Why not have it like this - everyone takes a turn, but not as in a set order, rather, its for gm to wait till everyone responds or smth like that

I'd put a timer on it - if you haven't replied within X days, we'll progress the scene assuming your character takes the most logical/character appropriate action.

Otherwise, these things have a way of withering on the vine when one person doesn't respond for a while.

Absolutely, I intend to keep some momentum. It's assumed if you don't post that your character is staying safe and not pushing the story forwards.

I have also an idea of players typing "skip" if they want their character to be a bit idle and see how story unfolds itself further, as in, skipping thier turn.

Sure thing. The best way to join is to peruse through the cortex prime rules.

If not there's a discussion for Tower of the Lewd Wizard with the stats for all the PCs. There's also a lot of discussion above you can read for how play works. Or you can just ask. 

Post your character in the discussion and tell me how you want them introduced to the story and you are welcome to join.

Limits are not only for me, but for the players when they interract. As a safety tool we can retcon or skip any interraction that makes you uncomfortable.
