Though he doesn't look as thickly built as some of his associates in Public Security, his body leans more toward lean-muscled with tone. Not one to let his vices catch up to him, one can often catch him jogging the streets of the Colony City every morning, with a few visits to a local gym to help make sure he stays in tip-top shape without leaning too far to either end of the spectrum (leaning a little more into toned and built is fair game though).

Place of Employment: Public Security Precinct #9, East Colony Sector

Short Description: For better or worse, Precinct 9 has become something of a joke among Public Security for housing arguably the most comedic, problematic, and otherwise unusual agents in the whole Ark. Much more capable and skilled personnel tend to go to one of the other, more prestigious Precincts for work, or even within Headquarters, whereas those of certain test scores, temperaments, and quirks tend to wind up here. Despite this notoriety, the Precinct has managed to turn itself around in past times and managed to become much more capable than it'sever been, but it's still nowhere near any of the other Precincts. Under the guidance of 'Chief Benny', the myriad of slackers, problematics, and delinquents have evolved into capability, but are still riddled with quirks that hold them back from becoming the hardest-working Precinct on the ship, but nevertheless create enough waves to be known ship-wide. The whole of the Precinct within seems to be full of those with close camaraderie and friendly demeanors, but are also quick to be competitive with those from other Precincts... Again, for better or worse.

Gear: Generally, Public Security Agents aren't required to carry a great deal on them. A simple sidearm is arguably the most dangerous thing an Agent is generally allowed to carry, though tech advancements have created a reliable sidearm that employs a different kind of stopping power. Though cartridge weapons are still used every now and then, especially for excursions outside of the Ark, within its sanctity energy-based weapons with select-power capability have become the norm for being able to stop rowdy humans or alien species without lasting harm. In addition, Agents are generally required to carry a number of Hardlight Links (think futuristic handcuffs) to restrain targets without subjecting them to intense pain (this is definitely a case-by-case, user-by-user basis though). Finally, especially preferred among Precinct 9 and still in use in other locales for those who like to get down and dirty up close, the Stun Baton is a reliable piece with a traditional inoperational mode for that archaic feel, but can employ varying levels of shock capability ranging from a little tingle to a debilitating zap. Delinquent types have also discovered they make amazing backscratchers, hair stimulators, and wands (yes, those kind).

Vehicles: The Ark is a big place, and so vehicles naurally make getting around the open areas easier. Traditionally, vehicles based on an Earth design with some space age modifications tend to be used primarily around Precinct 9, from proper cars and armored vehicles to motorcycles and the like. Rayner is especially find of motorcycles, and generally any kind of vehicle that can be considered fast, dangerous, and exciting. More often than not, Agents at Precinct 9 tend to personalize their vehicles, sometimes to the point of going against regulations, but never have they gone over the line.

- In her human form Isleen's her ears, fur and tail vanish. Her skin is fair and she has long creamy hair that flows to her buttocks. On the back of her neck she has a marking that indicates that she is from one of the seven rabbit clans. She has curves in all the right places and her breasts are a modest D cup. Her eyes stay the same colour. She is often seen wearing something like this unless she is attending an event that requires her to dress in particular attire. She can speak in human form.

She has long hair which is black where the tips of her faintly hairs glow the same color as the other lights on her body which almost gives an iridescent look to it. The glowing parts can change to any color possible. But usually colors are specific for certain modes. Commonly she wears a black colored fabric sleeved leotard under a white fiberous composite armoring that has light diodes on it. She also wears thigh high socks that are black with white bands and white knee high combat style boots that have 2 black stripes on the outer part of the calf. This is her typical clothing and she usually does not stray from it. Short, thick appendages serve as hair and she possess a long tail with a some small nubs around its tip and she has a long tongue, much longer than any human. Small, red “bubbles” adorn her hairline and thighs like jewels, their biological function unknown.
