"Outside realities and time..." Sean pondered. "Y'know what, I'm going to do something for myself for a change. I'd love to stay," he excitedly said, a smile of his own brightening up his features. He slid the guestbook over to himself, and wrote his full name. "Now, could you elaborate on 'fulfill their desires' for me?" He asked naively.

StaffPeach: She blushed a bit at his question, scratching the side of her head nervously. "Oh...um...well, desires can be any number of things. This island usually caters to desire of a...specific kind, but also others as well. We have a beach, Entertainment district, bars, a research facility, and not many rules outside of just not forcing yourself on others. And our staff is well trained at tending to any...um, needs you may have, may they typical, trivial, or even...sexual." Her face maintains a red hue as she reaches under the desk to grab the man a key for his room and then offers it to him. "Does that answer satisfy your question?"

It was Sean's turn to blush. He hadn't really expected an answer like that, and felt a little sorry for making the staff member so embarrassed. He coughed to clear the tension in his throat. "Ok, I see, thanks..." He trailed off, looking at the name plate on her breast, "Peach, thanks, Peach." He took the room key, gently brushing against her hand accidentally.

StaffComet: As the young female finished  her registration the magics activated tying her to the island as a resident and high above them a room constructed itself within the hotel complex for her needs. Behind the desk a tagged key appeared that would allow access to the room and Comet retrieved it to hand it to her right as she posed her question.

Glancing around, he noted that peach was waiving off another new guest who seemed to be taking quite a shine to her, and he was about to regretfully decline the fox girl's request when a familiar blue tinted Cyclops made her appearance, walking in from the direction of the entertainment resort in her blue and white uniform (her colours inverted from the standard white with blue accents since she found that a light outfit clashed with her natural colours). In no rush to get off her break, Star Gazer was still leisurely sipping at a slushee she'd gotten while out as she made her way back towards the front desk.

"Ah, Star, great timing." greeted the pink toned alien, turning his telepathy towards her. "This guest has requested I escort her to her room. Could you please take over my  spot at the front desk while I take care of this?"

StaffStar: The young cyclops blinked once at the request and then turned her attention to the fox tailed new guest who seemed no older than she was. She focused on the girl's features and, as was not entirely uncommon when she met someone new, Star was granted glimpses of Tia's future. What was a bit surprising was that in those glimpses she spotted the girl in some rather steamy positions intertwined with a rather familiar pink from.

Star turned her eye over to Comet and gave him a small smirk. "Sure thing pinkie. I'll cover for ya~" Moments like these she really bemoaned the fact that she couldn't wink.

StaffComet: The orderly staff member raised his eyebrow at the younger cyclops' implication-laden tone, but shook his head dismissively and returned to face the fox girl. "My co-worker here will be taking my position as greeter, so it would be my pleasure to show you to your room. As for your second question, you may address me as Comet."

He walked out from behind the guest and motioned towards the elevators. "This way, if you will."

Watching the pink alien exchange with the cyclops was surprising to herself. For she couldn't hear what was exchanged so she got lost in some of her thoughts wondering what her room was like.

When she hears his answer she couldn't contain her happiness as her tail wagged happily then runs after him to the elevators.

"Thank you, Comet. I'm sorry for taking you away from work," Tia says apologetically at the same time she wasn't because she felt comfortable around the alien. Giving him a smile her tail accidentally brushes against him time to time not paying attention how it sways behind her.

StaffComet"Oh nonsense." he replied with a smile. "Attending to the needs of guests is every bit as much my duty as managing the front desk. I just try to make sure that there is never a new guest who wanders in without someone waiting ready to greet them." Saying this, he walked into the open elevator doors with her and handed the girl her room key. "As you see, each of the public floors are listed on the control panel here, so anyone can reach the restaurant or poolside amenities whenever they wish. However, for security's sake the only way to get to a guest's private room is either by being invited and escorted by staff, or with use of the room key into the keyslot at the bottom of the panel. That said, do not worry about getting your room key stolen. The magics of this hotel will only allow another person than you to use your key if you have willingly granted them possession of it."

Motioning towards the panel, he allowed the new guest to either insert her room key or choose one of the public floors herself if she decided she wanted a tour of the hotel before going to her quarters. Once she made her decision the elevator doors slid closed and the pair were spirited away from the lobby.

Comet and Tia have left the lobby area.

StaffStar: The cyclops took her position behind the front desk and leaned over on top of it, resting her cheek in her palm as she observed the pair go off towards the elevators. Once the doors closed them off from sight, Star permitted herself a light sigh as she thought over the glimpses of carnal pleasure her visionary powers had granted her.

She clicked her tongue lightly before speaking to herself but not really caring who might overhear. "Lucky girl..."

Biting her lower lip at the thought of all the places to go before her she felt herself putting her key card in to gain access to her new quarters.

"I guess I want to take a look at the room," she says a little nervously then looks at him questioning," Would I have some clothes that I could change to? I don't really know how long i was in the forest and i could use some..."

Tia shook her head at the thoughts of being in the forest her tail swishes behind her quickly it brushes up against him as she tries to control herself.

  • 1 month later...

Derek's feet touched the ground, placing the bag behind him. The hotel rose before him as he wondered through the lobby doors. This was not what he expected.

Derek had just been flying through low orbit,, before noticing Sweet Treat Island. An island that wasn't on his radar in previous missions in the area. Maybe it was meant to be and exactly what he needed to begin his retirement. Derek noticed some of the other guests lounging around the lobby, hoping his presence didn't disturb anyone else's 'vacation'.

StaffLemon: "H-hello there, Sir!" Lemon greeted the new guest from the front desk. "If y-you are looking for a room, or have any q-questions, I can help you." The timid desk girl motioned for him to come over to the desk. Lemon was just as fidgety and shy as she usually was, as she waited for the new arrival to walk over.

StaffLemon: "O-oh...well that's not surprising.  I'm very sorry if this is a inconvenience for you, but your no longer in the world you came from anymore." She looks down and starts to rub her arm nervously.  "You see. At some point i. Your journey...you crossed into this world. That's how all who come here end up here." She looks back up at him and tries to reassure him. "B-but if your here that means that something about haven between worlds called out and resonated with you. I-I mean, there's a chance that the island can provide something that you desire. This place exists to allow those that come here to indulge in their... d-desires for eternity, if they wish." She panics for a moment realizing she left out something important that without knowing may make some people uneasy. "But you can leave when and return to your world when ever you want of course. But if you leave I can't promise you'll find your way back to this place with out aid from our benefactors." She bows deeply. "Again. I'm sorry if this is a inconvenience!"

Derek's expression became a look of confusion. "A different world?" The idea wasn't completely crazy given his history, but he felt un-easy still. This was mainly due to his paranoia from his ex-superhero gig. He shook his head waiving off those hectic thoughts. "I need to relax, this may be weird as hell, but exactly what I need. May I have one of the nicest rooms you have, I plan on staying awhile." Derek fished into his pants pocket looking for his wallet.

StaffLemon: "Oh! That's great news!" She perks up a bit, and grabs the guestbook and slides it over to him. "I-If you wish for a room sir, all you have to do is sign your name into the guestbook. Once you do..." She pulls out a key from under the desk. "This key will become attuned to you, and the matching room w-will be shift to match your taste." She holds a pen out to him. "T-thats okay right?"

StaffLemon: Once he signs the book, she slides the key across the counter to him. "T-thank you. Here's is your key." She felt as though she should address what he said about the magic of the island. "The magic that courses through this island is controlled by two beings that refer to themselves as wisps. They are the ones who have made the island what it is today. You may see them around if they aren't busy." She then reached under the desk again and bulls out a small book. "We have started to hand these out to guest now. This is the Staff Catalog. If you can't find companionship with one of our other guest, or you require some service, this book will tell you who among our staff is available and where they are. P-please make use of this if you need to."

Had it been Hawaii, he'd certainly been in the place ideal. Away from massive cities, away from everything, more relaxing than the lake beaches in Kansas and Texas. Instead he'd accidentally bought the wrong ticket to this... Island he's been looking for. Some place to relax, maybe find a new job at the same time. Amon Vale was a young man seeking his own life, away from family, away from the chaos of everything he called "home." It was still a hell of a travel, the captain of the small vessel annoying and the crew mates always drunk. He wouldn't be missing them.

Amon Vale wax originally born in Texas. By some time his father had died when Amon was young, his mother hurt and mourning. Though he was too little to understand why his father could never come home, Amon eventually learned the truth of it and it hurt him as well, causing him to lock away his emotions and swell them up in a bottle. It was devastating, but it was the past. Amon never had a perfect life, his mother constantly moved due to her need for "affection," and whatever he thought was bullshit.

No, Amon didn't want such things, so he strived to become better than even himself. He gained straight A's all throughout middle and high school, and he was well known for his love for Football and Track at the time as well as Orchestra and Art. He still kept his violin after all this time, just one of few things Amon had inside one of the crates. All he really had were his information, clothes, instrument, game consoles, and seeds for cacti and succulents amongst random items needed.

The young man used to hunt with his friends in Kansas while he was in highschool, learning how to shoot, hunt, and survive off the land but he only ever did it for fun. He even got the chance to use actual military weapons from Vietnam, one of his friends grandfather's allowing them to use automatic rifles and throw grenades. Oh, the time he had. Him and his friends were inseparable, always online with games, always hanging out in the summer or after school, yet all things come to an end. After graduation they all became distant, most of Amon's friends moving away or going into the military, some had jobs and started families eventually.

Amon? Amon got himself a job, a rental cabin, and moved away from his mother. He wanted to make the best of his life, go on his own adventure, find some of that life or spark some magic. That was when he saved up and surprisingly he won a small lottery of fifty grand, Amon decided to leave the old world behind and find a place with less people and full of life and thrills. He wanted to make a name for himself, and that's why he decides to buy a ticket... To the wrong place!

With luggage in town; a backpack full of items and two large crates on a metal cart he borrowed for a short while, Amon left the luggage outside a hotel. He walked through the doors of the building, nervous than ever. Amon was alone with no friends to help out this time, but he needed to take his life into his own hands. That meant handling things like a man. He was on his own now.

Walking up to the front counter Amon asked the clerk, "Excuse me. You wouldn't happen to have any rooms available would you?"

StaffLemon: "Ohh! H-hello sir! Hello and w-welcome to the Honeydew Hotel." Lemon was taken aback by the man's lack of confusion. Usually those came to the island had no idea how they got there. Some magical entities would sometimes understand the islands purpose on arrival and would act very comfortably,  but this man didn't seem like he had the benefit of magic. May he knew more than she could tell, she thought. She brushed the feeling aside and pulled over the guest book. "If you would like to stay here, all you need to do is sign your name here in the guest book. O-once you do, I can give you your k-key."

Amon raised a brow at the confused woman. She kept or composure it seemed but not in tone, regardless he had places... Err, two places to be. He didn't really have any confusion himself though, more so confidence if anything, almost as if he had something to accomplish. Though he wanted to hurry up as there was more luggage on the ship. Quietly, Amon prayed those drunken idiots on board didn't get the idea to rummage through them, and even though he's payed them to not leave until he can get the other few crates Amon wasn't entirely sure they'd keep that promise.

But now it was Amon's time to be confused. Usually hotels had some form of payment right off that bat... Or was it back? Whatever the case, he was surprised to not even hear the cost of a room as the woman explained to him that he needed to sign a guest book. Trying to piece the question together Amon merely asked, "Is... There no payment method, or would I need to pay for my stay later?"
