DID our captive talk, when she's permanently muted ? And spellresistance blocks that telepathy or? if not, then she's beheaded immediately by the guard. 

 

And, should we post our continual effects somewhere? 

- Nepthtys has: See Invisible, Detect Magic, Endure Elements, Comprehend Languages (allways on), as well as Spell Res 18

I have all the continual effects on the sheet, but i think its hard for you to look them up every time. 

And as she captive used telepathy, the knight with his swords on its throat, beheaded her...and we need to go to plan B then.

(I suggest you to make "thread" for youself, and post all that info in one opening post on there.)

I know that spell I was asking what spell you were using to bind her soul to her corpse

Edit: Or was that just a description thing?

Double Edit: Or are you under the impression animate dead does that? Because it unfortunately does not.

To create intellogent undead from its former self. (Im not creating powerful being like ghast etc, vut lowly skeleton but with its soul intact.. on of the worst trips necromancers can do. And now, just destroy the undead to forever deny its resurrection or what not...)

Ah, the old do intelligent Undead contain the original soul philosophical inquiry. This has been studied extensively and by RAW only very few certain ones do. In my game creating Undead does not trap the soul of the bodies original possessor with the exception of intelligent Undead it says have souls.

However as this is a fun idea I will allow it this once, however in the future you may only bind souls with spells and items that are designed for that purpose or by creating Undead specifically said to contain the original soul. However I will also allow Undead with souls to be created if the original soul consents.

Well that would be the original soul consenting. For pathfinder soul related spells off the top of my head; create soul gem, familiar melding, magic jar, marionette possession, parasitic soul, soul bind, soul transfer and trap the soul (though this last one is a bit of a misnomer as it traps your body as well as your soul)
