So I don't post approvals on profiles or anything, if I see an issue with the profile I'll let you know (though I'm not seeing any issue in particular with your profile atm) but when you're satisfied there is an event going on that I'm doing to give people a chance to meet up. Everglow and Noble Ember just dealt with a threat but feel free to jump in any time you desire. There will probably be others.

I'm trying to give everyone a chance to make characters and jump in if they want.

Well the crisis is still going on and since she's associated with R.E.D.I. and G.H.A.R.D. she could be sent there 
Maybe a bit late or dealing with trouble in another part of the city since she seems like she does her own thing before being asked 

But the little trouble they were dealing with is settled. Waiting for Ellie before I potentially pop up another one but the main threat hasn't gone on the attack yet.

By making a character which is in the <Character Wiki> area where the character skeletons are. You just post your character in a topic you create for them. If you need any help with that in particular I will be happy to lend a hand. I know you're on mobile so don't worry too much abut the formatting of the images or anything.

What exactly is a "Character Skeleton"?

A character skeleton is the information you fill out to make a character. Basically blank sheets kind of like an RPG statsheet if you're at all familiar with those but for, ya know, rps and all that. Its like what you filled out for Hotel California at the front desk. 

If you go to <Character Wiki> and then under [Character Skeletons] and then unspoiler the area under [Player Characters] there is the character skeleton. You just copy that, start a new topic, and fill it out.

I believe I also saw different types? Could you explain the purpose of a NPC-Powered character? 

Just world-building?

Its for characters you want to expand on but aren't necessarily who you're planning to dedicate all that much time to like your primary character(s). 

Fleshes out of the world as needed if it fits your fancy, and if you allow can even be used by others or you're willing to jump to them for limited scenes, etc. More static, a bit less important, possibly even temporary for certain storylines. Its not something you have to worry about unless you want to. 

The NPC-Powered skeleton is basically for NPCs with, well, powers. Other heroes, villains, formers of those, etc.

Wonderful! If you need any background then thats on the background page but I've tried to keep information light enough so you guys can just go ham with your characters. Let your imaginations run wild and have some fun with the hero, villain, or civilian of your desires.

so im circling back to this after IRL got messy x.x, I think I was planning to do a civilian with a degree more of presence then a normal random, IE a journalist, CEO, or politician... anyone have requests/ideas related to their own characters they would like to pitch before I throw something together?

All good choices to keep them more in the action even if they're not powered! 

Well if they're a journalist they could be fairly familiar with Rumi. She's a vile but her civilian form is a star and maybe they happened to be around when she's doing evil.
If they're from Nahan Springs they could know Everglow and helped the get a little more known.

just realized how involved characters are for this, hrm... ill need to actively consider in a little depth what I want to do... 

another option I was considering was a neutral super, not exactly a hero or a villian but just someone who has a mild power in a world mostly without (IE the X man universe) something like being able to see through the eyes of people shes kissed for a while or something along those lines thats interesting and has some fun uses, but would struggle to make a hero or a villain with just that. assuming that was allowed

Also I've decided to separate out the Powered Skeleton from the Non-powered skeleton so its hopefully not as confusing to look at. No need to delete stuff.
