This is the classroom for 1st year students.

For the first official day of classes Luther von Braun arrived at the school as early as he usually did, before the sun came up.  He entered his class and made certain the windows were locked and the blinds were closed.  He began to write on the white board.

He then went over to his desk and cleaned it up organizing it, logging onto the computer, and then getting out a book while he waited the several hours it would be before any students showed up.

Spelling error

Atmer got a little lost, having to ask for help finding the classroom. When he found it, he walked in and saw @Solomon sitting at the desk. His voice was brighter than he had spoke at the opening ceremonies to the teacher, but it was still muffled by the muzzle. "Good morning Mr. Braun." He found a desk in the front and set his bag on the ground next to it.

Julia Paternus, having just woken from a nap outside, decides to take a short cut. She tries to enter through the window, but finding it closed tight. She grumbles heavily and then takes the much longer way inside and up towards the classroom. She enters through the door and doesn't bother to look around much. The naked manticore slithers down to a free seat where she sits down. Still kind of groggy as she yawns and stretches her body. Her large tail lazily swoshes about her, occasionally opening a bit to reveal the strange pussy-like inside of it. She seems very disinterested, but knows she better show up at the very least.

[Icarian Dreams]

The first thing that signified that Misty found the right classroom was a reverbing, ghostly giggling that suddenly filled the classroom. The second thing was the young translucent girl backflipping through the wall around a meter above the ground with little care for the world. It takes her a moment to realize that she's not exactly alone in the room. As soon as she does, however, she straightens up in a way exaggerated fashion, and gives a militaristic salute towards Luther. "Goooood mornin, P'sor!" She exclaimes, a bit too loud for most people's comfort, then flies to the very back of the class, intending to occupy the undoubtedly best spot in the class.

Amelia walked inside of the classroom as she nervously looked around. The large dress that she was wearing covered the mass of tentacles that writhed underneath unnoticeably beneath the thick cloth that she wore. "G-Good morning." She managed to stutter in a kind voice as she had ended up missing the beginning orientation due to the fact that as she was moving to Sunveil, she had to repack her bags since she almost forgot to pack extra clothes, she had taken the wrong train. . . twice and had then gotten lost in the city but thankfully she managed to find her way at least before the first year class orientation began! So, she considered that a victory in her books. She looked around before hurrying over as she spotted an open seat. As she did so though, her toes bumped against the ground as she was setting her foot down. "Ah!" She called out as she fell down with a thump on the floor. "Ow." She murmured as she got back up rather quickly with her face aflush and flustered. 

[The Dark King]

Most would find him odd, not that he looked of it, since he was in a monster school after all. No, in fact he seemed interested and often stared at the most common of things. Not to mention he rarely spoke to anyone. So when Levi, a rather six foot eight man with pale skin and empty eyesockets that were filled with nothing but darkness in the place of eyes entered. Not a sound or word even came from him. He even still wore the old fashioned tuxedo and the top hat as he walked right into the room. He didn't even pick a desk, just turned his attention to the board. One of his fingers reaching up to poke at it, his gaze fixated on it.

This was Levi, a new student who enrolled and was there for his first day of class. Though no emotion could be seen from his face, and no heart even pumped in the body he occupied. The creature was a bit excited to experience new and interesting things. To see what this world and school could offer him.

[Godot]

Knowing that Hiroshigae Saeki has to attend this orientation class, he stumbles about as he rushes to it with his satchel bag containing his things, straightening his tie along the way and then finally entering the classroom. The moment he enters that classroom, it's as if a rabbit has entered a lion's den. He meekly looks around for a moment, noticing all the strange faces that he has to spend hours with in the future. He takes a deep breath and tries to ignore the appearance of every monster.

He talks to himself in his mind. "What in the fresh hell did I just get myself into?! This is the orientation class, right? Yeah, right! Keep it calm, Hiro." Seeming nervous, he is trying to avoid eye contact with anyone, including the teacher. He rushes over to one of the seats up front, placing down his bag in a rather hurried way, then putting his hands on the table, fiddling with his thumbs, appearing really nervous. So far, he is the only human in this class. His outer self seems to be inactive and scared, yet his inner self, also known as his mind, is hustling and bustling. He also hopes that nobody is a mind reader. "It's okay. They're all good people, and I'll soon get used to them." And with that, he continued to stare at the table, his glasses almost falling off of his face every now and then, but he manages to push them back on each time.

Hiroshigae, being a regular human and all, is flustered just from being present in class. He gulps once and remains silent for now, occasionally glancing over to the door, to see who else arrives.

[JennyDK]

The door eases open very slowly and carefully and a very covered individual dares enter. A girl in what looks like a robe-like outfit with massively long sleeves and a weird parchment draped in front of her face from the top of an oriental styled hat. She looks around quietly before fully entering. Yoko knows her way of getting around is far  from discreet, so she does her best to make her jumps small and look more controlled. This causes her to almost stumble around onto the floor or into other desk and midway down the aisle of desks, she decides to simply take the nearest seat and soon enough she sits there nervously, not sure how much of an ass she made of herself.

[Solomon]

Luther greets the students as they enter with a nod. The tallest of the group stands at the board poking. "If you would please, pick a desk and sit down at it so I may begin with attendance and then my lesson." He chose his words carefully, as the first year he taught, he had used take a seat and those of a fey persuasion took his words literally. He had to wait a couple weeks for the chairs to be replaced. With the tall student at least out of the view of the board for the rest of his students Luther stands up and takes attendance. He frowned slightly as there were a lot more absent or late than should be on the first day.

"Well it is a pleasure to meet you all I, Mr. von Braun, will be you teacher today." He gazes out over the class then lightly clasps his hands together "Let us begin th-" A couple late students arrive and Luther marks them as present. "NOW Let us begin. So a normal day here at Iron Claw Academy consists of 3 one and half hour classes a day with two fifteen minute breaks in between ending at 1 p.m. for lunch after which you can partake in a number of extracurricular activities or take an extra class should you so wish. I typically am here until nightfall so if you ever need any assistance I will usually be in this room. Any questions on that or shall I continue?"

Atmer sat quietly at his desk, trying his best to listen to what Mr. Braun was saying. There were so many different types of beings in the class that he was thankful of the muzzle he wore. Without the filters, he would probably be sneezing constantly. He looked over beside him and saw a human male @Godot in the next desk over. He gave him a quick wave hi and then turned back to make sure he didn't get in trouble.

Julia, sitting and still yawning is only about half way there, but does notice how the orientation has begun. Last night was another one of hanging out with friends and perhaps a few drinks too many. She is never hungover, but she does grow quite sleepy from it the next day. She lifts her head lazily, then realizes she really didn't have any questions to ask and thus lies down once more.

Yoko, still trying to hide herself a little, despite her desk being more or less in the center of the room veryyyy slowly raises her hand and with a faint voice asks her question."Uhmm..yesss...mr. Braun @Solomon , uhmmm, sir...yess...well...so, what...what...do you recommend that...uhhmm...we have ready on day one..uhmm...sir?", she stumbles over her words over and over, nervous as Hell, but oddly appearing overly cute in her attempt to convey her inquiry.

[Godot]

Just before class starts, Hiro smiled towards Yoko @JennyDK once she finally made it. He felt more relieved now that she was there as well, and even more relieved that she made it without a problem. That's when he looked up towards Mr. Braun as he began to speak, listening to his every word to make sure he gets everything. He even took out his notebook and noted some things down, constantly looking up and down from it.

He feels the quick peer from Atmer @Thatannoyinggod and looks over to her. He nods once in return, returning the wave with his pen still in his hand. He did return his attention to the teacher though, continuing to write down important things. He remains silent for now.

Amelia was looking around the room as she saw so many people. She gulped hoping that she'd be able to make friends with them without embarrassing herself. She wasn't exactly the smoothest person to say hi as more often than not she always finds a way to embarrass herself. She felt her tentacles writhing underneath her dress. She bit her lip as she felt her tendrils make her skirt bulge out briefly before it flattened itself underneath. She was curious thought about many of the people here though! 

An actual full human at least @Godot looked like one, then there was the manticore who was practically naked (that made Amelia's cheeks burn red as she unintentionally admired that lovely form), her gaze switched to the jiangshi @JennyDK and wondered if she felt warm or cold as Amelia had never really interacted with many undead monsters before. Of course, with her lack of experience with undead, she wanted to also know more about the ghost that was seated in the back. @Icarian Dreams

But as Mr. von Braun asked about questions, there was one that popped up in her mind. "Um, Mr. von Braun, what kind of extracurriculars are there here?" Her voice coming out a bit squeaky and she flushed as her voice was way too tense which caused the squeak.

"Well Ms. Yoko @JennyDK, notebooks, loose, paper, pencils, pens, a pencil sharpener, and an eraser would all be good to have. Textbooks will be provided for you based on the classes you choose today. Aside from those you shouldn't need much. Any other questions?" Mr. von Braun notes the various students dispositions disappointed in the apparent laziness of some and proud of the studiousness of others.  "And Ms. Amelia @OlrukTheSmall I will get to that after I go over the various classes and the requirements for graduation."

[Icarian Dreams]

The moment Misty heard Luther ask "Any questions", her hand shot upwards. The moment he adds "on that", it went straight back down. Ugh. Why did he have to be so precise. After a moment her hand did, however go back up, as did the rest of the ghost girl, as she decided to shout over everyone else. "I have a question!" before anyone can react, she goes on to ask it: "Are PE classes mandatory for ghosts? It's not like I have a body to train." She accentuated the "body" part in an almost mocking manner.

Having a good vantage point, she looked around the class, waiting for Luther to answer. She spotted a weird tentacle-related girl @OlrukTheSmall looking at her, so she gave a wink, pointing ghostly finger guns at her. Her attention quickly shifted, as she noticed the naked manticore @JennyDK, and her eyes almost popped out at the sight.

Wrong color & bad life... umph... word choices

Julia is snapped out of her lovely light slumber as the ghost girl @Icarian Dreams is making such a racket. She lifts her head and body to sit upright and lightly growl."Not so loud...geez! We can hear you already", she says, but mostly in a grumbly manner. Her tail swishes about a bit more energetically than before and seeing how her nap is ruined, she remains upright, making her naked body stand out even more and easier.

Yoko is heavily startled by the ghost and nearly forget the polite answer from the teacher and she even almost stumbles out of her seat due to the shock of the loud talking and now a manticore not sounding very pleased.

[Godot]

The only human in the class decides to finally take a curious look around himself. At first, he takes a glance at Yoko, wanting to see what she's up to. This was just before the manticore known as Julia @JennyDK drew some attention to herself. He'd then squint his eyes and cringe at her loud tone as he finally shift his gaze towards her, noticing that she's naked. His eyes widen, almost popping out of their sockets, then makes a quick and jumpy turn away towards the teacher again, sitting straight and continuing to listen to the creatures talk around him. He gulps once. It's not every day you see a naked half-human half-monster creature, during class.

His mind doesn't believe it though. "I really hope I was only seeing things... That's probably how her clothes look like... Right...? RIGHT...??" He slowly starts to sweat from his forehead, taking deep breaths, writing down more things on the notepad and remaining silent.

[Icarian Dreams]

"And we can most certainly see you already, miss too-hot-for-clothes. Damn, you're making the human boy nervous!" Misty giggled deviously, as she started to notice an opportunity for something interesting to arise. It seemed she was back in the center of attention. Great! She whistled. "Wonder whatcha drawing in that little notebook of yours, human-boy!" She grinned widely, giving Hiro a playful wink. She already liked this class!

[The Dark King]

Hearing the words from the teacher, Levi simply tilted his head in his direction. Not taking his eyes off the board as he listened, though a few seconds later the large man turned around and went to take a seat at a empty desk in the front. 

Little did he pay attention to the people around him, merely keeping his head towards the board. Though once the 'teacher' began speaking, his attention was fully on him. Not saying a word, just staring at the other man as if waiting for more. 

[Solomon]

"Alright settle down all of you." Luther's hypnotic gaze meets @JennyDK Julia's briefly. He doesn't want too much power into it. He then focuses on Misty @Icarian Dreams intensely as he knows his gaze does not work on the incorporeal. He admonished the ghost girl with a calm voice. "Ms. Misty it would be best to wait for me to call on you, rather then shouting out over the class. Other teachers might have trouble seeing and hearing you, but I am very familiar with the denizens of the graveyard. Do not repeat that mistake in my class. So to answer your question. While you do not have a physical body it would still benefit you greatly to increase your abilities by moving around a mannequin for well, let us call it... phantasmal exercise. And if you would please, apologize to each other."

Anne was late for her class, slithering down the hallways at high speed as she was eating a french toast holding it only with her mouth. When she found the door of the first year class she stop in front of it sighing in relief. She put a hand on the door dome as she tried to relax her nerves 'things didn't go well yesterday, but today I'll fix it!' She determined, slammed the door open interrupting the class that had already started.

She got nervous and hurried to stand in front of everyone, her knowledge made her think that before sitting down she had to introduce herself, her tentacles moved nervously under her skirt as she began to speak. "humfubmsn hmmuhumuau hunmufabi" but she still had the toast in her mouth so she said nothing that could be understood. Ashamed, she closed her eyes and slither to the most close empty desk sitting on it, disappointed of herself, she could have stopped eating the bread and tried again, but she preferred to keep nibbling on it. 'this toast is so tasty'

Anne was listening to the other students questions as she finished her toast, her curious eyes wandering around the room over those who make questions, she was very impressed, she being a monster that comes from the deep sea not only she don't not know humans well but other species of monster from the surface as well. She was surprised to see another Scylla, and she was about to make a classic tentacular greeting but at the last moment she noticed that this girl had human legs apart from tentacles, which caused her a lot of confusion 'She is not a Scylla? then, what is she?' She start thinking that if she kept turning for a longer time she would get a scolding, so she decided to cover herself, using something she was curious about, she raised a tentacle to get Mr. Braun's attention "Teacher, why won't you be available after night falls? don't people of the surface normally still socialize even after dark?"

When the human boy is indirectly mentioned by the ghost girl @Icarian Dreams, he tenses up in his seat and trembles a little bit, not wanting to be involved in this conversation whatsoever. Sweating more than ever, he continued to look down at his notebook, which he wasn't drawing anything in, it was more like taking notes. He gulps once, looking to his left and right, sighing and hoping that he won't ever be mentioned again. He gently places his pen down, as his hand was too shaky to write anything more. He takes a deep breath and continues to look forward, not being very productive as a student, but this might be due to the pressure he's been through ever since he got here yesterday.

That is when the Scylla @Arknight entered. Since Hiroshigae was sitting up front, he was looking at the door when she came in, being able to take in her appearance. He shudders once more and thinks to himself. "Lots... and lots... of tentacles..." He looks back down at the table, gulping again like he is in some sort of trouble. "I'm going to have a hard time getting used to everyone..." He then attempts to snap out of it, seeming more calm now than moments earlier. He fiddles around with his fingers on the table, still sweating a little bit from his forehead, but that soon stops, unless he is put on the spot again.

[The Dark King]

The sudden nervousness of the human male caught the attention of the rather tall looking man. Levi turned his head towards @Godotthe boy, staring him down, the darkness of the pit of his eyes swirling as if drawled in by his presence. He would even offer him a grin if the boy looked his way. Showing off his sharp jagged teeth. 

Levi stared at the boy, not even looking away as he spoke up with a cold, emotionless and deep voice. Speaking to the teacher even if he faced the human. "Teacher.. I will not apologize for anything, I do not beg like filth.." He found himself better then this, only prey and the weak apologize and beg. Which he wasn't either. He was a King of all Ancient Shadows, the evil and darkness that once ruled before there was even a sun. The creatures who took what they wanted and killed who they pleased before there was light in the night. Though they were forced into a forest where he had to make endless darkness, he was still a creature of old and would not bend his ways for others.

[Icarian Dreams]

Catching Luther's @Solomon response in one ear, Misty rolled her eyes. Another teacher who seems to had had a stick up his arse. "Waste o' god-damn time if you ask me," she grunted under her breath. She listened to the rest of the vampire's speech with an unamused expression, stopping herself from making more remarks. The emo kid @The Dark King speaking up surprised her. She assumed Luther's mention was directed to her, but if that weirdo wanted to take the blame, she was more than willing to let him. She flew down to her seat, sticking out her tongue in the direction of the manticore girl @JennyDK when the teacher wasn't looking.
