The kaiju screams in fury as Scylla's claws tore through its primal flesh. It snapped its head around, trying to reach her, and planted its forefoot and attempted to change direction to get to her. The monster's momentum dumped it over, sending it sprawling. Its massive bulk tumbled to the side, dragging Scylla with it as it howled. The roll carried them through the remains of the column, crushing at least one vehicle. But it skidded to a stop well clear of the outpost and thrashed, trying to reach Scylla.

Cushioned inside the embrace of Scylla's cockpit, Emily felt little, but could make very little progress on the drone, though she thought she might have stopped ot from broadcasting.

//I'm going to say Scylla is disoriented for your next post. As long as she doesn't let go of the kaiju, it's a -1 to fight. Emily should be free to continue working on the drone. If you want to abandon that for the time being you can take in sync as an aspect for the pair of you but the drone with recover. Are we good with two more posts before the carrier arrives?

A flash of concern washed over Emily as she felt Scylla momentarily thrash in feral urgency to avoid being crushed by the kaiju's massive bulk. Scrambling to right herself on the monster that was both adversary and battlefield, Scylla's tentacles whipped in furious confusion.

For a moment, Emily wanted to drop her connection with the drone, to focus all her attention on helping her BioFrame... but if she did and she let the Hive broadcast go out... Her eyes squeezing closed tight enough to feel the hot misting at her eyelids, Emily subvocalized, "Hang in there, girl... help is coming."

But that was all she could do.

Turning her focus back to the sensor array, she took control of the tentacle linking them to the drone, furiously focused on cracking the military-grade IC protecting it. While the neurofluid still linked them, the division in their focus began to fray the connection, and Emily could feel it in the staccato irregularity of Scylla's tendrils still caressing and holding her, as well as in her own distraction... the way her face pulled back from the slick surface and her body tensed against the natural flow of the cockpit's black flesh.

//I'm good with 2 and then carrier arrives

Burglary to take control of drone (3 successes so far) = 3 = (roll 0, 0, +1, +1) + (Burglary +1)
Fight to keep the Kaiju's attention = 2 = (roll -1, 0, +1, +1) + (Fight +2) - (Disoriented -1 Fight) //

The kaiju screeched as Scylla continued to claw at its thick hide and immense bulk. It tried to bend its long body around to tear at her with fangs long enough to pierce her skull, but the agile BioFrame jad positioned herself so far up that it could not reach. It rolled, flailing its tail, and succeeded in pinning her to the ground under its massive body, though her armor kept her from being crushed for the moment.

Emily, feeling Scylla tumble and roll, the sudden, thunderous slap of the beast's powerful tale, struggled to make any headway against the drone, but didn't lose any.

Magda connect Patune's comm suite to the carrier's sensors to check on Patches and Scylla. The kaiju was giant - more than four times the size of Scylla - but the hellion was succeeding in keeping it from reaching the outpost. The feed from the HIve broadcast was frozen, but not showing the actual battle. The important propaganda victory would be the Hive citizens seeing the Union defending them.

Magda's chest tightened as the kaiju lashed at Scylla with its tail and tried to crush her, "Hang on!" she screamed into the command push, "Almost there Patches, Somebody help her get control of that drone!"

She could feel Patune go rgid inside her - what had been his pulsing warmth was now a hard bar buried in her, and she tried to soothe him - but he could feel her desperation and concern, her frustration at not being able to reach her warrior fueling his as the fight happened without him. "Soon, boy. Soon." she cooed, but Patune's anger remained. Honestly, so did hers. "Damn it, Vickers! She barked at the carrier's pilot, "Get me in there before that thing kills them."

"The thruster's still only at 40% Captain. another minute of so, and we'll have Patune on the ground."

"NOW!" Bellowed the BioFrame. It wasn' really a word, Magda may have provided that context herself, but his intent was clear.

The carrier angled toward the ground, the pilot using gravity to accelerate as he tried to get to Patune's maximum range as fast as possible. As they neared the ground, Magfa could feel the transit restraints release through Patune. HIs fury became the kind of excited tension that didn't hurt/ "That's my man/" She purred, working her hands over his sensitive tendrils as he prepared to leap forward, throwing himself at the ground to hit it at a sprint.

Leap.

Freefall.

Impact.

Magda drew a bead as Patune lumbered forward. "We're down!" She announced as the mass driver hissed.

A full kilo of steel flew at Mach 5, spanning the distance between BioFrame and kaiju in an instant. Black ichor erupted at the impact and the kaiju spun to face the new threat. "Let him come to me, Patches - you can snatch him from behind. After you get control of that drone!"

// Scylla's attack was a massive success, and only the incredible size difference is keeping her from shredding it. I think her heroic fight buys you a Fate point.

"Right on time, Ya," Emily called back, feeling a wash of relief through her limbs at Captain Payarkoon's voice on the comms and again as the eruption of kaiju blood drew a furious roar and the full ire of the beast onto Patune.

Emily felt the stomach-dropping sense of freefall as Scylla launched herself from the kaiju's broad back, spinning in a coil of tentacles as she tucked and hit the earth in a roll that sent cascades of wet dirt showing up under her claws. Moving evasively, Emily tried to keep the feisty BioFrame out of the kaiju's periphery as she allowed it to be drawn by Patune's shot.

Inside the cockpit, Emily felt her heart racing, her skin tingling as Scylla's connecting tentacles, large and small, vibrated with the relief of being able to focus on just one task again, coming back into synch with her pilot. Emily smirked as the tendril latched onto her clit hummed and coiled, drawing a soft grunt from her as well as an appreciative nip at the fold of sensitive flesh in front of her face. "That's it, girl. Let's take that drone."

Emily's fingers joined her tongue, feeling the slick, viscous neurofluid against her lips and in her mouth as she lost herself in the shared sense of Scylla's sophisticated sensors. The sweet, heady smell mingled with the ambient feeling of the drone's wireless—like a note of music she could faintly hear in the open air. And joining her in the effort, Scylla purred, and the thick black tentacle coiled around Emily's thigh squirmed higher.

She felt its tip sliding through the boy-cut shorts she wore under her rugged pants, edging toward the glistening softness where the tendril on her clit throbbed and caressed her. A moment later, the tentacle pressed to her folds, slipping up between them and nestling in a prehensile curl as it teased the pink ring of her pussy's entrance. Emily felt her body on fire with anticipation, the intimate connection playing out in physical space as much as it did in the buzzing ether of the wireless simspace where they picked apart the drone's defenses together.

Scylla's tentacle pushed forward, and with only a momentary resistance, it sank into the warmth of her core. Emily let out a cracked gasp, her back stiffening as her toes curled in her boots. The twisting tentacle's tip circled her insides, riding the bumpy walls of her cunt as it corkscrewed in delicious slowness against the bundle of nerves inside her. And with each pulse of that electric pleasure, Emily felt her senses overlap with the BioFrames, becoming one as she felt herself melting with the mix of neurofluid and her own lubricating nectar.

//Rolling Stealth to get away from the kaiju without drawing its attention. 5 = (roll -1, 0, +1, +1) + (Stealth +2) + (Slippery as an Eel / 1 Fate Point + 2)//

//Rolling Burglary for the hacking attempt. -2 = (roll -1, -1, -1, 0) + (Burglary +1) 😭 //

//I would like to propose a Stunt: Mek-Hax. Putting all Emily and Scylla's focus together on hacking, they trade off defense and awareness for more powerful hacking ability. +X to a single roll to hack a mech, drone, frame, or computer/electronic system for -X to Fight, Shoot, and Notice until the hack succeeds or is abandoned. If the Stunt is acceptable, I'd toss all 4 points on to give it a net +2 in exchange for -4 penalties, as described//
