The city of Blackfort was, to put it lightly, an absolute hellhole. In a world populated by only females and futanari, it was the worst kind of place to live in. Reports of violence, looting and rape by delinquents were rampant, and the local authorities couldn't handle it. One day, however, a mysterious woman offered a proposal to the government:

"If delinquents are a problem, then we should find young, capable women who want to put an end to such madness?"

And so, the Delinquent Corrector program was born, where young women across the country were selected, given intense training and weapons: (non-lethal, mind you) and a drive to bring something resembling order to society. One of these promising young women was Hanako Arasawa. This is her tale.

Hanako knelt behind a dumpster, which was near the hideout of Dead Forge, one of the more infamous delinquent gangs out there. As she waited for an opening, she heard two of the members talk about the atrocities they have committed.
