[Fu4Gm/F/Fb/A] An idea about a trained youngster

So I have had this idea for a while but haven't really found a good place to post it. Basics are that I would like to play a futanari loli in a world where futanari are seen as something supernatural, a bit more than human. Something almost to be worshiped.

But the main spice of this plot is where your character comes in. I am thinking an older family figure, either a mother or sissy father preferably. Who wants to train my character to be the most dominant, potent, powerful breeder in the world. Depending on the setting this can have additional bits to it, like in a modern setting it could just be drugs and vitamins, a scifi setting it could be full on gene enhancement or cybernetic enhancement, and for fantasy some magical modifications to the body.
