The St Louis Correctional Facility for Women was pretty much what one would expect with women's prisons. First accepting inmates in 1902,it started out actually as a men's prison until the number of female lawbreakers increased to the point that the male population was transferred out, certain bathroom updates accomplished and the facility took in it's first female inmates in 1928. Alright, come one, come all to the "Oh Dear God Why" corner of EcchiDreams! The rules are simple: 1) Any dreamer comes up with a conundrum that directly affects Rucio (Example: becoming a penguin). 2) That same dreamer can choose to create the way to reverse the conundrum or defer it to a dreamer of their choosing.
