Guilty or Not Guilty

Not guilty. I don’t play board games often. I wasn’t into them because I thought they were boring. However, my brother and his fiancée do and my brother has been “forcing” me to play with them. And it’s actually a lot of fun! It definitely depends on the people you play with.

The next poster has played up to 12 hours, nonstop, on a board game.

Nonstop? Not guilty. I have played all-day games of Twilight Imperium before. We all had breakfast together and played until lunch, then took an hour for lunch and finished in time for a late dinner. I think we probably played about 12 hours or so, but not nonstop and at a leisurely pace. 

The next person has played in some kind of official game tournament (videogame or boardgame and an actual event, not just a friend's Mario-kart tournament in their basement)

Not guilty. My main group is almost 10 years strong now, my first all female RPG group! But I've been playing in various local groups pretty consistently since middle school, and no, I'm not going to admit how many years it's been!

 

The next person finds certain topics easier to rp online rather than in person.

Not guilty. I make an effort to develop characters with diverse personalities for various storylines so that I’m not role playing as the same type of character. It will become too boring if I don’t.

The next poster likes to keep things nice and tidy and trimmed, maybe even bare, downstairs. (No, I don’t mean the living room. I mean your nether regions. GAWD, get your mind IN the gutter.)

Unfortunately not guilty, but I did want to do it for a long time. For some reason I just have no funny bald people I know, who won't beat me up afterwards. Or at least laugh while doing it.
