So essentially we have 4 sections of the year that essentially alternates between mating season and "normal" season, are all these chunks equal?  As in 3 months of heat/rut 3 months of normal human behavior?  Or is mating season brief lasting a month or even a week in universe but being brutally intense well its going?...

I suppose i need to ask since we are 2 weeks from it x.x

 

 

Also on an unrelated note, are the events in spruce more cannon  here? Or is this treated as an AU at this point?

Those seasons are all equal chunks, still doing math (at work rn) but yes, everything in a particular proportion. 

There will be events however are AU at this point. Don't wanna take away from there. I guess in some sense things that happen there are canon in Spruce, but stiff that happens here are canon in Pine.

so in a practical sense, a character whos V card was taken in spruce  has the option to still be a virgin in pine?

Also can the wolves tell instantly if a mating has indeed made them pregnant?
