the cry. Well, it was certainly one reason to visit the strange man. To work out that mystery. But for now, he was going to eat his sandwich. -
Ah, don't worry yourself, @Rucio. I've being MIA in terms of RPing myself for a few months. As for a meeting place... that's a pretty good question. It would make sense that if he's to use her to get access to college girls, he might end up seeking her out. At the moment she's a pretty straight-edge individual so her usual hangouts would be, other than the obvious university, in places such as cafés and the public library. So one of those might be a good place.

Location: Outskirts of Kvor. Victor mutely nodded when Bear said that he was still welcome to visit his shop, and that he was looking for a hunter to meet his girl back at the shop. He still had no idea whether he was talking about a wife or pet. He glanced down at Fenni who was contently lying at his feet, relaxing after the hours walking this morning. His head was rested on his paws and his eyes were closed as he seemed to be fast asleep. He turned his attention back to his drink, lifting the glass and downing the last of the smokey, amber liquid. He set the glass down with a sign, feeling better after that drink. He noticed out of the corner of his eye that his companion picked up his sandwich and consumed it within a few bites. Victor had seen men eat quickly before, but this was new to him. It was quickly gone and Bear stood up, causing Fenni to raise his head and watch the large man. Victor gave Bear a slight smile when the man said that he needed to get back. Still. No idea if he was talking about a wife, or a pet, “Well. Maybe I’ll drop by later if you let me know where the shop is. For the moment I’ll stay here and enjoy the two drinks.” He said, twitching his glass at the bartender who filled it with more whiskey. With how his finances were, he wasn’t exactly going to let two free drinks go wasted. -

Location: Outskirts of Kvor. Victor’s eyebrows quirked up a little when the man said that instead of the typical shotgun pellets and instead shot out fire pellets. His initial kneejerk reaction was to deny what the man was saying, but as he studied the design of the gun he could see how it was possible. He found himself feeling even more impressed, “Impressive. The workmanship on this gun is incredible.” He said, just before the man made a comment that it was hard dealing with his shop all alone. His initial thought was ‘Is this guy hinting at something?’ He wasn’t sure, though as the man turned his attention to the bartender asking for fish for someone called ‘Yamashiro’. Was it this man’s wife? Or pet? He mentioned something about ‘claws’ back at the shop but with how some men spoke of their wives, it could be either option. Victor glanced at the plate of fish and the sandwich before his eyes then flickered back to Bear once again when the man spoke again, asking if he was staying anywhere before offering him a spare bed. Victor was in the process of taking a sip when the man stated clearly that he wasn’t coming onto him, causing Victor to almost choke on his drink as his eyes widened. He glanced over his shoulder at the old men sitting around the table but they didn’t seem to have been listening. He then glanced at the bartender who had busied himself cleaning a whiskey glass. He coughed, getting his bearings again before he said, “Er.. o-okay.” He now felt a little awkward as he had made no outward sign that he thought Bear was coming onto it. It had been a fleeting thought, born from how friendly Bear was being to a complete stranger. He cleared his throat again before he then said, “I’ve only just come into town, so I’m not entirely sure what I’m doing right now. I am after a job but I would prefer something a little… out of town. I just wanted to sit here and enjoy a drink before thinking of what to do.” -

Location: Outskirts of Kvor. Victor watched as the strange man downed a glass of Valka as if it was nothing. He was not a personal drinker of Valka, but he knew it could be a hard drink to handle. This man, who subtly let his name be known as Veniamin, was clearly a heavy drinker. He couldn’t help but to feel a little impressed that the man did not even flinch as the clear liquid went down his gullet. Victor glanced at the bartender as the man put a bottle of Valka onto the bar, leaving it with the large man. Considering how he had downed the first glass, Victor had no trouble thinking that Bear could drink the entire bottle with little trouble. He lifted his own drink, taking a sip before slowly lowering his glass to the bar as the man complimented his guns. Victor really didn’t want to talk about them, especially where he had gotten them from. Therefore he was glad when Bear quickly moved on and showed off his own gun that he had made. Victor eyed the weapon with curious eyes, impressed with the craftsmanship, “That’s a well built gun. I’m not one to use shotguns. I prefer a rifle. Even so, that’s a good looking gun. Packs a punch, does it?” He asked. -

Location: Outskirts of Kvor. Victor paused a little when he heard the door of the saloon open almost enthusiastically. Fenni’s head turned towards the door where his head tilted a little as the man boomed out a greeting. It made Victor stiffen a little as he recognised the language as being that of the Maskurg Empire. He had to resist the urge to turn around to see who it was that entered the room, as he didn’t want to draw attention to himself. Fenni remained calm, which indicated that the figure was not making any hostile movements. Otherwise the wolfdog would be growling and snarling. He saw movement out of the corner of his left eye, and turned his head slightly to see just who it was. The man was massive. Unnaturally so. Victor had never seen a man so large in his life. It looked as if the man’s head was only a mere inch from the wooden ceiling. He was also heavily muscled but not in a way that made him look grotesque. He looked to be built like an absolute tank. It was not someone that Victor would want to get into a hand to hand fight with, that was for sure. A part of him thought of the man as being rather attractive but he ignored that as he turned his attention to his drink again. Only to look back up when the man beside him told the bartender to pay for two of his drinks. Victor looked at the beast of a man again, still keeping his right eye shadowed to hide the scar. He was a little surprised that the man realised that he had been on the road for a long time. That thought made him pause. Either this man was very observant, or he was one of the bastards little spies. But as Victor studied the man, he discounted the second possibility. He didn’t seem the type. While he had the bearing of a military man, his face seemed too open and honest so Victor relaxed a little although he still wondered why the man would buy him, a complete stranger, drinks. Either he was very friendly or… he was coming onto Victor. He took a sip of his whiskey, enjoying the warm liquid as it settled in his stomach, leaving behind a smokey flavour that lingered on his tongue. He placed the glass down on the bar, but didn’t let go of it, “Thanks, stranger. My name is Victor. This here is Fenni.” He flicked his fingers to Fenni who was still studying the tank of a man. “What’s yours?” He then asked, not wanting to refer to him as ‘stranger’ anymore. -

Location: Outskirts of Kvor. Small puffs of dust rose into the still, hot air that accompanied the soft hoof falls of the placid mare beneath Victor. He allowed his body to move fluidly with her movements as the animal moved at a brisk trot. With the air so still, it provided little relief from the head of the midday sun that beat down upon him. He was glad that he was wearing his hat which kept the worst of the sun's glare from his eyes. He looked out at the arid heathland that surrounded him, with sparse and scraggly vegetation that struggled for what little water there was. It was such an uninviting place. Perfect for what he was after. He cared little for the fact that it was uncomfortable. As long as others would not follow him here, it would do. His tongue darted out to lick along his cracked lips, ignoring the ensuing stinging sensation. He glanced down at his side, only to be met with light amber eyes of his beautiful and loyal wolfdog, Fenni who plodded alongside his mare as he followed his master. Victor was glad for both his loyal companions, as he had had both Cherry and Fenni since they were young, allowing him to form a close bond with both of them. He could not ask for a better mount, and a better hunting companion. He raised his eyes again before he narrowed them slightly when he saw a smudge on the horizon. He stared at it for several long minutes before he could begin to make out the details of what appeared to be a small cluster of buildings. He felt pleased, as that was what he had been looking for. The town of Kvor. It was on the complete opposite of the country to where he had pretended to go. It was his hope that he would be able to settle for a little before moving on, which would give him the chance to earn a little money. He was beginning to run out, and needed a job if he was going to keep running. He spurred Cherry on and, with a toss of her head and a snort, she increased her pace as he was impatient to reach his destination. No doubt she would appreciate some rest as well, and a chance to drink away the dust of their travels. He slowed her down to a walk when they reached the edge of town. Immediately, he could see several houses and a few shops. There were some townsfolk aboard at this hour, who watched him with curious eyes as he entered the town. He gave them a friendly smile so that they would not feel overly cautious or threatened by his sudden appearance. He also saw a Sheriff’s office, and resolved that it would just be best to avoid any kind of lawman. With any luck, he would get a job outside of the main town. The last thing he needed was for the Sheriff to identify him. It was then that he spotted the tavern. The Running Stallion. It even had a post to tie your horse to, and a trough that they could drink from. Victor headed towards it, before pulling Cherry to a stop. He slid down from his saddle, clad to get a respite from being in the saddle. He checked the level of water in the trough, before he tied Cherry to the post. He watched for a moment as she lowered her head and began to drink before he patted her on her shoulder, pleased. He then turned and walked towards the tavern with Fenni at his heels. He opened the door and stepped into the dim room, which was noticeably cooler. The saloon was not that full at the moment, with one table surrounded by older men and a tender behind the bar. They all turned to stare at the newcomer, but he just nodded politely to them. He then strode up to the bar before saying in a quiet voice, “Whiskey.” “Coming right up.” The bartender said, reaching beneath the bar to pull out a whiskey glass. Victor sat himself on the stool at the bar, allowing his hat to shade his eyes and, more importantly, the identifying scar across his eye. Fenni curled up at his feet, panting lightly as he observed the room, watching it carefully. With a clink, the bartender placed the whiskey glass down on the bar in front of him. Victor pulled out a few coins and put them on the table before drawing the whiskey close to him and taking a small sip, enjoying the luxury while he could. -

Location: Abandoned Industrial area At the mocking of the woman, Liliana only raised an eyebrow slightly as she ignored the attempt to rile her up. She noticed that they had their fingers on the triggers despite not having used the gun yet. It suggested that they were extremely poorly trained, and it made her doubt that they were these supposid Leech agents. They were nothing more than a bunch of clowns. She didn’t feel threatened, because they weren’t threatening in the slightest. She doubted that if she decided to shoot them right now, none would have any chance to get a single bullet off. However it seemed that the mysterious man decided to jump on the chance to shoot them while they were busy being as unprofessional as street thugs. She wasn’t sure where the bullet had come from but the other two agents allowed themselves to be distracted by the sudden death of their companion. Liliana did not hesitate and immediately fired at one of the remaining agents, striking him in the forehead. His head jerked back and he collapsed to the floor. She then lowered her gun slightly, her upper lip curled a little. Clearly these were very low level thugs with little training and discipline. Agents like this would never have been able to get the drop on her father. She almost ignored the mysterious man as he interrogated the other agent, although she listened carefully to what was being said. She strode towards the bodies, inspecting them to confirm that they were indeed dead. Liliana put her own gun away, before picking up one of the agents' guns. She popped out the magazine, before checking the barrel for a bullet. Once it was empty and she confirmed that it was safe, she inspected the weapon further. As expected, it was a rather standard weapon, and the serial number had been scratched out to prevent it from being traced. She then checked the three bodies, but couldn’t find anything identifying them. About the only thing they did right in this situation. At the sound of another gunshot, Liliana straightened and turned towards the mysterious man as he threw the body of the original agent to the ground before moving over to the cooler to look at the contents. Feeling more than a little curious herself, she strode up to the side of him and looked down at the cooler and their contents. After a moment, she seemed to drawl, “So. Unknown chemicals to ‘purge’ the cities 'corruption’. Whatever that means.” She paused for a moment, listening before she then said, “I’m going to ignore my annoyance that I didn’t get a chance to question him myself. But it might be a good idea to get out of here before either more turn up or the authorities arrive. While I can get myself out of that kind of trouble, I can’t say the same for you.”- 470 replies

Location: Hermitage. “Please, sleep well.” Daedrin told Izanagi as the other man left the room. His gaze lingered on the door before he turned his head and continued to watch Lucius. He knew where Izanagi was coming from; he certainly didn’t like to see his friends disrespected. But this situation only highlighted the fact that Izanagi did not spend too much time with other people. The world was not as black and white as that. People could have a very close friendship, a deep level of trust and respect for one another and yet throw around insults without meaning, or taking offence. This was the case with Lucius, but Izanagi’s own naivety didn’t allow him to make that connection. He was drawn from his thoughts when Lucius stirred on the bed and his single blue eye opened and focused on Daedrin. It was less glassy than before, and Lucius seemed a bit more coherent, “Daedrin?” He asked in a quiet voice. “Lucius.” Daedrin said with a slight smile before he stood up and moved over to the bed. He pressed the back of his hand against Lucius’ forehead, relieved that the fever had been reduced. He then shifted the bandage aside, and saw that the wound was a lot better. While it wouldn’t heal all of the way, it would protect him from infection and ensure that it would heal in a fraction of time. He returned the bandage to its position as Lucius let out a groan. “Go back to sleep, Lucius. You’re going to be fine. But a good night's rest is sorely needed.” Daedrin told him. The single blue eye of the other man blinked at him for a moment before it closed once again. Within moments, Lucius’ breathing evened out and he was asleep once again. Daedrin checked him over again, and satisfied that he would be fine on his own, left the room to find his own so that he could get a few hours of rest. Despite the somewhat comfortable bed, Daedrin was awake quite early. He washed his face in the basin of water provided and made sure that he was presentable before he left the room. His first port of call was to check on Lucius, who was still fast asleep. His fever had completely broken, and both the bite and scratch wound were showing signs of healing. Pleased, Daedrin headed downstairs to find the bartender putting clean tankards below the bar. She smiled when she saw him, “Good morning. Your friend isn’t up, yet. Can I get ye anything?” She asked. “Whatever is on the fire for breakfast will do, thank you.” Daedrin replied with a charming smile. She smiled back before she disappeared through a door. Daedrin sat himself down, looking out of the window at the quiet village, enjoying how peaceful it was. He looked away as he heard the woman approaching and smiled as she put down a bowl of porridge, and some toasted bread with some sweet preserve. He quietly thanked her, allowing her to return to the bar as he began to dig into the meal. -

Rowan’s vision flashed, blinding him as his mind went completely blank from the force of his orgasm. It seemed to tear through his body, leaving nothing untouched by the ecstasy that he was experiencing. Despite his entire mind and body acting almost like a maelstrom, he was acutely aware of the burning skin pressed against his own and the furnace that surrounded his throbbing cock. It made him acutely aware of his throb of his cock that drew streams of his cum from his body to flood hers. When it finally died down, he was forced to remain still for several moments, almost clinging to her. His breath seemed unnaturally loud in his sensitive ears, and his head was spinning. When he gathered himself somewhat, he allowed himself to look down at Natia as she looked up at him, her beautiful purple eyes pleading with him. He could see in her eyes a hunger for more, and a need to be ploughed relentlessly. Rowan moved to open his mouth to say something but his ear suddenly swivelled to the side as he heard footsteps approaching their door. He turned his head to the side as the footsteps stopped and he heard a timid knock at the door. “Yes?” He asked. “T-the bath you ordered is ready, sir. It’s two doors down from your r-room.” A female voice, sounding almost flustered as if embarrassed. Rowan felt a flash of annoyance at the interruption, as he was not really thinking of bathing right now. But after a moment, he then smirked as an idea came to him, “Thank you.” He called back. He then heard her footsteps hurriedly shuffle away. Rowan then looked back at Natia, “It certainly sounds like someone heard you. But it also seems like we have a bath waiting for us. How about a dip in the tub?” He asked. His idea was to kill two birds with one stone. Satisfy them further, as well as ensure that they both were clean. He had several ideas on how he could play with Natia while in the bath, games that she might very much enjoy.- 27 replies

Talvania Talvania has a range of climates that can make travelling across it difficult, especially if one is not prepared. The northern part of the country is more temperate, with the northeast being covered in a lust forest that can hide many dangers. It is the coolest part of the country, with a high humidity that makes it perfect for growing a wide range of crops. To the southeast of the island though, the climate becomes warmer and the lust rainforest gives way to a more dry and arid environment with sparse vegetation. This trend continues for the entire southern edge of the country, with sparse areas of lusher vegetation that make travel difficult due to the rarity of clean water and foragable food. The heart of Talvania however is more akin to the Mojave Desert, making it impassable to all but a few daring travellers. In the Southeastern section of the island is the Southstone Peaks, a range of mountains that is as dangerous as they are beautiful. There are not just dangers from the people and the animals but a force even more ferocious. The weather. Due to the hot climate, combined with the humidity from the north and the cooler air from the mountains, the mixture of different temperatures and pressures breed impressive storms that hover like giant anvils over Talvania’s core. Some of these super cell storms produce unpredictable and powerful tornadoes that make living and travelling through the area dangerous. So, travellers beware. Always watch your back and keep a hand close to your gun. You never know when you will need it. Relevant Links: Extra Information Character ID Out of Character -

Neptune posted a topic in Tales of Talvania's Out of Character
Gun Information This is a document that outlines the kinds of guns that will be around in Talvania. If you wish for a character to have one of the rarer weapons, please speak to the GM about it. I would like to thank @Dozle The Crusader for writing up this list for me. Rare and unique weapons Neppy Repeater The Neppy Repeater was one or the frew repeating rifles of its time to have about a 25 round in its sampers and it has range with its stopping power the down side of this mighty rifle there was only 20 ever made between 1888 to about 1890 Tem Revolver The Tem Revolver is the only 6 shooter of its kind, and not just for its color black and purple colouring. It is the only 6 shooter that shoots rifle rounds instead of the standard revolver rounds like every other revolver. It is slow to reload, but it packs a significant punch… that is, if you are lucky to find the 3 that was ever made and its proto type. It was made in 1890 but only the three were made, as it was deemed too crazy to make for mass. Crusaders pump shotgun The Crusader pump shotgun is one of a kind shotgun. Its looks will say it all. Silver and brass and gold across, on the right side where the stock starts on the metal and there is a small crusader helmet around the trigger ring. What is really rare about this pump shotgun is that it shoots out fire rounds, little hot fire balls instead of iron balls like a normal shotgun shell. There is only one of its kind and its gage is not a 12 gage, it is 189 gage for the holy servants of the pope back in 1527. The creator of this mad gun is a russian in a small store located in Kvor. Revolvers Colt 1836 The standard revolver every man or boy knows of its kind made by Pat Colt . every law man or local gun store has these cheap 6 shooters up on stock or on sale weakest 6 shooter but the easiest to come by and cheapest Walker Colt 1847 This colt is about 4 pounds heavier than the stander Colt. You will see these heavy revolves around the northernmost climates more than any others, because the weight of them makes them less prone to rust from the cold. Double Action Colt 1877 This colt is one of the faster shooting revolvers around, best with two on your holster because only one does very little damage to a man. But it's one of few fastest shooting 6 shooter you can get. It is a little bit pricey out of the cheap guns but sold as a pair it's a deal due to the rapid rate of fire that makes up for it’s weak punch. Lawman Colt revolver 1873 This revolver is a single-action revolver. It shoots a .45 round instead of the standard used by normal revolvers. This can shoot at a longer distance. The drawback for its range is that it can only hold 5 rounds. Smith & Wesson .44 This heavy 6 shooter is a piece for both lawmen and outlaw out there. It fires a .44 caliber bullet. It is one of the early strong revolvers but not the cheapest and will cost you a fair amount of money. Dragoon Colt This is a horse wielding colt used in the army. This is what the 3rd gen of the standard colt 1836 becomes, a bit better and hits a little harder than the standard colt 1836. Colt army 1860 This 6 shooting revolver is a .44 version for the army just like the Smith & Wesson but this one was built with the colt in mind so its built more strength then the standard colt. New Army navy colt 1890 This is the mass product version of the colt 1836 for both the Army and the Navy. It shoots a 36 round bearing and it loads a little faster then the standard colts out there and has a better stopping power. LeMat Revolver 1850 This revolver is more like a rifle than a revolver with 9 shots and a shotgun seek under it. Slow read aloud but with 9 shots and a build in shotgun shot it is good for mid to close range. Repeaters Carbine Repeater 1840 This is a standard 14 shot. The gunpowder and the rounds are loaded up into the stock of the rifle. Compared to a standard rifle, you can shoot this fast mid range repeater for much cheaper. It has a greater rate of fire, just less powerful with each shot. Evens Repeater 1850 This 22 shot repeater holds the most rounds in any rifle to date in 22 unlike the better Neppy Repeater it has almost little damage. It shots a little slower and it is not a cheap gun to purchase but rather widely available. Winchester 1876 This repeater is used for heavy game hunting animals such as a bear. It hits a bit harder then the standard and you find these more up north where it's colder. It uses either a .45 or .75 caliber rounds. It is not a cheap weapon either. Henry Repeater 1866 This fast loader shots a .44 caliber round. It is a lever action repeater known to be used by army and law men. It holds up to 16 shot in the magazine, a little more than standard the newer ones could use. Shotguns Double barrel shotgun This gun can shoot double buckshot or slug rounds. It has a strong kick for those who can't hold on tight with it meaning that it takes quite a strong arm to be able to handle one of them. Many store owners own one of these and many farmers do as well due to their effectiveness in combat. Saw off double barrel shotgun Just like the standard double barrel shotgun with less range but more stopping power if you pull both triggers. It can be holstered like a revolver making it a lot easier to carry around on your person. Lever action shotgun 1887 This 6 shell or slug shooting shotgun shots faster and holds more rounds then the newer pump shotguns but are a bit cheaper than the lever charcen shotguns. This weapon is seen in the army and the navy, meaning that one can only gain possession of it through them. Pump shotguns 1890 The state of a line 5 shell and slug pump handle shotgun is great for hunting deer, ducks or even for a good close defense. They are newer than the others so very few places have them for sale. It is only possible to find them in the big citys right now such as Shangul. Pistol Thuyan Pistol 1888 This Pistol is made in the Thuyan Empire. It has a 10 round clip and has great range but it does not have the same stopping power than the revolvers. The flip loading is faster for this particular pistol. In Talvania, it is only bought or found on the rich or Thuyan Raiders. Pocket pistol 1889 This is a 3 shot very short range pistol. The bullet for this gun does have enough power to stop a human heart but only if it is in range which requires rather close quarter combat. At long range it will either miss or not cause that much damage. Typically this gun is owned by the rich or gamblers. It is small and compact, allowing it to be carried around hidden within a piece of clothing which is why it is so popular among the elite. Rifles Varmint rifle This .22 caliber is for small game like rabbits squirrels it is a pump but not a strong one like the shotgun and any farmer has one for protecting their chickens from foxes or other small predators. Springfield rifle This is the standard hunting rifle that holds 5 shots with a bolt. it's great for deer hunting and can be bought at gun stores and can shoot long range or standard and hits harder than the varmint rifle. Winchester box rifle 1890 This rifle is called a box rifle because it comes with a clip unlike any rifle, but it shoots only 5 shots and if you pay extra you are able to get one with a scope. Army and navy have them and they are very expensive. Buffalo rifle 1839 These high powered single shot rifles are old, powerful rifles that are known to shoot and kill mighty buffalo and it is one of the strongest rifles... if you can find a working one, that is. Melee Hunting/skiing knife An 8 inch bowie knife made out of steel. It can be good at skinning or self defense and is great for thiefs without guns. Hatchet/tomahawks A Hatchet is a small iron or stone axe and it is great for chopping, or you can throw it if you have the strength and dexterity to do so. The Tomahawk is a primitive version of the hatchet and it's way better to throw than the hatchet. They are often found on tribe members. Cavalry sword This 12 inch sword of steel. It is light and great for horseback due to its versatility. It typically comes with a Disc-guard and a single knuckle bow hilt. It is seen in the hands of leaders or generals. Pirate cutlass These are not a weapon that tends to be found commonly. They are often found at the bottom of the ocean from a downed Pirate ship, or found in swampy areas where pirates met their fate in the jaws of alligators. They can be found as a collectors item, but don’t expect someone to give it up so easily. If you are able to find one of these 13 inch steel blades, then you will have a great metal melee weapon Machete This is a 10 to about 20 inch steel blade with a saw back for cutting sugar cane or corn. It is a heavy swinging blade and makes a good weapon but it's really slow. Crusader sword in the stone There is rumors there is a two handled broadsword out on the snowy mountains somewhere but it's too dangerous to go there with the weather animals and people live close to there Heavy Weapons Gatling Gun A hand crank machine gun. It has a very fast fire rate, able to fire up to 100 bullets a second. The ammo comes in boxes of 500000, allowing for a wide spread of bullets in a short amount of time. One must use it careful as it could jam. It is typically seen mounted on wagons or even the war wagon. Cannon This massive cannon fires a iron ball of death but you must have gunpowder and must light the line to trigger the internal explosion that fires the cannon ball. -

Miscellaneous information This post outlines some of the miscellaneous information about the Talvania Loreverse. This list will likely expand overtime so keep an eye on it! State Enemies Maskurg Empire The Maskurg Empire spans across sixteen different countries across the globe. It is the largest empire in the world and wields enormous ergonomic and military might. It is the original founding country of Talvania before Talvania seceded in 1721. Since then, the Maskurg Empire has attempted to regain control over the continent due to its potential rich resources but this far has failed. Culturally, they are rather like the British Empire with a flare of Russian in there with the language being a mixture of the two. As a people they are rather hard working and can be ferocious in a fight, qualities that can be seen in modern day Talvania along with a desire for freedom. Thuyan Empire The Thuyan Empire is the second largest Empire in the world, having control over eight countries across the globe. What they lack up for in size and numbers, they make up for in technological prowess. While they did not start the industrial revolution, they certainly ran with it and have become quite innovative. They are extremely efficient and get things done. Culturally, they are rather like German with an almost Japanese sense of honour and duty. Notable Groups This subsection outlines a few notable groups such as outlaws and gangs. Thuyan Raiders The Thuyan Raiders are the remnants of the Thuyan Empire invasion force. As some of their family were left along with them, they were able to continue through several generations. They live in hidden outposts and settlements, never staying in the same place for long. They often raid settlements, villages and towns stealing resources and generally making life hell for the locals. They have been known to kidnap, rape and murder. Zhaltan Cannibals There are rumours that in the Southstone Peaks mountain range, lives a tribe of foreign individuals who are extremely primitive. Primitive they may be, though, they are extremely dangerous. They are relentless hunters that will track their mark for weeks on end, and they don’t restrict their prey to animals. It is rumoured that they are cannibals, believing that by consuming their enemies they absorb their power. Thus the more powerful they perceive someone to be, the harder they will attempt to hunt you. It is rumoured that they also consider all those that are not of their tribe are their enemies. Animals This is a list of some of the animals characters may encounter on their travels around Talvania. Obviously the list is longer than what I have here, but this gives you some kind of an idea as to what to expect. Horses (obviously) Buffalo Bison Ox Deer Domesticated animals (introduced) Cow/Bulls Sheep Pig Dog Cat Wolves Wild dogs Coyote Kodiak Bear Black Bear Grizzly Bear Cougar/Mountain Lion Moose Grey squirrels/mice/rats/Racoons/Possum/Ferret/Weasels/Fox Vultures Birds of prey: Eagles, Falcons, Buzzards, etc. Crows/Ravens Alligator/Crocodiles Snakes Along with animals, there is a wide range of crops grown across the continent such as maize, wheat, corn, etc. Food and drink You will find the same kind of food and drink in Talvania that you would have found in the Wild West. There are some others, such as new and unique drinks that are within the country. They are listed below (If you have any suggestions, message me!): Shangul Whiskey: Whiskey made in the city of Shangul, using the river water to give the whiskey its unique smokey taste. Valka: This is a drink based on a drink from the Maskurg Empire, Vodka. Valka is made in a similar manner, although it tends to be slightly stronger than Vodka.- 4 replies

Important figures This post outlines some of the important figures that characters may know about in general. This list will likely grow and expand over time, and may include infamous outlaws as well as governmental figures. President of Talvania Name: Charles Winstone Date of Birth: 10th November 1828 Age: 61 Information: Charles was born in Shangul, his father being a wealthy businessman who had a number of connections within the business and political landscape. Charles attended a Private school, and did well getting good grades. When he left school, he attended the Shangul University and immersed himself in business studies. He then joined his father’s business, and quickly became one of his hardest workers as their family owned a large mason company which helped mine and shape the stone that lines Shanful’s streets. When Charles became 50, he decided to use his connections in the political world to start a career in politics. In 1886 he was voted in as President of Talvania.- 4 replies

History This post outlines the history of Talvania and how it came to be. It is likely that your characters will have a passing familiarity with this history. The origins of Talvania date back to 1634, when a country by the name of Maskurg, home of the Maskurg Empire, found the new lands and laid claim on it. They started to build their first settlement; Shangul. After some time, they started a couple of other towns as they began to expand and explore the continent. It was clear that they were intending on claiming the country as one of their colonies, making use of the country's warmer climate to grow goods that cannot grow in their much older, northern mainland. Things were not to go smoothly, however, as colonists from another country, Thuya who were part of the Thuyan Empire, started arriving and began to settle themselves in 1645. It was not long before the two sides found each other and hostilities broke out. Even with what little they had explored of the island, both sides viewed it as a valuable resource to exploit and wanted ownership of the land. Both sides fought hard, and lost many people during the following sixty-seven years that the war lasted. At first, with the Thuyan’s superior technological process when it came to military weapons, the Thuyan Empire was able to easily gain control of most of the land. However the Maskurg Empire fought back viciously, outnumbering the opposing side at least twenty men to one. They were also more tenacious and displayed a flare for tactics that the Thuyan Empire just couldn’t keep up with. In the end, the Maskurg Empire were victorious in throwing out the Thuyan Empire and gaining supremacy over the land. Despite the Thuyan Empire being defeated though, there are still pockets of soldiers that have remained, hidden from the settlements that still cause problems to this day (more information below). By this point, the country had become largely independent, as the Maskurg Empire mainly threw money at them and little else. They had been forced to fend mainly for themselves. In order to deal with the invading forces, they had been forced to set up their own government. In 1716, the Maskurg Empire demanded that they become a vassal state, earning money for the Empire and providing money and manpower during wars that might not have anything to do with the country itself. The government and the Empire bickered back and forth about this, as the people of the country did not want to give up what they had so bitterly fought for as by now at least two generations had passed during the wartime. Finally, tired of the pressure being exerted by the Empire, the government formally declared independence in 1721, officially naming the new country Talvania. The Maskurg Empire was not pleased by this turn of events, and threatened consequences but the government refused to bow down to their demands. At first, the Empire attempted to wage economic warfare by refusing to trade with them as for the moment the Empire was Talvania’s largest trading partner. However, Talvania was quickly becoming self-sufficient and switched to trading with other countries, becoming more profitable as a result. This irritated the Empire, and in 1762 they launched an attack on the Capital City of Shangul but the city was able to repel the navy forces as they had been quietly building defences. Thus when the Maskurg ships arrived, they were able to drive them back and defend the city. Until 1794, there were many skirmishes from the Empire as they attempted to land a base on the continent but were met with little success. They then fell silent for a while, with small invading forces flaring up every now and again, the last being in 1880, ten years before the start of the roleplay. Since then, things have been relatively quiet other than the industrial era entering full swing and Shangul becoming one of the industrial hotspots in the world. The year is now 1890, the time of this roleplay and the tales that you will weave.- 4 replies

Geography and Map Talvania has a range of climates that can make travelling across it difficult, especially if one is not prepared. The northern part of the country is more temperate, with the northeast being covered in a lust forest that can hide many dangers. To the southeast of the island though, the climate becomes warmer and the lust rainforest gives way to a more dry and arid environment with sparse vegetation. This trend continued for the entire southern edge of the country, with sparse areas of lusher vegetation. The heart of Talvania however is more akin to the Mojave Desert, making it impassable to all but a few daring travellers. In the Southeastern section of the island is the Southstone Peaks, a range of mountains that is as dangerous as they are beautiful. There is one thing that must be noted here is the area just south of the western region of the mountainous region shown in the height map below. The mountains are shown as the red and orange colours, as they are the highest areas of Talvania. Due to the fact that it is a flat plain leading up into a mountain, warm air is pushed against the mountain and up where it is cooled by the higher altitude. This causes a cyclone effect in the air, which can lead to supercell storms, some of which produce tornadoes. So the area just to the south of that mountainous region is a tornado hotspot. For ease of visualisation, I have highlighted this area on the map. Cities and Towns This is a list of the towns and cities that one will find when travelling across Talvania. This gives you an idea as to the surrounding environment of a town and its purpose within the world. Bari Bari is situated on the very east of the island, Bari is on the edge of the island sitting on the edge of the Haelan River. They have a small fishing port, with a small fleet of fishing boats where they head out to sea to fish the local schools in the surrounding water. On both sides of the village there are farms that surround the village that grow various crops throughout the year. The area around the farm is also slightly marshy, and one has to be careful of the alligators that reside there as they are more than happy to take a bite out of you. The town itself is a relatively small size, but they are reasonably self sufficient although they trade with other towns for red meat. But they have their own sheriff’s office, tavern and blacksmith along with a variety of shops and houses where farmers and other workers live. Berdin Berdin is a town situated along the Glendoran River, allowing the town itself to have access to fresh water despite the arid surroundings. The town has little in the ways of farms, although there are one or two ranches that are set up near the river. The main export of this town is Iron Ore, as there are several mines that are very rich in Iron Ore deposits allowing people to make a decent wage. They are a medium sized town, with a decent number of shops, Sheriff’s Officer, blacksmith, butchers and a tavern. The housing mainly belongs to the miners who work long, grueling shifts. Berzu Berzu is towards the south of the country, in a rather marshy area where they have access to a fresh water spring that feeds into a small river that heads to the nearby coast. The residents take advantage of the fertile soil to grow a large number of crops. The local river is a favourite for Crocodiles, though, so one must be careful but they residents have learned to live with the dangerous reptiles. They have the basics such as a Sheriff’s Officer, tavern and blacksmith along with shops. Bire Bire sits close to the Southern cost, but slightly back, and a fair distance from the closest river. It relies on underground springs, tapping into them with wells where they are able to extract clean water that suits their needs perfectly. The area around them is slightly dry, and the soil is too hard and barren to grow crops. Instead, they raise Talvanian cows, a staple meat across the entire country. So the town is mainly built up of cattle ranches as well as one or two stables where they breed and sell good quality horses that are quite hardy with good stamina. They have a small town centre with a few houses, Sheriff’s office, blacksmith, several butchers and a tavern. Burne Burne is on the North West of the country, and not the most visited of towns. This is because Burne is home to a Sulphur mine which, as you can imagine, stinks. But it is an important component to Gunpowder of which is used across the entire country. There is a small town huddled a distance from the mines with a Sheriff’s office, tavern, blacksmith and shops. There are also a few factories where they combine the sulphur with charcoal imported from New Warlington and Saltpeter imported from Reyhan to create gunpowder which is exported country-wide. Chabey Chabey is located on the Southern Coast. It has a relatively large port where it is able to accept goods, and send them off to be sold to other countries. The population is mainly made up of port workers and tradesmen and thus they are a little larger than other towns and are made from more stone than wood. They have a large law enforcement office, several taverns and several important services such as the blacksmith and taverns. They also have a large fishing fleet, allowing them to fish from the local waters. Desirzi Desirzi is on the eastern side of the country, sitting between two rivers but not aligning with either. They have quite lush land, allowing them to grow a number of crops as well as being able to raise several kinds of animals such as sheep, cows and pigs. This allows them to export a lot of farm produce. They have a Sheriff’s office, blacksmith, shops and a tavern. Dragontail Dragontail sits on the edge of the river Dragon on the eastern side of the country, and is a gold mining town. They have their Sheriff’s Office, blacksmith, tavern and shops but there are no farms or ranches. Every worker works either in the gold mine, or works the riverbed to try and fold gold within it. It is a relatively rich mine, allowing them to pull in enough to trade for food and goods from other towns. Gurman Gurman is on the southern side of the country, sitting at the very start of a river as it boils out from a spring. The area around their town is quite rocky, making it unsuitable for growing crops or raising animals. However there is a rich vein of Iron Ore, which the townsfolk mine. The town is quite small, lacking even a sheriff’s office. But they have the all important tavern, as well as a blacksmith and a few shops especially since they have to import their food. Haling Cove To the North of the country is Haling Cove, a large port town that imports and exports goods to and from other countries. It is quite a high traffic town, with a fluctuating population. There is a police station, many shops and many services and taverns. There are one or two nearby farms but nothing immediately important. Hullbeck Hullbeck sits on the river Fenn, with a rather warm and wet climate. Thus the farms are very lush and fertile allowing for the growing of crops and the raising of animals. Not only that, but the town is surrounded by a thick forest where workers chop down trees to either sell the wood or to burn down into charcoal to be sold to other towns. They have a Sheriff's Office, blacksmith, butches and a tavern. The woods around the town are quite dangerous, though, filled with bears and wolves. Kalan Kalan is situated on the North-east of the country on the river Dozle. It is a large town that fulfills several rolls. Despite the fact that it is slightly upriver, this serves to protect it from any tidal surges. There is an extensive port that caters to both goods and a fishing fleet. The goods ports are not as extensive as other towns, but it allows for incoming goods to reach the nearby towns easily. There are also several nearby farms that grow both crops and raise animals. They have a police station, as well as several important services. Kale On the Southern lip of Talvania, there is a large farming town of Kale. There are extensive farms that surround the town that go on as far as the eye can see. There are also large ranches and other animal farms meaning that they have a huge amount of food exports. The town itself is quite small, with a small collection of shops, a sheriff’s office and blacksmith. The homes of most of the townsfolk were closer to their own farms. Kalik Kalik is a coastal town close to Kale. The farmland gives away to a thick forest. Kalik is a logging town, chopping down the local trees and exporting them to other towns, or burning them down into charcoal. They also have a fishing port, where they fish the local schools. They have a Sheriff's Office, tavern, blacksmith as well as an array of shops. Kalora Kalora is a port city at the mouth of the river Dragon. It is quite a large settlement, the only one competing with Shangul and almost became the Capital City. However it lost that race and is the only other city on the island. It is spread across both sides of the city, and has the largest port on the island where they export and import things with the rest of the world. They also have the largest fishing fleet as the waters nearby contain some of the most abundant numbers of fish available. There are numerous services available in this city, including several large police stations. Kara Located on the Southern edge of the island, Kara is a farming town surrounded by many ranches and farming fields. There is a small collection of buildings towards the centre of the town with vital services such as the Sheriff’s office, blacksmith and shops but most of the houses are situated close to their farms, making Kara a rather spread out down. Kirk Kirt is situated quite close to Kara. It is a small town, with a few fishing boats that catch fish on a daily basis. However the largest industry is the coal mine that is located nearby. Most of the people who live in the town, work in the dangerous coal mine which is then transported across the entire island. They have a few general shops, a sheriff’s office and a rather large blacksmith as well as a boat building yard. Kryla Kryla is another coal mining town, located somewhat nearby Kirk. But with how desolate the surrounding land is, there is little land to build crops or have ranches. They have to rely on wells dug deep into the ground for their water supply. The town is situated in an area that is dry and arid, with little plant growth. It also tends to be quite warm especially in the summer. They have general shops which rely on outside sources of trade, as well as a large blacksmith and a sheriff’s office. Kvor Kvor is quite a small town, with a small collection of buildings that dot the streets. It has its own Sheriff’s office, blacksmith, butcher and gunshop. The town is surrounded by a number of ranches that raise cows specially bred and raised to be consumed as the meat is very tender. Luton Luton is situated on the edge of the river Dunearth. With access to fresh water, Luton has access to a large amount of fertile soil that is perfect for farming. They also have a closeby forest that is filled with hardwoods that they chop down and export to other areas of the island for the good quality wood that they produce which is perfect for furniture and other luxuries. They are a respectably large town with a number of different shops, sheriff’s office, blacksmith, and butcher. Mirfield Mirfield is located on the North-east of Talvania, on the edge and close to the mouth of a small river. It has a small port for a small fishing fleet that collects from the local schools. As they are also on the more temperate side of the island, they have access to a large number of trees that grow in the surrounding forests thus they chop the wood down to export. They are a relatively large town, and have a large number of shops, a sheriff’s office, and a blacksmith. New Denis New Denis is situated just a little West of Mirfield. Its primary industry is logging from the lust forests that surround the town, usually using the river to help speed the exportation of logs to other locations on the landmass. They are a relatively large town, with numerous shops, a sheriff’s office, and a blacksmith. New Marsh New Marsh is quite an isolated community. It is a small town, whose main business is the mining of the nearby iron mines that are rich in the much sought after metal. Everyone that is able to work, works in the mine as there is pretty much nothing else to do. There are some shops, a sheriff’s office and a blacksmith. Instead of processing the ore on site, it is immediately shipped out to other areas of the country. New Warlington New Warlington is situated just South of the Capital City. Is sits along the river Kvaelovich which feeds into the sea through Shangul. It also feeds into a large lake that helps keeps the surrounding land lust with forests, making it idea logging and farming which is what New Warlington is known for. They have extensive farms across fertile soil, and chop down the local softwood trees. They have a large central down, with numerous ships, a sheriff’s office, blacksmith and a butcher. A number of people life out by their farms though. Newham Newham is situated on the Northeastern coast, close to Mirfield. It is a farm town, primarily consisting of growing fields, on the river Vale. The fields and the town are surrounded by a lush, rich forest but they are not loggers by trade although there are those that cut down trees for firewood uses. The town is relatively small, the main portion consisting mainly of shops, the blacksmith, and the sheriff’s office. Most individuals love close to their fields. Northwich Northwich is quite a new town that has popped up over the years. Unlike most towns, it does no farming, logging, fishing or mining. Instead, iron and other basic materials are imported where those that live in the town work at steelwork factories producing basic metals such as iron, steel, among others. As such the town is quite industrialised, and the buildings are made from local stone and slated roofs. It is not a large town at the moment, and is still a rather modest size due to how new of a settlement it is. It has a number of shops, a sheriff’s office and various services to keep all the equipment in the factories up and running. Oakenary Oakenary is on the river Dragon about the point where it becomes its widest and serves as a means to get across the river with a bridge that spans its expanse. Oakenary is a logging town that focuses primarily on the good quality oak trees that grow around them, hence their name. It is a modestly sized town that has general shops of the centre, a sheriff’s office and a blacksmith. Rasburg Rasburg rests towards the southern shores of the country, along the river Vengarr. The town has a gold mine that the settlers in the town dig within. Prospectors also mine gold from the river, however the amount pales in comparison to the amount that can be extracted from the mine. There are no farms, and there is no logging as there are no trees. The town is modestly sized, has a good collection of shops, has a sheriff’s office and a blacksmith. Reyhan Located on the Northern coast, Reyhan is close to Shangul and has a direct road to it. Reyhan has a number of farms dotted around, mainly growing tough grain such as rye. Its main industry though, is a saltpeter farm, where they mine saltpeter and export it as saltpeter is a key ingredient in the production of gunpowder. As the sole miner of Saltpeter, it has made the town quite wealthy in relative terms. The town has a number of shops in town, and a number of services such as the sheriff’s office, blacksmith, etc. There are a number that live close to the town proper, but a number of the farming families live close to their fields. Sadanak Sadanak is on the Southern part of the country, a little inland and on the edge of the arid centre of the island. They are a little while from the closest river, so they rely on wells for their water supplies as the ground is abundant with ground water. There is one main industry in the town, which is a Silver mine. While not as profitable as a gold mine, it does well enough to attract miners from across the country. The town is quite clustered together, with a number of shops, a sheriff’s office and blacksmith as well as various other services. Shangul Shangul is the Capital City in Talvania, and is where the seat of power is. It is the richest area of the country. It is a sprawling city, with tall buildings made from stone brick with slate roofs. The town is highly industrialised, with a lot of factories producing a high number of products that they sell across the country and even overseas. The streets are wide, and are mainly filled with horse and carriages. There is even the occasional car, however due to how expensive they are, they are only owned and maintained by the extremely rich. Stawford Stawford is in a rather hilly area of the country, where the Kiryun river starts from an underwater spring which the town live off of in terms of water. Due to the rich source of water, the town is well known for its lush farms that grow a variety of crops. There is also a deep coal mine that produces a lot of good quality coal. The town is rather clustered, with mine workers living in the central part of the town along with shops, a sheriff’s office, blacksmith, etc. Most of the farmers live outside of the town close to their fields. Toyan Toyan is located on the Northern edge of Talvania, close to the coast. It is slightly inland though due to a rich copper deposit that the local town is making good use of, by setting up a good copper mine that pulls up a good amount of copper to keep them reasonably well off. The town is a cluster of wooden buildings muscled between the rocky surroundings. They have a number of shops, a sheriff’s office, and blacksmith among other services. Veritas Veritas is at the entrance of the small lip of land that emerges from the mainland. It is an extensive farm, with fields and ranches that sprawl out over quite a bit of land. In the main town there is only a small collection of shops and services such as the sheriff’s office, blacksmith and butcher. Houses tend to be close to their fields and ranches, meaning that this community is quite spread out. Zago On the Southern lip of the island is Zago, a rather small community has been built on the edge of Seven Angel river, a name that came about due to claims of angels spotted in the area. Compared to other towns, Zago is quite small and the community tight knit. All those of a working age are either homemakers or work within the iron mine. The sheriff’s office is quite small, but they still have their own blacksmith as well as other services.- 4 replies

Location: Sapphire Mantle Hotel and Spa (Luxury Hotel); Early morning The officer seemed to open his mouth to respond to Sophia’s compliment but stopped when she mentioned how frightened she was to go home alone. His mouth seemed to twitch a little in a smile but it seemed to freeze a little as Kaylaen, having seen the subtle signal, came up beside Sophia and slung an arm over her shoulder. He deliberately allowed his hand to rest just above her ample breast, his fingertips just ghosting the fleshy mounds. He figured that Sophia wouldn’t mind in the slightest, especially when the Officer’s eyes seemed to dart down to his hand. The Officer seemed to swallow as if suddenly remembering Sophia’s lack of proper dress. He seemed unable to pull his eyes away from her as Kaylaen, pretending to be oblivious to the staring, said, “Don’t worry, Sophia. We’ll make sure you’re safe and sound. Right, Officer?” The man seemed to snap out of his thoughts before he gave a nervous smile. He then coughed, trying to clear his throat as he looked straight, “Of course, of course. I won’t let anything happen to you.” He seemed to have completely forgotten about what he was going to say before Kaylaen had stepped forward. He now seemed preoccupied with his thoughts, and the tightness around his lips and eyes suggested that he was torn on something. As the man looked away, Kaylaen gave Sophia a little wink. He was really beginning to understand why Sophia liked to toy with people in this manner. It seemed like only a matter of time before the man was eating out of Sophia’s hands. There was a soft dinging sound as the lift announced that they were at the ground level. The officer stepped out first, his steps a little quick before he seemed to twitch and slow down before he half turned back towards them. In a slightly gruff voice, he spoke, “Right, come along. My cruiser is just outside the hotel.”- 470 replies

@Temaelrin is absolutely correct here. You can set up an album and make it private so that only you, and those that you link the image to, can see. You can store information regarding private roleplays in the Private Bulletin Board which is what that board is for. Then of course you can create your own Club. If you make it Private, then only members of the club and staff can see it. You invite in those that you wish to join the club as private clubs are invite only. Closed clubs will allow someone to see that the club is there, and request to join but they cannot see the content. Within the club system you can have private galleries and your own forums that you can put as much information as you wish.

He keeps it tied at the nape of his neck, with some hair falling on either side of his face. He has quite a sharp look to his eyes, seemingly to be able to see everything at once which can be unnerving to most people. He is quite handsome with a smooth jawline and a mouth that often curves in a charming smile. His eyebrows are well formed, and quite expressive. He is often seen wearing dark clothing, with his favourite being a well made coat, as seen in his picture, along with a cowboy style hat. He has a scar across his right eye that is three inches long, and goes from his cheekbone to his hairline. Personality, Traits and Abilities General Overview: At first glance, Victor comes across as quite friendly. He will always greet people politely and will always treat them fairly, as he prefers to judge people on his own merit rather than make judgements or rely on the opinions of others, although he does listen to others who give him warnings about individuals. He is quite honourable, with a code of personal morals that he adheres to quite strictly. He will always defend those weaker than himself, and will not stand by when he sees something wrong happening. He will always voice his protests. He is quite independent, relying on himself to be able to get things done. Although if someone is able to get through his independent nature, and gain his trust, he will be quite loyal and do what he can to help them and defend them. Victor is very adventurous, always willing to head to new locations and to explore the unexplored despite the potential dangers that it poses. Part of that is because he is very curious, always wanting to find things out and always wanting to learn more. He is quite patient, perfectly willing to wait for hours for the perfect opportunity to get the jump onto his prey. In terms of his career and how he faces problems, he is quite ambitious and do what he can to achieve his goal. The only thing he would not do, is break his personal code. He is quite patriotic, believing that his country should remain independent. He is quite proud of what his country has been able to accomplish in the time that it has settled on the island. Victor is quite bold and confident, not afraid to speak his mind when he feels it is necessary. He is perfectly willing to take criticism from others, and is not afraid to back down from a challenge. He is very courageous, as he isn’t afraid to put himself in danger especially if it means protecting others, as he is very protective of those that he cares about. He will refuse to allow any harm to come to them. Due to his training, he is quite disciplined, having a lot of self-control over himself and his emotions. He is able to focus on a singular task, while being able to resist any and all temptations that might attempt to waylaid him. He is very intelligent, often relying on logic and reasoning to work his way through a situation. He’s able to learn and understand concepts that might escape other peoples, quickly grasping their meaning which allows him to be able to learn new skills quite easily. He is quite resourceful, making use of everything that he had on hand to give him the best chance possible even if he is at a disadvantage compared to others. He is quite observant, noticing things that others would miss such as a new haircut. This is in part due to his low latent inhibition, which allows him to absorb such details. Victor is quite just, as he has a strong sense of justice and doesn’t like to see criminals get away with their crimes and would prefer to ensure that they face justice rather than disappear into the horizon. He is quite a private individual, preferring to keep a lot of information about himself, to himself even when asked. He doesn’t like the thought of opening up to someone, only to lose them again. He also doesn’t want someone to be in danger for knowing what he knows, thus would keep things to himself even if it is to his own detriment. Due to his training as a soldier, he is quite professional. It shows in his mannerisms and the way that he treats people. He is always polite, and while he will speak his mind, he will do so in a polite and inoffensive manner, especially as his patience and self-discipline doesn’t allow him to lose his temper easily. He is also a very responsible person, always owning up to his mistakes and admitting when he is wrong. Strengths, Skills and Abilities: Marksman: Victor is a skilled marksman and has been for most of his life. In particular, he is skilled with long range rifles, and revolver pistols. He is not as skilled with weapons such as shotguns but then he prefers the longer range a rifle gives him. He is a trained sniper. Hunter and Tracker: He is killed at being able to track targets, whether they are human or animal. He is quite a good hunter as well, able to bring down all kinds of prey as he is able to adapt to their behaviours and avoid getting himself disemboweled. With his tracking abilities, he is able to throw other trackers off as he is able to completely mask his own trail. Tactician: Due to his training in the army, Victor is a reasonable tactician, able to plan ahead to give an advantage in a fight. He is always trying to stay several steps ahead of his opponents, and is quite good at being able to predict what his opponents next moves are. Physical strength: Due to his muscle build, he is reasonably strong allowing him to be able to do all kinds of manual labour without much trouble. This also gives him an advantage in physical altercations although he prefers to rely more on speed than strength. But it certainly helps. Unarmed fighting: He has reasonable skill in unarmed fighting, able to knock out most opponents with quick and hard hitting punches and kicked. This has allowed him to get out of many sticky situations where using his gun was unfeasible. It also tends to help in a tavern brawl. Swordsmanship: Victor has been trained in several types of blades, that suit many fighting types. He does tend to favour a rapier with a full guard, as he prefer a fast fighting style where he is able to lash out for quick, piercing thrusts. Horsemanship: He has been riding horses since he was a young child, and has gotten skilled enough to be able to do many daring stunts on them. Low Latent Inhibition: While most people are able to block out most of the extraneous information that their senses pick up, Victor lacks this capability. His brain is processing everything, at the same time. Thus he will be far more environmentally aware than others, and also spatially aware. Weaknesses: Combat: If there is a stronger, faster or superior fighter then there is the chance that Victor will lose in a fight. Mortality: He is as human as everyone else, and thus is vulnerable to any number of illnesses, conditions and injuries that can maim and kill them. Hunting and tracking: If someone is skilled in hunting and tracking themselves, they may still be able to track Victor if they’re able to find the tracks that he hides, or to hide their own tracks from him. Some animals can prove to be harder to track than others, and are very dangerous. If he is not careful, they will get the drop on him. Low Latent Inhibition: Due to the fact that he is processing everything at once, it can be easy to really overwhelm him with information and sensations that can cause him to freeze as if unsure as to where to divert his attention. It also means that if he is deprived of any kind of sensory input, it is more susceptible to drive him mad due to the level of input that he is used to. Ambitions (Hopes/Dreams): To get justice for his wife and family. Hobbies and Interests: He quite likes horse riding, and likes nothing more than going on an evening ride. He also liked to practice his marksmanship, and is quite enthusiastic about guns. He also quite likes hunting, as he enjoys the thrill of tracking something and getting the final victory at the end of a long hunt. His father was a Captain in the army and his mother stayed at home to raise the children. Thus Victor was sent to school, allowing him to gain a basic education. He was much like his father in that he was quite a confident young man who was not afraid to speak his mind and not afraid to take risks. Thus he was not one to fall prey to bullies at school. If anything, bullies feared him as his father taught him to fight from a young age and thus he was able to defend himself and others as he tended to protect those that were targeted by bullies. At the age of eighteen, he joined the army and went through boot camp, doing very well for himself. As he wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps, he continued on into the Talvanian army and began to rise through the ranks easily. When he was twenty, he met the woman of his dreams; Lucy. She was as smitten with him as she was with him. By the time they were twenty-one, they were married and had settled down in their own home. At the age of twenty-two, though, he was one of the Sargeants that had to defend the island from the Maskurg Empire invasion force. The defending force was undermanned, and under supplied and they only just about managed to drive them off. It is through this fight that Victor received his facial scar, and he was responsible for the death of dozens of enemy soldiers, and he had the highest kill count of the units sent. For his bravery, he was awarded a medal and a promotion as he began to rise in ranks once again, quickly heading towards a Captain. By this point, his father was a General and he saw the birth of his first child. While the realities of war affected him, he remained committed to defending his country from anyone attempting to tear it from their hands. Over the years, he saw the birth of more children, each one as cherished as the last. Unfortunately, due to his patriotic and curious nature, he stumbled upon something that he really shouldn’t have. I will not state what it is, for plot purposes. But what he discovered, completely shattered his life and his view of the world. It resulted in the murder of his wife and children, with their murders being pinned on him and being labelled as a traitor to his country. He was forced to run in order to keep ahead of those that now wanted him dead for uncovering their secrets. For the last four years he has been travelling around Talvania, keeping one step ahead of his pursuers as he tries to find a way to bring justice to those that killed the woman of his life, and his beautiful children.
