IsabellaRose Posted May 17 Posted May 17 Guilty-ish. They're like the guilty pleasure I won't even admit to myself that I enjoy. I won't go out of my way to watch one, but when my sister comes over I always watch the damn things and either get in a good cry or a warm fuzzy feeling. Then my sister complains about her husband and wishes he was like "Hot Christmas Guy #349" instead of how he is and I immediately regret my decision. The next person loves surreal movies. 1
Minorikawa Posted May 17 Posted May 17 Not guilty, with the exception of something by Satoshi Kon. Most surreal movies feel pretentious rather than properly experimenting with film as an artistic medium. Granted, I like stuff more straightforward these days anyway. The next poster reads more non-fiction than fiction.
WritesNaughtyStories Posted May 17 Posted May 17 Guilty. Mostly leftist politics, anerchist philosophy and unschooling. Next poster owns a legitimately licensed copy of Photoshop.
IsabellaRose Posted May 17 Posted May 17 Not guilty. Affinity is my go-to. Who can afford Photoshop? The next person prefers Mac over PC.
WickedCadrach Posted May 17 Posted May 17 Not guilty. Though, I've never given Mac a fair chance. I grew up on PC and it's almost always been cheaper to let my friends swap parts or teach me how than to get a new computer. The next person still sends handwritten letters.
LEROZERO Posted May 17 Posted May 17 Not guilty. I barely send emails... Next person works from home.
Arisen Posted May 17 Posted May 17 Not guilty, I wish I did but unfortunately it is not really possible for my job. Next person is antisocial!
AsBloodTurnsEverCold Posted May 17 Posted May 17 (edited) Guilty-ish. I'm a fairly solitary creature, don't make it a habit to seek company,do not desire company, and am at least initially annoyed when I have company not on my terms and try not to socialize but I can have fun with people.. I just wouldn't put on pants to go hang out unless it was for a special occasion. My friends are all cool with that though. Next person is a social butterfly. Edited May 17 by AsBloodTurnsEverCold
LEROZERO Posted May 17 Posted May 17 Not guilty. I have a very weak social battery. Next person has that one sex position that breaks them~
AmberBi Posted May 17 Posted May 17 Guilty. Doggy style with BF. He just knows how to hit the right spots, internally and externally that will make me cum hard, long and after that I am done for. The next person has been caught having sex in public.
WritesNaughtyStories Posted May 17 Posted May 17 Guilty. On a beach attached to a military base. Mercifully not by her husband but a pair of similarly degenerate enlistees who gave me an "oh yeah!" and fucked off. Next poster has or does self-harm.
WickedCadrach Posted May 17 Posted May 17 Guilty. I don't anymore. But when I was in college, I was at a breaking point where I knew I was living a lie and didn't know how to escape, so I started cutting. It started small but I didn't really have anyone to catch me in the act or that I trusted to talk about it. At its worst, I wrote 'poison' and 'liar' on my thigh with a knife. I did find someone who cared eventually and I've only regressed once since then, but I have a lot of scars on my thighs, some up by my elbow on my forearm. The next person has stitched a wound. 1
Cyrusmalady107 Posted May 18 Posted May 18 Not guilty, though I did have to learn how to pack a stab/gunshot wound in high school, it’s a shame that students have to go through this sort of thing in school nowadays… (Ps, use this as a mental health check in, however that may be for you, it could be just a simple grounding exercise, or even just calling a loved one, whatever it may be, use the time after reading this to do just that) the next poster regularly goes to a therapist 1
LEROZERO Posted May 18 Posted May 18 Not guilty. They don't work, I prefer to just sit in my room and cry for a few minutes, then go to bed. Next person has watched a movie that recently made them cry.
AsBloodTurnsEverCold Posted May 18 Posted May 18 (edited) Guilty. I don't exactly full on cry at movies but some tears? Admittedly yeah and some movie called The 100th Love with You that I watched in a bet that I wouldn't feel anything. I lost that bet. I don't even really like the movie it just got me at the end. Next person has never felt scared by a horror movie. Edited May 18 by AsBloodTurnsEverCold
WritesNaughtyStories Posted May 18 Posted May 18 Guilty. Uncomfortable, amused (both ironically and utterly psychotically) and ashamed of myself for how into the fictional misery of others I can be, yes. But frightened, no. And the whole Hellraiser franchise kind of makes me wish I believed in the supernatural - Jamie Clayton can tear me apart anytime she wants. Next poster loved Sense8.
IsabellaRose Posted May 18 Posted May 18 Not guilty, but only because I haven't watched it. It's been on my list for a long time. The next person wants to suck or lick a very specific part of someone's anatomy that's right there with them right now.
LEROZERO Posted May 18 Posted May 18 Hmm...Not guilty, but I do wanna lick some wine-covered thighs right now... Next person is in the mood but their partner is already asleep.
IsabellaRose Posted May 18 Posted May 18 Guilty!! It's making me crazy. I'm SO in the mood right now. Sigh. Deep breaths... count to ten. The next person has a trick to help them calm down when things get out of hand.
LEROZERO Posted May 18 Posted May 18 Guilty. I either smack myself or I start rapidly snapping when stressed. Keeps me from zoning out because just forgetting about the issue never helps... Next person has been in a car wreck recently.
WickedCadrach Posted May 18 Posted May 18 Not Guilty. Just kind of lucky I guess. Never having owned a car probably helps those odds though... The next person has a go-to memory that always gets them hot and bothered.
Minorikawa Posted May 18 Posted May 18 Semi-guilty. It's not a "go-to", but when I think about it, I get in a mood. The next poster likes to zone out and just listen to an album (can be specific, can be any) from start to finish sometimes.
AsBloodTurnsEverCold Posted May 18 Posted May 18 Guilty! Deca's The Way Through is not only the first album I heard from him but its also just all the way through incredible boom bap / arthop album full of poetry I can just sit back and enjoy. Next person is always listening to music when they write
WickedCadrach Posted May 18 Posted May 18 Guilty. A good 90% of the time anyway. I can't really listen to anything with lyrics though, since it makes it very difficult for me to get into a flow state. So I end up listening to a lot of soundtracks and instrumental playlists. The next person is a snacker and usually has a bite of something between meals.
IsabellaRose Posted May 18 Posted May 18 Guilty, but I'm boring and it's usually fresh fruit or veggies. The next person has a favorite instrumental album or soundtrack that they want to share with us all...
