It's essentially what Robin did to Dylan. She rolled hot and hit, hard. She got a string and I got to choose how I acted. I chose promise something I think she wants. I thought she wanted me to go to the party. Turns out she did, I took the experience so now I have to go.

Her intent was not to hurt me, but it could have been.

@WritesNaughtyStories I would say following the current thread Selene would most likely be walking and just trying to consider where to start in a possible search for Charlotte, since getting her boss to buy alcohol for her is probably not her greatest idea. So for the moment she would be wandering and keeping an eye out for anything that might help, possibly in the direction of Robin's place as a backup.

I imagine Selene doesn't have a phone yet, unless her father got her one.

Funny you should mention that, I just posted seeing Selene out as if she was looking. You might be able to get an assistant who would be very happy to know where Robin lives.

I guess they're aware of the existence of social networks but may not understand just how powerful and pervasive they are. Guess they're about to find out.

What of the clothes - if any, honestly - did Dylan manage to get?

Should I maybe take the "Pariah" Condition? It feels like this is going to be fairly major.

Not yet necessarily, Dylan can still salvage the situation, the cashier hasn't even started to process any of the wares. So if he wants them he'll have to solve this somehow.

The ball is in your court. How does Dylan react? How does Selene react?

Someone is going to pull a Carrie by the end of this, and up till now, I would have put money on it being Velvet. But if Dylan's luck doesn't turn around...

I'll let Selene respond to the clerk's direct question while I try to figure out how Dylan sorts this out. The best I can see is ask what makes her think Dylan's a boy and pressing from there to try to shut her down? That's pretty risky at this point as they already failed their turn someone on attempt and Dylan rolls cold at -1.

I made the leap to eXtacy on Dylan's behalf, but if they're sure of it, they could take one with a knowing smile and say, "Nope, not a roofie, better - it's vitamin X."

It's getting pretty tense. What will Dylan choose to do? The clerk seems pretty conviced, but how does Selene feel about this?

There's some momentum on these scenes. I've barely had time to learn my moves, or I suppose they're called reactions.

Dylan's taking the pill. It's the only responsible thing to do - couldn't give it out at a party without trying it, could they? But I don't think it's worth a post until after we know what happens when they take it. Although, I guarantee they tell the clerk "You may be disappointed," in response to her threat to show Selene their dick. Although, on the upside we'll know the truth of it finally (how do I determine what that truth is, exactly?)

Open question, I guess. What does these pill do? The abyss showed us a smiling Dylan. So it should be something that mellows one out. Makes them feel at ease. Are they supernatural? What side effects are there?

I figured MDMA has that kind of effect which I why I chose it. So they get a little mood boost, anxiety relief, some relatively minor psychedelic effects, maybe some extra arousal - but in the long run, nothing super dangerous. I implied that whoever made Dylan gave it to them some times - does it make them especially horny and compliant - essentially giving everyone a +1 to turn Dylan on?
