Mitsuko herself was confused but Reika shook her head, "Calm your excitement, Mitsuko is not as powerful as a goddess, of course. But you have to admit that has the beauty of one, doesn't she? At the same time... Who gave that sword to Mitsuko and why?", she asked, seeking some answers herself or being vague on purpose. "Now, if those two did become one OR were one to begin with, I can't say for sure. Mitsuko remains human, or so I think... Besides, what would have happened if she kept using that sword? I think any other questions will have to be asked to that lady herself, if you think you can make that happen. For now, you should focus on that girl.", she said, letting go.

As Reika moved away of Mitsuko, she walked away but turned slowly to them. "A last thing... You will need another ally to succeed. One of which should have left the city a while ago but something held her back. This playful little fox was alone on her way and someone took advantage of that. Before you ask how I know this much, I have eyes everywhere. Besides, the scent of that girl reeked all over Shinigami... I think you have an idea of who I mean. SHe is not in grave danger now but you may want to go after her if you at least hope to save her.", she told them, making Mitsuko look suddenly concerned while Nall had no real idea of who the reaper could have been talking about.

Thankfully Jumi was not actually excited, had been rather skeptical of the idea, though it would have made things a lot easier.  This might help, there seemed to be some sort of improvement, but was it enough?  Beauty?  Certainly was an improvement there, Jumi did not have any goddesses to compare it too, but she was certainly not going to complain.  She glanced to Nall at the question of the source of the sword.  She assumed it was ultimately from this Althena in some way or another.  The original source, if not the direct one who put it in Mitsuko’s hands.  She did not know much more than Reika about any of this stuff though.

The talk of another potential ally distracted her though.  Someone with Shinigami’s scent over her?  A playful fox?  Didn’t exactly describe Nymphia, the one person who immediately came to mind that might have Shinigami’s scent, unless there was more than she knew.  “Just can’t ever be clear, can you?”  She was half tempted to think of Reika as some trickster goddess, or spirit, in spite of her denials, with the way she loved to talk in riddles.  “Though yeah, we probably need about any help we can get.”  Short of making deals with actual demons, Jumi was willing to consider just about anyone, probably needed to, if they hoped to fight a goddess.

Nall only looked as puzzled as Jumi was. He was not exactly told everything about why he was with Mitsuko except from what was important to do with her. Jumi looking at him made him look at Mitsuko in return, as he tried to decipher what was happening to her, thanks or not to Reika. For the rest, Reika gave a sigh when she was lectured about being clear. She looked annoyed but it was not the time to argue about it right now. "Your friend was abducted by demons. One...? Or two of them... She is not in the city, though. Not anymore.", Mitsuko did not like the sound of that at all. "Wait, abducted by demons? Jumi, we have to help.", she said as she turned to her friend.

Nall focused on Reika, though. "How do you know this...? Or is it a trick to lure us somewhere?", he said with his usual distrust. Reika shrugged, shaking her head, "I have eyes everywhere, as I said. I simply thought that it would be important to mention it. I cannot bring you there myself but am to believe that you have a fast mean of transportation. Again, she is not in danger just yet so if you hurry, you might save her. Bring Shinigami with you.", she replied before she looked at Jumi and Mitsuko, "I love playing games as you know but I did not have any hand in this. To find her, you will have to go to the other side of the city. They are in some hideout.", the reaper replied.

“Am I ever going to be able to go home?”  A moment of frustration rather than selfishness.  Jumi asked with a sigh, after hearing all that, not intending to ignore what had been said of course, she would never abandon anyone to demons, but she was frustrated it was just one thing after another.  It was quite rare to have this many things come up in a row with no time in between.  But with Kaida’s and Shinigami’s help, hopefully this would not be too time consuming.

“Looks like we have to beat some sense into some demons, teach them not to pick on a poor isolated Magical Girl.”  She then looked to Mitsuko.  “Unfortunately, sounds like you are stuck here for a few more days.  I would certainly hope me Shinigami, Kaida and maybe that dragon too can handle one or two demons.  If they are powerful enough to dangerous to all of us combined, that is something to worry about.  Just try to find something to relax or distract yourself, either alone or with Reika.  Wouldn’t want you to hurt yourself in the middle of healing.”

Reika watched them, feeling amused by Jumi's reaction but gave what she said next some thought. "Actually... Mitsuko is healed, as far as things went in the chamber for her. Her power was something to keep an eye on but aside of what nap she had to wake up from, she should be in fighting state. These demons are not just any demons... Take her with you. You might need to put something on, though. I think you can fix that? Not that the sight is not pretty but you would be too easy of a target like this.", she said with a smile as Mitsuko blushed slightly, having shown her body to everyone including Nall so far. Demons were not ones she wanted to do so for. Trying her magic, she formed her clothes.

Now looking back like her former valkyrie look, she nodded. "I want to help... I think I know who this is about and I can't just stay back. I... I never fought real demons before but I think I can handle it. I have to sometimes.", Mitsuko said to the others. Reika seemed happy with it. "Good. Because this might attract Lenneth to you and you will have to be prepared. If you want to head home, you will have to take care of these problems. Whatever happens after that, even I don't know. You will be on your own, though. I can't help with that. I will have a last moment with you all when you're done. Remember, find the hideout.", she said to them before she opened a portal nearby that connected to the temple.

Nothing seemed to be going as planned, though it was not all necessarily bad.  Jumi was not going to complain about Mitsuko coming with them, though it seemed strange the Reika changed her mind just like that on keeping her for a few days.  Not suspicious, Jumi just thought she should have been released already if it was not that important.  She was a little more confused about Mitsuko’s words.  Not Nymphia, but someone only Mitsuko knew?  Maybe she misinterpreted, but it did not seem worth clarifying, they would find out who it was soon enough.

”Last moment, all of us, hm?”  That was more on Jumi’s head, conflicting emotions subtly in the tone, with all the complicated thoughts and feelings in her head, she had rather conflicted feelings about also missing the one on one session, punishment or not.  A hint of what on her mind without airing it to the crowd or wasting time, sounded like one reason or another, it was not up to discussion.  Final made it sound like there would not be another chance.  Whether or not Reika being gone from their lives would be for the better would have to be seen.  Maybe more difficult for Shinigami.  Though she walked through the portal before Reika could say whatever she wanted to that, or anyone else could ask.  Her mind switching from that to what needed to be done now.  Focus on the fight, those were thoughts/feelings for another time.

Mitsuko didn't quite understand the final meaning herself or what story happened between the two but she wanted to do her best for what was coming. A chance to leave early and see the others as well was a good thing even if she didn't know why Reika let her go. She did feel good, though. Wait, is that a dragon...?", she said, first seeing the resting beast on the ground by itself. It was the first time she was seeing it and Nall at least looked proud that she recognized it.

Other than the beast, nothing looked out of place. "So, Miss Kaida AND Shinigami are here, right? We don't have much time to talk, though...", Mitsuko said, feeling like time was urging. Strangely, Reika did say that during their conversation. Did she know about what was going on? The valkyrie frowned and shook her head. "Let's hurry and get them to help, Jumi...", she finally added. Nall however wondered about something. "We disappeared again... You think they have an idea of where we were? Maybe they felt what that cat girl did, too. Even if it only affected us... We should move fast so they don't panic.", he told them, making a good point in Mitsuko's eyes but letting the Fairy lead on ahead.

“Yeah, Kaida’s ride here.  The dragon might or might not help us.”  What emotion had been in Jumi’s last statement was gone, as well as the more positive energy in many other things she said.  It was a dull seriousness, a veteran preparing herself for battle, knowing it would be Mitsuko’s first battle, before she got any of that training she desperately needed.  “They went inside, to do Kaida’s look over Shinigami, probably still inside, though I don’t know what room they chose.  Me and Nall stayed out here to watch Reika, until she decided to take us to you.”  She walked to the door and went inside.

”Should find Umi too.  She went to her room to rest.  She was expecting to take me, Shinigami and Nall home after Shinigami and Kaida were done.”  She added, wondering whether it would be better to go to Umi first, but watched and listed for hints that might lead them to Shinigami and Kaida.

Mitsuko was not sure she wanted to ask about Jumi's way of saying things. She could not guess what was on her mind but the idea that a friend of theirs was taken by demons was a news bad enough to justify anything at that moment. If they heard of Kaida and Shinigami's whereabouts, they probably only heard of them having gone toward the rooms for a bed. Nothing special otherwise, no portals or strange means of transportation. With how short the little distraction was, Kaida was probably still with the fox as well. Knowing Shinigami, though, Mitsuko could not help but imagine what the fox might have done with her.

"We don't have much time to wait, do we...? I hope we can find Miss Kaida to speak to her about her dragon... If we don't hurry then...", she said, sounding worried. Time wasted meant bad news if demons did or planned to do anything to their victim. There was something concerning Mitsuko about that battle being her first one as well but she felt like she had been prepared for it with all the events that had happened to her so far. She could not step back now that she was deep into it. If she did, she'd never be able to face Lenneth. Nall sighed. "I will go find them. I can find her scent. Go find Umi and I will join you soon.", he said before he quickly left to search.

Jumi mind was focused, walled off, she would likely brush off of any question not related to the immediate issue, at least until the battle was over.  Concern about Nymphia, if that was who they were being pointed to, as well if Mitsuko would be able to handle it even with whatever changed in her was weighing on her of course.  One or two demons that needed all of them?  Really?  That made it sound like demons equivalent to Zorn, though probably not Zorn himself.  Reika also suggest that goddess after Mitsuko could show up.  They were really unprepared for something like this.

At Nall’s suggestion, she nodded and took a more familiar route. At least she knew which way to go for this.  She walked quickly down the familiar route, to the door, knocked on it.  Umi opened the door.  A small smile, that faded when she saw the serious look on Jumi’s face and a bigger surprise.  “Oh!  Your are back, Mitsuko?…Something is wrong though, isn’t it?”  Another nod from Jumi.

”Looks like someone else needs our help before going home.  Nall is looking for Shinigami and Kaida, sounds like we have to go into a battle that will not be easy.  Maybe riding the dragon, not sure if it can fit all of though, probably not an easy for my wings either.”

”That is unfortunate, but I will pray for your success.  Will you be be returning here after it is over or seeking another way home?”  Umi asked, with an uncertain sigh from Jumi.  “Good question, have to figure it out as we go.  Safest bet is if you don’t see us by the morning, we found another way.  But I’ll reach out to you guys to confirm, when it is over, if we don’t come back here.”

Mitsuko tried to smile but her worries were visible. She waited for Jumi to finish explaining before she would say anything herself. "I might be able to manage flying. I did not try it yet but I feel stronger... I wonder if Shinigami will not be able to follow by her own means as well. She looked quite capable on her own... Except for when we had to carry her, anyway.", she said while in thought but looked at Umi, preferring not to explain this one to her, if she didn't know already. "I don't know what Reika is planning, either way... But this situation doesn't seem to be her doing. Lenneth might come find me as well... I have to be ready.", she said, trying to gather her confidence. From nothing to having to do battle.

Nall headed to the bedrooms first, doing his best to get someone's attention if Kaida or Shinigami were around. With his voice, it was not going to be too hard. At the same time, if not for Kaida, the scent of the fox was noticeably pointing toward one bedroom, which he scratched at while yelling for them to come out. Soon came a surprised Kaida, staring at him. "Nall...? What is it with you?", she asked in a calm manner, not looking like she had been doing anything special in there. "No time to explain. A friend is in danger and Mitsuko and Jumi need your help. They're both here. Demons are being trouble.", he replied, "Hurry, we need the dragon, too.", he added before flying off, just leaving Kaida there.

The red haired woman looked back inside the room. "Sounds like your friends are in trouble... Thank you for letting me enjoy a moment with you. Are you ready?", she asked the fox who was standing up, naked and stretching before she readied to leave just like this. "Let's go, I want to hear what the twerp was saying...", Shinigami said while Kaida hesitated to stop her even though the fox looked fully aware of what she looked like right now, not caring about it. "...Alright...", she voiced, following her as both went after Nall. He waited for them further, at least, leading them to where Jumi and Mitsuko could find them easily. Shinigami was not sure what this was about but she did hope Reika was not involved.

There was not much else to say to Umi.  Nall and Shinigami at least knew where they were, but Jumi was not sure if they would come up here or wait for them, maybe near the main door.  They were in a bit of a rush though, so it was better to not waste time and look for them.  “Be careful.  I don’t like this, it is not common for one or two demons, as strong as suggested to act on their own here.  Remember what they are capable of.”  It reminded her of stories of some of Zorn did when he went wandering on his own, found a stray Magical Girl.  There was the more obvious danger, what happened to Alexandrine’s old team, but there was also what Jumi had experienced before.  Was that what they were planning to do to Nymphia?  It did not seem to be a case of a trap/bait.  Unlike Zorn and Alexandrine’s old team, there theoretically was no history between these demons and any of them.  Not trying to specifically lure any of them over.  Reika saying their captive was not hurt presumably also meant not violated, but how long would that last.

She walked quickly towards the door, hoping to find the others, sure Shinigami and Kai’s would also be surprised to see Mitsuko, but they would not have much time to talk about that right now.

The situation was not very happy, though. Shinigami looked upset or at least, up for a fight, looking deceptively vulnerable. None present looked very happy about it. Kaida picked up the seriousness as well. "...I think I can bring us to where we have to go, if hopefully you have an idea of where to go. I will help anyhow I can.", she offered, ready to depart. The dragon could probably carry a few of them but as Mitsuko looked, she could probably fly with such wings behind her. Shinigami however had a last thought on her mind and her gaze was on Jumi. "I will need the girl for a moment. Unless you want her killed in this fight. It's time for her to face the threat of battle.", she said, eyeing Mitsuko.

”Of course she was quite vague on where we need to go too.”  She added to Kaida before returning to Shinigami’s point, apparently the two of them were at least somewhat on the same page, though she had no idea what Shinigami had in mind.  “I don’t know what you can do to prepare her quickly for something like this, but if you have any ideas that will help go ahead.”  She would accept just about anything that might help Mitsuko here.

"Fight me.", she ordered to the valkyrie, getting the attention of the dragon as well but it watched for now. Mitsuko herself was startled by the demand but the fox looked completely serious. "W-what?", she only replied nervously though Shinigami revealed everything this time, only adding to the distraction, "I'm a beast who is about to hurt you and rape you. "Think about it for when a demon tries it on you, then. You don't like them, despite how you might like that feeling... Fight with teeth and nails. That was not only to play with you but to show you what feeling you might face while fighting.", Mitsuko blushed but nodded slowly.

As much as the fox wanted to tease her more, best was to make her penis disappear for now. "...And if you make it to a point where they do what Jumi has said, you've already lost. Only thing you can do then is to be strong or you might lose your mind. I have to thank you for when Reika did her punishment on me... I could have lost my mind there but then felt you behind me. It did help... But you won't always have someone to help you through. I dealt with it on my own as well... There's nothing you can do.", she warned the girl and extended her hand. "Stand up...", Shinigami told her, waiting for Mitsuko to raise before she herself kneeled, surprising her as the fox suddenly licked her clean.

It was an embarrassing moment but Mitsuko only let it happen, thinking about what she was told. She did feel slightly powerless when the fox did what she had done to her just before. She could have done so much worse with her without effort. It at least reminded her to be careful in battle. The few attacks they had traded allowed her to get a grasp on what might be coming. How she had to stay focused while fighting. Shinigami was done quickly enough before she stood back up and kissed Mitsuko with those lips as reward, leaving her stunned for a second. "Done... Think you can reform your clothes? With this, we can go now. No more time to waste.", she said, as Mitsuko did just that.

Kaida still frowned, though. "That was rough on her, Shinigami... But I understand why you did it. You two really share a bond... This alone does prove that you are better than a demon. At least she was not hurt, if only lightly. Seeing you two being this casual with each others, I hope it will mean well for what fight may come. Are you in shape for it, despite what just happened...?", Kaida said, still asking Mitsuko just in case but the girl dusted her clothes and nodded, smiling softly. "Yes... As long as Jumi and Shinigami are there with me, I will do my best.", she replied, turning to the fox. "...Thank you.", she said, not precising why she was thanking her, considering what just had happened.

Shinigami at least looked like she had fun and Mitsuko did not look hurt physically or emotionally by it either. Nodding to her, she knocked very lightly on her head. "Don't lose your focus... I can't say I have any experience with demons but if they're anything like me, they will try what they must to get you. Even if it means raping you while fighting to make you vulnerable. A last thing, show me how you do with your wings, now.", the fox told her, while Mitsuko tried her best to do what she was lectured about. She stepped back and started moving her wings, giving her a stronger push than before, allowing her to fly easier. "I think I will be alright. Let's go, Jumi.", Mitsuko said to her friend.

“The only small…I hate to use this word…consolation, I will add, is yeah if they fuck you, you’ve lost….but”. Jumi was going to go rather blunt with the language, but that or rape was the only two words she would use for a demon doing that to one of them.  “…while death is also real danger in this life.  But if they fuck you, they almost always let you live.  Leave you there, feeling the shame after it is over.  Hopefully shame.  If you start feeling like you want more…that’s very dangerous.  I assume they consider the pleasure and the shame is enough of a victory for them.  The fact you know deep down they defeated you, might do it again if you see them again.  Now if you do end up in that position, I won’t say don’t try to get free, but be aware you probably won’t be able to.  That said, having experienced it myself, I intend to fight hard that you never do.”  This was different from Jumi’s fading hopes of sharing the experience like those two had with Reika.  Mitsuki would hopefully never find out what it felt like to be raped by a demon. To find out if she enjoyed it or not as it happened.  The biggest point was, while Mitsuko should never trust a demon, if she ended up in that state her life was unlikely to be in danger.

At least Mitsuko was not too bothered by what Shinigami did to her.  There was a reason behind it, Shinigami forced herself on Mitsuko but not just because she could or out of cruelty.  Everyone seemed to understand and took it as an unfortunate necessity.  Jumi nodded to Mitsuko’s last statement.  “Alright, last thing to figure out is how we do it.  Back to the question of ‘where’, some hideout on the other side of the city is all she told us.”

Shinigami seemed more entertained by Jumi's story than anything else, turning to her, "If all demons do this then they will get hurt before they try but if it was me... You saw how she was when I grabbed hold of her in the middle of battle. I admit I do fight to end things, not only for the sake of playing but I could easily have finished her while I was raping her. I don't know what kind of enemy you fight but I will presume they won't all seek for an easy fuck at the end. Pleasure is a weapon...", she said, eyeing Mitsuko next who had to admit that there was some truth to that. Feeling vulnerable placed her in a bad spot for an easy attack but Jumi's perspective was also true and perhaps somewhat scarier.

The following step was not too evident, however. Kaida left that situation to think seriously. "The other side of the city... A hide out. There are not many places where someone could hide around the city. A place like this temple would be easy to see in the wide space of the land... I think that is what Reika would want us to look for. She plays being vague but she is not a fool...", she told to the others, getting Shinigami to snap and get her own clothes back on, ignoring what slightly wet state she might be in now. "She is betting on you finding the place on your own... Let's do just that. Mitsuko, you do your best to fly with the twerp. The three of us will be on that beast.", the fox suggested to the others.

Kaida nodded, looking at everyone to see if that sounded like a good plan. "I can handle my friend over there. You and Jumi along should not be an issue. Hopefully, Mitsuko can keep up.". Mitsuko was not entirely certain that it would work her way but she would certainly try. "Don't worry about her... She will have fun getting better at it. She will not be able to lose this thing even if she tried.", Shinigami said, pointing at the dragon merely waiting. "In fact, go ahead and try your wings now, Mitsuko. Be quick at getting used to them.", she told the valkyrie, who nodded hesitantly before she tried that, turning around before boosting upwards with Nall going after her. Kaida soon headed to her dragon.

“Not always, primarily only the males too, but they try often enough to be on guard for it.”  Shinigami was another one Jumi was not sure how would react.  She had experience with tentacles, but with the possible exception of Kaida no one else here had been violated by a proper demon.  There was not much time to say more on it.  To clarify there were some demons with anatomy like Shinigami, or try to figure out what went through the demon’s heads.  Jumi was not sure what sure what made them choose sex over killing at times, but she suspected in many cases they only decided in the middle of the fight, after judging how dangerous their opponent(s) were, and how likely it was for the victim to get revenge for the act later.  It was also a sensitive subject for Jumi, she was willing to teach others about it but not like to talk about it casually.

She walked over to the dragon.  Looked at, not really nervous, but never really expecting to ride such a thing.  She trusted Kaida, no risk of falling off, and even if she was somehow knocked off, her own wings would at least keep her out of danger from falling.  She waited for Kaida to get in first though and figure out exactly how she and Shinigami were going to ride this.

Kaida understood what Jumi meant and Shinigami oddly shared the same mindset or about despite sounding like she never had a fight with demons. She DID have experience with being raped, or so it sounded like. Or raping, evidently... But by who or what? It was better not to ask her... For the time, she looked capable of putting up a fight, at least. Going to her dragon, Kaida pet it gently before she climbed on top of it "Shinigami, please climb behind Jumi... Your tail would be in the way.", she told the fox who smirked, picking the fairy up before she jumped on top of the dragon, sitting behind the red headed woman with her. "Always happy to enjoy a close moment...", she teased Jumi, holding her close.

Kaida did not comment on it, focusing on Mitsuko waiting up. "Alright... Let's stay focused. Hold on tight, I will get us to the other side quickly.", she warned before she lead her dragon to take off with them on it, soon heading for the sky. The dragon did its best to not make them fall either, seeming trained to be as much of a proper mount as it was a threat. Mitsuko had been practicing her flight for a moment while she waited as well but started moving along when they approached. "We're going over the city! Keep an eye out once there, if you see anything suspicious.", Kaida said to Mitsuko but it also applied to Jumi and Shinigami as they had to find something that could serve as a hideout in the open.

The dragon flew straight for the most, followed not far by Mitsuko since the beast did not try to race against her anyway. Mitsuko could not hide that she was nervous with the height but her wings did a good job to keep her up. With that pace, they would get over the city in not too long. Once there, though, the land probably were mostly large fields Reika had told them to find a hide out out there. Any landmark might be the one where their friend was being held along with some demons keeping her there. In plain daylight, it might be easy to see as well unless it was hidden somehow. Mitsuko tried her best to search around while staying not far from the dragon, along with Nall being close to her side.

Jumi climbed up, took her spot between the two women.  A little more secure, though her wings still flapped a few times reflexively.  Not enough to lift her or shift her position.  This was something new to her.  More used to flying on her own, she was not sure what to expect here, except that it would probably be faster, higher and longer than she was used to flying on her own.  There was not a chance to say anything in response to Shinigami, though the words did cause her back to press against a little, reflexively.  Her body at least acknowledging that they had become closer, especially after last night.

Being between the two helped a little, cut down on any wind in the face and secured her seating a little more.  She kept an eye open, but this was Alexandrine’s territory, not her own.  She did not know the city as well as someone who lived there.  Maybe they should have seen about bringing Hikaru as well.  He would know better, and someone else to help fight.  But too late for that.  At least Umi would be able to let him know what happened, why they were gone and uncertain if they would return to the temple tonight.

Alexandrine had certainly destroyed anything she was aware of connected to Zorn, years ago.  That did bring up the question though.  She was almost certain Zorn himself was not doing this, but were they connected to him?  Was this bait for Alexandrine/Magical Girls in general?  Were they looking for violence…or ‘fun’?  All she could hope was their captive, Nymphia or not, was still not hurt/violated by the time they got there.  If it was not bait, they just might be waiting for a moment they liked.  Demons were also something like an infestation of course.  Even without a connection to Zorn, destroying their holes and lairs was a temporary solution, before new ones were made.  And Alexandrine was not as thorough as she might have been, while mourning the old team.

Jumi did have experience hunting demons in her own area though.  She knew the sorts of places they liked to hide.  Sometimes discretely, but if as powerful as Reika implied, there was a chance they would advertise their presence or at least not try to hide it.  As they got further out she looked on the city’s edge and a little past it for any of the usual signs.  Sometimes created by the demons, sometimes using natural features or human structures, abandoned or conquered.  But even if Alexandrine’s mourning period, the temple being as close as it was discouraged anything more obvious.  Hikaru would have done something, or asked assistance in it, unless it was quite new.

Her eyes caught something, she reached around Kaida to point.  “It could be there”.  A house, old, worn, looked abandoned for some time.  Not comparable in size to Shinigami’s house, but several floors, big enough it could have fit a large family comfortably.  More importantly, built into a rocky hill, she would not be surprised if there was more, not made by humans, beneath the house.  A place that might have been dug up into.
