Shinigami's Manor. (Shinigami's Entry)

“We did walk here from the convention.  Around the city, after deciding it was better than walking home.”  Jumi added, to clarifying exactly how long and far they had been walking to their hosts.  Which made them find it understandable how tired they might “You all can take some time to rest, if you need it.  There is no rush to begin the research.”  Hikaru answered.  They might not stay long, but if needed, he could offer one or more guest rooms for the night.  That would be decided later though, if it looked like the research might go into the night.

”Show her the way, Umi.  The rest of her can follow, continue to eat, or maybe begin the research while they take care of that.”  He did not elaborate, but he thought Shinigami might enjoy what they had.  Umi nodded, stood up, walked to the door and waited for Shinigami to follow and assumed if Jumi and/or Mitsuko were following, she would find out soon enough.  Jumi did not say anything, waiting to see if Mitsuko wanted to follow or continue resting in her lap.

Shinigami gave one of her usual grins when Hikaru mentioned that the girls could follow her, seeming to take a pleasure in the idea of assuming that they may follow her but she was also fine with being alone. The fox didn't really think that these particular humans would be a threat to her. Umi seemed to be the one to show her the way, though. "That sounds good to me...", the fox replied as she eyed and followed Umi, looking forward to see what their bathing means were like. The manor and the convention were the only places where she really had enjoyed a bath and the latter was only because she was brought there after her mother punished her, resulting in her body being an absolute mess. The water had felt great.

Mitsuko watched the fox then shifted her gaze to Jumi then back to the fox again. "W-well... We could begin the research, of course. But... Shinigami may need help. She needs a good shampoo for her fur, too.", the valkyrie said, wanting their friend to have a good bath but also, she was slightly concerned about leaving her alone, if alone she would even be. Her eyes went to Jumi, as she was still sitting there on her laps. Maybe she worried for nothing but the few days had made her fond of the fox while growing closer to the fairy as well. Shinigami was a strong girl and she would be fine and back soon. "Jumi... What do you feel like doing?", Mitsuko asked her partner, figuring she might as well ask her opinion on the matter.

There was the question of if Umi intended to join, or was going to leave Shinigami to her privacy after showing the way.  She gave no hint so far on which she planned to do.  Or if it depended on Jumi and Mitsuko did.  If they started the research, maybe Umi would join in there.  But was she more or less likely to join a group?  That would remain to be seen.

Jumi noted the grin on Shinigami.  Did she just enjoy the idea of their company, or have other things on her mind.  She and Mitsuko were a couple at this point.  They were both perhaps in a relationship of sorts.  Feelings were not being kept secret from Hikaru or Umi.  Whatever the plan was, the two could guess what might happen, especially with the three alone.  Mitsuko seemed to want to join.  With it sounded like purely wholesome motives.  Jumi rubbed Mitsuko’s leg a little.  A sign of affection, not meant to be dirty in this case.  It was just natural with Mitsuko sitting on her.  “If we are going to the library, it might be good to soak a little first, relax the legs and other muscles.”  She was not sure how long they would be in the library, but it would not hurt.  A bath felt important to purify themselves in a temple too.  Though she wondered whether they be purifying themselves, or getting more dirty.

Mitsuko felt a little teased to follow but the affection from Jumi felt lovely and inviting to simply relax. Her mind didn't really think about anything dirty but the sight of both Shinigami and Jumi were still a sight to admire, to her. "R-right, we did walk a lot. We would not want to be dirty to go in the library. Alright, then...", she concluded then slowly got up, carefully to not hurt her girlfriend then offered her hand to her so they could follow. Shinigami seemed content enough to see them come along. "Hurry up then... We have a bath to take. What about the cat?", she asked, bringing Nall to raise his head from the fish he was eating. If bathing between them was going to to go the way he was thinking, he wasn't sure if...

Mitsuko herself didn't how how that would go. Would Shinigami behave if he was there? Nall was more of a pet than she was but was still alive and needed to be made clean. But whatever may happen was not important. "Right, if Nall wants to come along... He needs to be clean, too.", the valkyrie said but still looked at Nall to see if he was interested. He had eaten pretty well during the time they talked and he was ready to move on. Even if the girls did anything, he could just look away or leave. "Fine... If you wash me, you mind the wings. I am a guardian of Althena, after all.", he stated before he took off. It did not hurt to enjoy some female attention, being washed by naked girls just like a dream. He kept that quiet.

It appeared it might be the whole group except for Hikaru.  He did not seem bothered by it, as Jumi took Mitsuko’s hand and stood.  Nall being around might be cute.  Male, but not human or humanoid.  She wondered how he would react.  She had teased him a little by what might happen with him living with the three ladies.  It did reduce the chance of anything significant happening, but it would be interesting to see how he reacted to it all.

”We will meet up later to begin the research then.”  Hikaru said, as the rest of the group followed Umi out of the room, through the halls, back to the door.  “It is not in this building.  It is not quite an ordinary bath.  But hopefully you will all find it pleasant.”  She steeped outside, down the paths that connected the buildings, to one in the corner.  “It shared by everyone in the temple, but no one else should come to use it for some time.”

One they stepped inside, they were in a small room to undress, with some towels, soaps and shampoos, though none that were especially fancy.  Through an opening, some water surrounded by rock, could be seen.  “It is a natural spring, we converted into our main bath.  It is nice and warm.”
