So, I have played almost all of them and my favorite is Persona 3 because of the theme and the characters. Persona 5 is good too but I am biased especially when Akihiko is shown (˘・_・˘) So which is your favorite game and who are your favorite character(s)?

This thread will be for members to submit games that have multiplayer (regardless of platform) so we can come together and have some fun. I will be adding an index in this opening post so people have an idea of what we can play and if there are any limitations on the multiplayer. (Such as some only allowing up to 4 players.) --FPS-- Apex Legend - 3 Warzone - Overwatch - 5 Rainbow Six Vegas 2 - 8 Call of Duty (No idea!) Payday 2 - 4 Warframe - 4 Destiny - Halo - Sven Co-op - Counter Strike (1.6, Source and GO) - Team Fortress 2 - Saint's Row - Valorant - --Fighting Games-…

Touhou is fun and all and i do enjoy 6 a lot but the real fun of Touhou is being able to rp the wide range of girls the games have. Who is your favorite Touhou girl and if you're feeling a bit... promiscuous send me a dm and I'll play as her. Unless you want some genuine Touhou discussion that's also great!

I have bizarre mixed feelings about this game. It's free to play with a season pass, you unlock wonder woman for free and there are four rotating characters that are playable for free at any given time (right now being Superman, Garnet, some dog I'm not familiar with and Finn), but everything else has a very steep cost for what you get. 20 bucks for a BTAS skin? It's in my heart, but not my wallet lmao. It's a pretty money hungry freemium game. This is an odd thing though. Growing up I was a big time Warner Bros kid. I remember that golden time where we got amazing shows, Looney Tunes were everywhere and they had dedicated WB stores where you could get the coole…

2022 Summer Game Fest Predictions

I know it’s a little bit early to put this down, but seeing all the crazy shenanigans that have been going on with E3… it seems like E3 has kinda just been shifted around to now being the Summer Games Fest. In which… I don’t mind? Granted, yes, we all Want E3, but due to reasons that y’all can Google on your own, but TL;DR, there was a lot of Behind The Scenes BS, and it just took a LOT of money to run. But, I think currently, we have a really stable way to present games, with like 2 weeks for game announcements! So, that leaves me with a solid question, for this upcoming Summer of Gaming Announcements, are there any games you all want to see this year? For me, I just wan…

Hi there, Nyana here! So first off, I apologize if this has been done before, but I wanted to get some game recommendations. I was thinking it would be fun (and informational) for people (like me) that are in a little bit of a game rut where they just don't know what to play or want to try a new game and just don't know where to start. These recommendations can be anything! They could be your favorite game, a game you tried and didn't think you would like but grew to love, a nostalgic game that you can always come back to and never get tired of. Maybe you might even pick a game that you loved as a kid, but just did not age well. New or old games, anything goes! …

What is your Comfort game?

Hey! I was curious, there's so many games out there. Is there a particular game you find yourself going back to over and over again? Just something to calm you down and restore a feeling of familiarity? My comfort game has always been Diablo II, it's just a comfortable, slow paced, even game where I can relax and enjoy myself in a dark moody setting. It also reminds me of my childhood where my whole family would order pizza, get some drinks and play the game all Saturday long; a LAN party. I'm a Sorceress at heart, what can I say? Do you have a comfort game? If so what is it? Is there a reason behind it or does it just feel right? I love you, ❤️ …

So... Monster Hunter Rise...

I know what that title implies but this isn't any sort of serious critique, I've been absolutely addicted to all things Monster Hunter recently, and I wanna talk about it. Any of it tbh. I can't say I'm interested in any character beyond their designs, their personalities and story stakes are... Incredibly basic. I'm all for character driven stories but there's neither character nor story, it's like if you tried to tell the writer of God Hand to make a serious drama, but I LOVE those damn relics to death, the lore of Monster Hunter is seriously fascinating. Fingers crossed that Sunbreak will pull an Iceborne and make the newest area the largest yet, so they have an e…

Elena And Her Joystick : Depth Of Field is a post about my opinion why some game fail/work at specific value other than its gameplay, and consider if it should be improved to make it work, or just let it be since its move the story onward as its canon. It doesn't have any gameplay review experience like from the original Elena And Her Joystick (such as how the control feels like, UI design, and graphic detail). This post are more toward other value such as story and the character include the world the game set on and tell you my thought why it fail/work to impress us. Keep in mind that this is a personal take/opinion, not every gamer as a whole. And with that, i hope…

We gamers have a tendency to do a lot of complaining. We see the negative and gripe about it, and understandably so. Even after Cyberpunk 2077 released to such a disaster last year, we're dealing with an incomplete and poorly handled GTA: Definitive Edition ("Aaah shit! Here we go again!"). Despite the promising marketing of Battlefield 2042, the actual game makes too many deviations from the core design to frustrate long-term fans while simultaneously having enough technical and design issues that it could really use a delay. As in, a year-long delay. Square Enix has gone Live-Service happy, and while EA might be losing the FIFA license (because of all the image problems…

Wrong Direction (RE6 Rant)

I've been thinking a bit about Resident Evil in general after finishing Village, which is a pretty excellent entry in the series. The series had its highs and lows and sometimes it feels Capcom are pretty misguided. Just think how about they keep trying to make online games nobody want instead of bringing back the Outbreak games, which everybody want. Weird, isn't it? But of all the missteps Capcom ever made with the series, none boiled my blood as hard as Resident Evil 6, the unwanted step-child begging to be locked into the attic and fed with stale bread and dirty water. Capcom tried to go all-out on this one and make it some kind of mega-event reuniting all those class…

Enter the Village (RE8 review)

WARNING: This post may contain spoilers for Resident Evil Village, I will be putting my thoughts about the game here and some key plot point might be revealed. THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE TO EITHER SCROLL QUICKLY TO SEE COMMENTS OR BACK OUT. IF I SPOILED THE GAME FOR YOU, DON'T WHINE AT ME. --- NOTE: Keep in mind I'm just a regular player, not a pro or a video game journalist, so if I ever get something wrong, just let me know and I'll edit. I'm posting this while my experience with the game is still fresh in my mind. The Resident Evil series had a long, rocky road ever since Shinji Mikami's iconic series debuted in 1996, with small batch of games that …

So, instead of spamming those statuses, why not have a forum thread about GI, eh? 🙂 For any sort of discussions and such. Anyway. I also actually kinda need help at the moment! Specifically, with team compositions. I am HIGHLY FRUSTRATED at this point. I am tired of trying make things work myself, based on wikipedia + various guides, tips and tricks vids, tier lists and other bullshit that all say completely different things. One says this is good, another says that is good, etc... I have many 4-star characters and several 5-star characters. And I don't want to miss out on better character combos of 4-stars if I try to squeeze in 5-star chars into the mi…

Welcome to this little thread starter! I’ve decided to make this because I have nothing going on. Yet that got me thinking... I have some pretty silly stories to tell when it comes to my online experiences. Specifically in games. Like Dark Souls, Splatoon, Pokemon Showdown, Minecraft, Smash Bros, or any game that has some kind of PVP or online features in it. Clearly I’m more of a Nintendo guy, but any other platform discussion is perfectly fine, Playstation, Xbox, PC. All I wanna hear are funny little tales you have for online games, because I have quite a few! I’ll start with a game I’ve been practically addicted to, Doom Eternal. I love this game so much, I co…

Ladies and gentlemen, the day has finally arrived. After 3,000 years, I finally decided to stop being the physical embodiment of Hilda from Three Houses and got around to making this. For the sake of context as to why I'm making this in the first place, Lately, I've just been making new statuses whenever I finish a game and give my short final thoughts on it, but back when I finished Nocturne back in April, I said in a throwaway line, and I quote, "One of these days, I should probably just make a thread where I can dump all my backlog nonsense instead of trying to shove it in these profile messages," so here we are about 3 months later. Welcome to my "space where I wil…

Hey everyone. I have been wanting to do a nostalgia gaming topic for a while now, but I have not really had any clear and solid idea on a subject to go by. Then it did hit me how I wanted to find other people who has memories of the good old Amiga days back in the 90's. There is no major topic I want to get into, but rather I would love to at least hear and see if there are others here like myself who has fond memories of such a by gone era. Thankfully, a few of the major classics have resurfaced again on places such as Steam. My first question is probably this: Do you have a favourite game or game studio from back then?

With the newly released Mario Golf game, it's always time to remember how much better the old games were! But seriously I thought a thread on Non-Realistic Sports Games could be fun! So from Mario Golf to Knock out city feel free to discuss! Whether to bitch about them, or just active discussion about rocket league! But please put your hot takes about Super Rush down below! With E3 coming to a close what is your most anticipated game out of the three major console giants? Is there a specific game you into with a addition announced at E3? I can tell you mine I'm not overly fond with the Metroid dread but my personally opinion I'll give it a shot I just don't like the 2d format I'm open for discussion if anyone wants to discuss

E3 is on its final day and there are certainly some excited things to come and that have been announced. I don't know if any of you guys have been watching it! But I'd love to hear what you guys are hyped about! Disappointed in! Or looking forward too! What didn't get announced that you were looking for! For me personally I'm looking forward to the nintendo direct! Hopefully some fire emblem news! But also the new battlefield game looks really, really impressive.

Exactly as it says. Which games that were "panned" by critics or some of the gaming community do you secretly enjoy playing? I'll start~ I like DmC. While the game was clunky to play I actually enjoyed the storyline and was looking forward to where it was going. :x

So... um, for people who don't know me... Hi and welcome to the world of Pokèmon, my name is Professor O... Wait, that isn't right. Hi! My name here is Maid Lover, since I happen to have a very exploitable weakness when it comes to ladies wearing certain kinds of uniforms, but I happen to have many names, or rather nicknames. A way I've been adressed as ever since I was little is "the Pokèmon pro", something that I have always found a little bit excessive, because I don't really feel like it's deserved, as I haven't been recognized as one of the top player by the community as a whole, I don't own any kind of world record, and I have never won an IRL tournam…

Since my preferred subreddits and other forms of discussion are dead I figured I might start a thread here for anyone that plays my preferred genre of virtual violence, fighting games. Doesn’t matter what you play whether it’s street fighter, tekken, gear, some obscure doujin fighter that had 2 arcade machines in south east Asia or just some simulated sport fighting. Drop in tell us about your game maybe find a match or help newbies to get into it. As per usual I didn’t think this through but it can’t hurt right.
