was about to start working on my gal but i realized vile and valor dont really fit for the categories in the title with her being a powered civilian, any suggestions on what I should put down there?

as a side note im thinking of actually making her a bit stronger then described but the "strength" is highly contextual, with her powers being restricted to working on those she has kissed, fucked, or the like. but not in a "controlling" people kind of way, but rather she gets odd things like being able to see through the eyes of someone she kissed, swapping places with someone she hugged, borrowing a power from someone she sucked off (if applicable), the appearance of someone she eats out, or full on amplifying the power of someone she fucked.. that last one being the big one since some viles want to take advantage of that and capture her for their own use once she learns her own abilities.

I feel like its a bit on the nose for a smut super having sex powers... but frankly where else will I get a chance to play with something like this?

You can just put [Neutral]. Things might more or less revolve around the factors in the title but I made sure to try and account for everything in between and outside.

That sounds awesome to be honest. Go for it! As far as you wanna go. 
On the nose is good especially if its for something really fun.

any other ideas for contextual powers? im currently thinking it might be fun if I left a few blank slots to add in additional powers along the same line if conditions are met (IE her power knows the difference between BDSM sex and vanilla sex, changing what her power does)

Maybe you could increase the intensity of said powers depends on performance? The more she enjoys it the stronger the effect? Or like rough sex provides stronger but shorter duration but vanilla sex is longer lasting but slower? Something like that? 

Maybe masturbating with someone or having someone watch her confers telepathy? 
A Handjob could confer a lay on hands healing effect?

She's looking pretty interesting. I'm interested to see her fleshed out and that's a great name! 

For the [Potential] stat she would have a C grade in order to have a +2 (or if she's boosting people, give them +2 grades in stat increases)  or you can boost it to B for a +3 since you've basically given her D (and an F lol) in everything.

putting that up to B seems the most fitting, especially if I can apply that to other people temporarily, hell I want to argue for either an A or a boost to the duration of the buff, with the caveat that she needs to... well fuck a certain amount to trigger it, and it does not need her consent to trigger it?

I think for a character like this given the premise I'd be willing to allow that. 
Maybe as it concerns duration its (+1 post) every time she fucks a certain person (or gets fucked depending on that situation) to the duration and I'd say you can go ahead and give her an A in potential if you'd like.

Though maybe contextually you could also tie the grade increase to the act
B normally but at 3+ fucks in a session it turns into an A and at 4+ Fucks it starts to add duration or a certain TYPE of sex does that

Just a suggestion though I'm fine with you bumping it up to A given the premise. Its pretty fair given what has to be done to get the boost anyway.

I think putting potential at a raw A would be good to keep it simple, but putting that generally in the hands of the other party feels fitting... that said 3+ fucks? 1 fuck might be 15 posts so im a little spooked by that XD unless im missing mechanical details for how this works?

No special mechanics or anything like that! Was only give flavor suggestions or potential mechanics lol.
It is possible though, some people like their very long sex scenes (or at least abridging them). A raw A is good enough but you could connect the results to context with like romantic sex being what increases the duration but its up to you.

I want her to basically be a damsel in distress with a twist, as an amp type with next to no self control shes basically a mcguffin in her own right, which seems like it will be fun! and it also has the potential for her to become an amazing amp hero... or get corrupted into a major villain's support! I feel like there is a lot of room for shenanigan's and I adore it<3

Oh absolutely it could go so many ways and everyone's got a reason to pursue or save in that case! I could see a number of good storylines taking advantage of such a gift. Really fun character idea!

I really wanted something that was not the protagonist, but also not fully a side character, and I think this strikes a nice balance frankly

also, as a side note, im plannin to basically have a mini mechanic related to my appearance, have not locked down the details quite yet but now and then ill basically give the mike to whoever im roleplaying with and let them describe how my character looks, with them being encouraged to switch a few things up when they do... im planning to explain it again using my weird genetics responding to being observed, with only say a tattoo staying consistent between forms

Yep! currently her "mainstay" powers are-

1-eye of the beholder- her appearance changes based on what the person who is observing her most desires
2-Object of desire- her body radiates a faint scent, non supers in the area rapidly gain arousal in proportion to how distinctly they smell the scent. supers who smell the scent have any feelings of arousal they feel amplified but it will not create arousal where there is none to begin with.
3-Touch of Venus- those who touch DNangel are affected with her harmless toxins, having different effects based on the emotions felt during contact, the duration of contact, the intensity of the contact, and the duration of contact... the specifics will be discussed in her "sidepiece powers" section later

I plan to flesh out her abilities given the chance, but those three kinda serve as the core, and none of them she can directly control... also in the event that she capitalizes on the heightened potential im intending to mainly amp the pheromones to cause... basically random nonsense as she looses the little consistency her powers box of chocolates style effect has to drop control down to an F- or below

Good foundation to build off of there I think. Negatively affecting control is an interesting idea but makes sense too. It'll for sure be interesting to see how that works out especially in relation to others as it happens
