A man must build his harem

This is something that could have multiple partners.  The idea is a modern world, except men are encouraged, almost expected, to try build harems for themselves.  The traditional idea is they go for one woman first, standard process of dating, getting to know each other and then eventually getting married.  But both understand that is only the first step.  The man is encouraged to pursue the (adult) women around his wife.  Friends, sisters, coworkers, neighbors.  Or women like that (other than family, though cousins and other more distant relatives are acceptable) around him.  If he is older, it not considered out of line to go after women like adult step-daughters, or female friends of their sons or daughters.  There is no limit to how many women they can have.  Women know this whole system as well, it is not considered cheating by anyone involved.  It can even be a source of pride/a turn on for some, to be part of larger harems.

Of course a woman is not expected to just spread her legs for a man, just because he is married to someone close to her (though some do, of course,  But it varies by individual).  There is usually still varying degrees of 'courtship'.  There might be some competition within the harem, for being the man's favorite.  The first wife does not always keep that position, and some men break the tradition in modern days, going after two or three women at the same time before marrying one, leading to some usually friendly rivalry between the women (again, not considered cheating).  Of course in some harems, some of the women also explore intimate relationships with each other as well.

The idea is to explore the formation of a new harem.  A young man (18-early 20s), who may or may not already have the first woman/wife, looking to build a harem.  A fun exploration of such an idea, seeing how everyone reacts and how involved the women are in bringing new women into it (they all expect him to look for more women, and approve, but whether they are passive or try to help him is another question).  This could be multiple people playing, or one person playing a number of women.  There is a lot of flexibility on who the women are and whether they are connected to the man, first woman, or strangers.
