"Ah reckon yah are right, though now ah have no clue what about yah that constitutes a second chance, but perhaps we can talk more of one them beers yah offered, haha!", she says cheerfully and smirk softly. Then he gives her his goodbyes and practically lets her continue and be on her way to her job."Yah'r welcome. Feel free to find me if yah more assistance. Otherwise, one of the other guards can point yah in my mah direction. Good luck with getting settled in and started and ah will send Anpu yah'r way as soon as ah'm able, okay?", she finishes off and steps down towards the dorm room towards Anpu's @Icarian Dreamsroom.

The assembly hall is the main room for the school dance and has been properly decorated and made ready as the part where dancing and music will take place. For now, there is just some smooth jazz playing as students and staff are not fully here yet.

The headmaster is walking around and inspecting things first and foremost, making sure things are looking well enough to present for those eager to get here once the doors are opened to the guests.

Accompanying a zombie girl @JennyDK, but still being in the lead, Hiroshigae Saeki, the nervous human boy finally decided on coming to the dance, on the condition of not being alone. Since he was invite as well anyway, he might as well come and look around the area. He smiles to himself, as he enters the assembly hall, looking around and seeing all the decoration, and how few people are around for now. It just started, after all. Maybe they're a bit too early? 

Either way, when they're finally inside, he looks over to Yoko, whom was presumably hopping beside him. "They sure made this place look nice... In such a short amount of time, too!" He mentions, seeming amazed. Idly, he'd look away from her for a moment, only to see who else is present. Maybe there are people he recognizes from his class or somewhere else.

He wasn't wearing anything special, since he didn't know that he has to be wearing anything else. It's his first time at a dance, after all. He was still wearing his usual clothes (as seen on his reference picture), though maybe they're a bit more clean and refined, probably for the occasion.

It had been months since Nilaa's arrival at the school. Classes had been going fairly well. She had learned quite a few words! In fact she could generally speak like a normal person by this point! There were of course things which she didn't quite grasp, but those were just new experiences waiting to happen.

Of course there were a few things that had yet to change. Nilaa still walked around naked. She understood a little better why some people wore clothes, but they were always so uncomfortable to her. Besides, she was generally unbothered by the climate and certainly not bothered by people's lingering gazes. On more than one occasion it had been enough to lure people in, and on many of those occasions she had managed to secure both free food and lovely headpats! She really was trickier than she gave off! Well, sometimes anyways.

Then there was the matter of her hunger. It was a curse which she had yet to beat, and one which she doubted she ever would beat. But it really didn't bother her as much as it bothered other people. Of course by its very nature this meant that she was occasionally restricted. Generally teachers tried to hold off her lunch a little later so that the other students had plenty to eat. Today she had likewise been barred from entering the Dining Hall until later. At the very least she had to wait for the festivities to begin!

So the little wolf sat alone within the Assembly Hall, seated on her knees upon a chair at one of the tables. Her gaze was locked in the direction of the Dining Hall. Even from here she could smell the food being prepared. She had eaten a few meals earlier in the day, a clever tactic deployed by one of the teachers in order to hold off her seemingly endless hunger long enough for the food to at least be prepared and set out for the other students. But the more she focused on the delicious meals the hungrier she grew. No, what she really needed to do now was distract herself.

A brief scan of the room allowed her to pick out a few students. More people she had yet to meet. They generally stuck together in pairs. That made sense though: this place was supposed to be for dancing! Dancing usually meant two people. Perhaps she would find someone to spend her time with tonight! But she was also used to being alone too.

Along with Hiro is Yoko, who is also looking around the room, taking in the sights and for now feeling pretty calm as there are not a ton of people around, monsters or human wise. She spots a weirdly naked wolf girl and of course the headmaster who is barking a few orders, for the decorators to follow."Ohh, yes. It looks pretty good I think...I haven't really been here before, but I imagine they probably spent more time on it than we think", she comments back, whilst looking over the dance floor for now.

This evening, she has put on a bit more fitting dress for such an occasion. It still looks practical, but it is still a step up in terms of party going.

Hiro, too, spots the naked wolf girl, but since he's no longer too embarrassed around naked creatures, thanks to his meeting with Julia in the library a few days back. Though, not wanting to look at the direction anyway, he takes a step forward and turns around, taking a step back as well, all while looking at Yoko with a soft smile. Partially, he seems to be on the dance floor, though unintentionally, as he definitely does not plan to dance. Not from the looks of it, anyway. "Well, then... I'm not sure what else there is to do here, other than dancing and socializing... I've never been great with parties and stuff, as I said before..." Chuckling nervously, he looks around, seeing what other people and monsters alike are up to around the area.

Among all the others around here, a large bull enters the assembly hall as well, wearing janitor overalls and looking bored out of his mind. As if he was annoyed at something. He was not carrying janitorial equipment though, so he looks like somebody who's there as a guard of some sorts.

Yoko can certainly join that club of not being great at parties. She has never even been to one before. However, she still smiles at Hiro the best she can and puts a reassuring hand onto his shoulder."Don't worry too much about it. We can always leave if we feel like it. So we might as well try and make the best of it until then, right?", she says, hoping she might be able to put a different perspective on it for him.

A few minutes later, the ever party happy Julia enters the room, naked as ever and looking around with a huge grin plastered onto her face. She puts her hands onto her hips as her gaze scans the room, especially a table with refreshments, happy to see there is indeed alcohol present on it. Then she spots a familiar face, Nilaa - the cute little wolf girl she was out to eat with...and more. Shame never enters the equation for her part, so she simply flies over to her and smiles brightly."Ohh hello Nilaa! Are you good?", she says and seems to offer a hug.

Hiro would nod at Yoko's remark, whilst still looking around, curiously. He does look back at her, though. "Right, indeed!" He also steps closer to her once again, he, too, placing a hand on one of her shoulders in a reassuring manner. "If you're in any sort of problem or you don't feel well, be sure to tell me, okay?" He closes his eyes for a moment to warmly smile at her, even slightly blushing at his own way of saying things, but it only lasts a few seconds. It appears Hiro is at Yoko's service, just in case she has any sort of problem. It doesn't look like he has anything else to say after that, as he continues to look around and even tap his foot at the ongoing music every now and then, if there's good parts in it, though if Yoko has something to say, Hiro will definitely turn his attention toward her, to listen.

More people were starting to arrive at this point. First there was a very large man! He smelled really nice. Probably because he was a bull. Bulls meant big juicy steaks! Or were those cows? It might have been both. The thought of it made her a little hungrier still. But she also knew she wasn't supposed to eat people. Clearly he was people. In fact she did remember seeing him around on occasion. Usually he was busy cleaning things or fixing things. Right now he didn't seem too happy. Maybe she could change that? It was nice to make other people happy! After all sometimes they rewarded her with food!

Before she could move on those thoughts someone familiar entered her sphere of detection. Already her tail started to wag as she turned to face her friend. It was Julia! She was also naked, as was typical for the both of them. If Nilaa did experience shame then it probably would have helped, but it wasn't something she really needed to worry about.

As the woman neared her and opened her arms Nilaa leapt from the chair she was seated upon, launching herself into the woman's chest to deliver a friendly hug of her own! "Hi Julia!" exclaimed the little wolf, perhaps mufffled slightly by her friend's squishy chest. After a few moments of intense nuzzling she lifted her gaze free from the soft fleshy pillows, finally meeting Julia's with a toothy grin. "Nilaa is good! Julia is good?"

The undead girl sways her body lightly to the rhythm of the music, taking a liking to the kind of tune being played at the moment."I think I will be okay, but thanks for wanting to be there for if needed. What sort of music is this? I don't think I ever heard before", she says, commenting on the music being played softly in the background, For now, there aren't too many here, but she still ends up asking another curious question."Do you know anyone here so far?".

The very outgoing manticore woman catches the other one nice and eagerly, hugging her firmly in return and smiling even wider from the lovely reception she is getting. A slight gasp did go past her lips as the  weight of Nilaa hit her chest, but nothing serious by any measure. Her own tail sways around in joy from the reunion of Nilaa and Julia. It does make things a bit easier that the wolf girl seems to slowly learn language."Yes, I am good! There is good company, soon some music, I am gonna dance hard and of course...booze!", she tells the other girl.

It was good to find her friend in fine spirits! How long had it been since they'd seen each other? Too long in her opinion. Nilaa did miss hanging out with her. They had enjoyed delicious foods and drink and a very lovely night together before, so perhaps tonight would be no different? Well, okay, there would be plenty of other people around too, but then that could mean even more fun! What if they invited others to join them in their revelry?

"Music! Dance! Booze! Food! Nilaa excited! Was getting lonely. See other lonely ones. We have fun! Lot's of fun!"

Her tail had started to wag even harder at the idea. She briefly glanced towards the large bullish man before returning her gaze towards her Manticore friend. Perhaps tonight she'd learn more fun activities! Maybe she'd even learn a little more dancing! Actually that seemed more certain at this point.

Yoko looks between Hiro and Julia a few times before eventually focusing on her friend for now."Interesting? Like....how?", she asks curiously as it seemed way too vague to give any sort of impression of their encounter. In her mind she wonders why the monster woman would choose such an attire, meaning none at all. Having been "raised" by a human here, she has some different perspectives than one usually would hold as a monster.

She pets the wolf girl after setting her down on the floor once more, very happy to see Nilaa is such a good and festive mood. She intends to help teach Nilaa how to party! Her smile keeps going across her face as she hangs out with Nilaa. Her eyes then looks over the refreshment table and she nod at the other girl."Shall we have something to drink? Maybe a few snacks? Have you tried dancing before?", she asks.

Looking a bit embarrassed about something, even though there's music going on in the background and there's also other people talking, he still steps closer to Yoko and speaks a bit quieter, but still much audible, almost leaning close to one of her ears. "Well, as you can see, she's not wearing anything... To me, that's quite embarrassing..." After all, since Yoko was raised by a human as well, she definitely noticed, that her guardian was always wearing clothes. Human morals and stuff, basically. He also blushes a little bit, leaning right back into standing straight next to her at this point, looking off to another random point in the assembly hall, until he is talked to again by Yoko, after which he'd divert his gaze toward her, with a soft smile as well.

As she was settled upon the ground Nilaa stretches her arms out overhead, tail continuing to wag while the Manticore's hand patted atop her head. Who better to teach her how to party than Julia? The first time they met ended in what Nilaa would consider a party. Today everything was set up perfectly for it. As far as Nilaa knew parties generally included more than two people, and if she was correct then more people meant a better party! It was perfect really.

The little wolf's gaze followed Julia's. They already had drinks out, even some little snacks! Had those just been brought out? As long as it was in here it was fair game, right? Nobody had told her not to start eating in here!

Even though she is aware of what he tells her, she still looks at Julia an extra time or two. Indeed, she is more aware of the cultural standards of humans due to her guardian and yet she is not as distracted by or weirded out as Hiro most likely has been or currently is."Ah, that makes sense. Julia is also feeling quite pecking and thirsty, eager to dive into the stuff that has been prepared for the day. She is very glad to hear Nilaa try to improve her speech and even now it seems to have gotten much better, at least vocabulary wise. She listens eagerly as the wolf girl expresses her interest in taking part in all of these fun things. A part of her does wonder how she might act once tipsy, but she doubt it would be bad by any means."I can show you how to dance, Nilaa! I do lots and lots at parties! It helps to get some booze into your system!", she says and laughs softly, motioning for them to get some snacks and a drink.

This is something that was passed down over the generations, and the quality of the clothes improved as well, it becoming fashion. But more importantly, I guess it's human morals and decency, to wear clothes in public. Not sure if that rule changed, though, given how there's monsters like her around." He tells her, shrugging at that, gesturing towards Julia. He doesn't seem to be done with his monologue, though, having something to share. "I don't mind it, haha, I just need to get used to it, somehow!" He blushes, letting out a chuckle in the middle of the sentence.

Nilaa bounced excitedly in place, hips wiggling with glee as they were guided by the wagging of her tail. Just talking about it was already hyping her up! When she was motioned towards the tables Nilaa snatched up Julia's hand and led her right over, eager to get the festivities started. Of course she wasn't very good at picking out which booze options were the best, so she figured she'd leave that task to the Manticore.

Snacks were another story. Nilaa sniffed at each, picking up a few to taste test. One after another they were shoved into her maw as she sought to sate her hunger! However she did hold herself back for the time being and did leave plenty for others. She could be good!

As it's explained like this, she can see the bodily necessity so as to not freeze, even if the concept of being cold does not really mean anything to hear, just like the concept of being hot."I suppose you got a point there...but how does it feel like....to be cold?", she asks, wishing to have some sort of perspective on that if possible.

Even one as high gear as Julia seems less so in the company of Nilaa who is this easy to excite and get hyped. Honestly, it is a breath of fresh air for the manticore who has met more and more who are less than party wild. It seems like she can let herself much more loose in her company and Julia just realizes this herself."Fuck yeah! Do ALL the partying! Let's get this shit started Nilaa! We are gonna rock this place!", she says with equal enthusiasm and after downing a few snacks herself, she opens up a can of beer for them both."Now! This is important! You lightly tap the cans together and say: CHEEEEERS! Then you take a drink!", she says instructs to Nilaa.

Well there were some words she had heard before, but had not used herself! They were called swear words if she was remembering correctly. But also they had other meanings. Like sex! She knew what that was now! Was that a part of partying? If the stuff she did before with Julia was a part of it then she was certainly happy with that! Of course the way the words were used didn't quite make sense to her, but she wasn't here for a lesson in words. She was here to party!

"Do all party!" exclaimed the wolf, only to pause. Rocks? Did they need rocks? She looked around briefly, although upon notiicng none she returned her attention back to Julia. Just in time too as she was being introduced to another important lesson!

A can of something was handed over to her. She sniffed a couple of times at the contents. Beer! She remembered this smell! Wait, focus! Okay, she had to lift her can and tap it against Julia's. Then she had to drink it! She could do that!

With a smile and a nod she held her can up in both paws, each large enough to mostly cover the metallic container. Her tail stopped wagging for the moment as she very carefully she guided it forth, aiming to gently tap it against Julia's! "Cheeeeoooors!" yipped Nilaa, new to the word, before she brought the can to her lips and started to quickly drink the contents. It was pretty refreshing after all the snacks she'd just enjoyed! She was thirsty too, and so the entire thing was downed in one long sip!

Thankfully one beer wasn't enough to get her tipsy. She was pretty tough! After setting the empty can down she returned her gaze to Julia. "Nilaa do good?! Where get rocks? What else do party? Seex in party?!" she began to ask, pausing for a moment to mull over the next word. "Fooook yes?"

Well there were some words she had heard before, but had not used herself! They were called swear words if she was remembering correctly. But also they had other meanings. Like sex! She knew what that was now! Was that a part of partying? "Do all party!" exclaimed the wolf, only to pause. Rocks? Did they need rocks? She looked around briefly, although upon notiicng none she returned her attention back to Julia. Just in time too as she was being introduced to another important lesson!

A can of something was handed over to her. She sniffed a couple of times at the contents. Beer! She remembered this smell! Wait, focus! Okay, she had to lift her can and tap it against Julia's. Then she had to drink it! She could do that!

With a smile and a nod she held her can up in both paws, each large enough to mostly cover the metallic container. Her tail stopped wagging for the moment as she very carefully she guided it forth, aiming to gently tap it against Julia's! "Cheeeeoooors!" yipped Nilaa, new to the word, before she brought the can to her lips and started to quickly drink the contents. It was pretty refreshing after all the snacks she'd just enjoyed! She was thirsty too, and so the entire thing was downed in one long sip!

Thankfully one beer wasn't enough to get her tipsy. She was pretty tough! After setting the empty can down she returned her gaze to Julia. "Nilaa do good?! Where get rocks? What else do party? Seex in party?!" she began to ask, pausing for a moment to mull over the next word. "Fooook yes?"

Just like Nilaa, Julia is quick to drink it all, having had tons of practice ever since she was once introduced to such social gatherings. She chuckles in delight at Nilaa thinking this was about actual rocks, but figuring she better explain it a bit better before any potential trouble is started."Yes, Nilaa do very good. It was just a matter of saying: It means we are going to be two awesome party goers and have ALL the fun! Hahaha...it is a bit early for sex, but some parties it happens at...and FUCK yes! It basically means a more happy form of saying YES!", she says and stuff some more snacks into her yap."We can go and say hello to others...", she says and scans the room and notices the boy she surprised with her nudity."OHH HEYY! HIRRROO!!", she yells and waves whilst smiling.

Huzzah! She did well! It was a good start to the party thus far! Nilaa was always excited to learn more about what people normally did. Being normal was one of her goals. Well, sort of. She wanted to have friends and that meant she had to be more normal. At least, that is what she believed.

Another saying. Sayings were a little annoying, but then she supposed that was part of being normal. She had to learn these things. They were going to have lots of fun. That was the gist of it. She could wrap her mind around that. Julia also said it was early for sex, but that it sometimes happened at parties. Did that mean she was going to have sex later?! That was an exciting prospect! Also the equivalent to 'Sex yes' meant 'Yes'. Now that was confusing!

With her head slowly nodding and her tail returning to its wagging she reached over to scoop up another handful of snacks, shoving them into her mouth. Saying hello to others was a great idea! She could make even more friends! Of course when Julia suddenly shouted and waved towards someone Nilaa gulped down her mouthful of food and mimicked her, waving towards the boy and the girl he stood next to! She didn't know them yet, but it was polite to do this sort of thing!

He was going to respond to Yoko yet again, starting his sentence... "I don't know either...! I guess you could say we're frien-..." ...But it is disrupted by the booming voice of Julia calling at his name, at which Hiro jumps a little, looking over to her and quickly in a sort of reflex he gets behind Yoko, peeking over her shoulders, whilst holding onto them, but not too hard. Though in a span of a few seconds he quickly notices what he's doing, so he gets out from behind of Yoko and leans in to whisper to her, "Sorry!", and then looks back at Julia, giving her a small wave with an embarrassed expression, keeping his eyes mainly focused on her head. "Hello, J-Julia...! Ha...haha...! Nice to see you...here...!" Quickly becoming a nervous mess, he'd avert his gaze and look around more.

Having spent a fair share of time around the wolf girl means the manticore knows that abstract phrases will probably confuse her some, but if she had to spend all evening explaining them all in detail, the party will surely suck! Neither of them wants this and she wants Nilaa to get the best impression of parties as she can, so naturally the focus will be on just having a great time! Her own tail sways around in excitement and fun time.

"Sure thing! I think he will be glad to see me again. I will take another beer on the way though, haha!", she exclaims and grans a can "for the road", which soon is opened while Julia leads the way over.

Yoko is much more shocked and surprised by Hiro's reaction rather than the more predictable aspect of the loud manticore waving and saying hello. It still catches her off guard a bit and even she moves back a couple of steps. She notices how the boy is much more fidgety as it is not exactly hidden from anyone. She is a bit more stiff from anxiety of the sudden "confrontation", despite the manticore simply being nice and friendly."You are friends? Ohh...I had no idea...she is loud and outgoing....but she seems nice still...do you know that other girl?", she asks, also looking a bit in another direction.
