This is more psychologically dark.  I’m intending to play a character who had been a man who casually slept around with girls without a care, let many of them think they were his girlfriends.  He was using them purely for sex without a second thought.  But things change the night we start playing, he wakes up in a strange bed, in a strange body, a woman’s body.  She is confused at first, but then she realizes she is not alone, there is a man getting into bed with her.  She is confused, nervous, a little uncomfortable, but he moves aggressively and she quickly starts enjoying it, a lot.  They go all night, before she falls asleep.

Maybe she thought it was a dream…but she wakes up, still in the strange room…still a woman.  She rubs her eyes, that is when she notices the ring.  She is a married woman.  The man last night was her husband.  It in fact was not.  Soon another man comes into the room, apologize for working all night…gives her an affectionate kiss.

It takes a little while to figure out.  But over a few days she puts the pieces together.  She is now a woman in her early 20s, already married, to a kind, successful, outgoing man.  He treats her wonderfully.  But he has a friend, his childhood best friend.  The man who she slept with.  It was not her fault at first, no idea what was happening, but she is a cheating wife.

That is the setup, though the idea is to play that first night and her putting the pieces together.  This is a story of a cheating woman.  In a wonderful happy marriage, but sleeping with her husband’s longtime friend.  My idea is the husband never finds out, but this is still not a happy story.  She feels intense guilt over what she is doing, but keeps going back to the friend for more.  It was just sex at first, but maybe she has a secret secondary relationship.  Doing things as a couple, but not as happy as her husband, the friend loves to remind her what sort of woman she really is, fuels her shame.  She could be corrupted in a number of ways.  The husband won’t find out but others might, she could be blackmailed/manipulated into doing others things.  Trying to maintain her happy life with her husband, while frequently betraying him.  It was not her fault at first, but she wanted more and got more.  She deserves the shame she feels, but she can’t stop, or admit the truth.  In truth, she might love both men, as much as she hates herself for it.
