Black Crusade Reboot Discussion Thread!

A place to discuss characters/creation, plots, ooc stuff and the like. With this reboot you will have much more narrative freedom then a normal ttrpg and may tell your own dark tales of the forty first millennium. When there is a difference of opinion about how a story should go or conflict between the players try to work it out yourselves but I will step in as the final authority if I need to.

I, for one, was enjoying the old story. It looks like Rage is back to lay waste with Promethium and Reaper cannon.

I'd like to recycle Ruva and am currently working on a post where she has returned to Nightbourne Conqueror and is coming to the bridge to meet Kantos after leaving a century or so ago in pursuit of arcane power.

Go to the topic and in the manage club menu there's an Edith This Forum option.

Should be able to rename it there.

I have a few questions to try and help me decide if I want to try this out.

• What are the limitations?
• How well do I need to know this universe to participate?
• How big emphasis is there on dark stuff?
• Are imperials able to interact with xenos without blasting them to bits?

@JennyDK Black Crusade is about the forces of Chaos, the Empire of Man are the enemies. We won't kill xenos just for being xenos but will happily kill, enslave or ally with them depending on what's expedient, profitable and available.

@JennyDK the player characters in Black Crusade are the heretics and Chaos Space Marines the Commissars and Adepts Sororitas fight. The only way one of those characters could interact with the existing character's without attacking them would be if they were a traitor to the Imperium.

Yep. Maybe got greedy and thought she should be a planetary governor or chief of staff on Terra but the higher ups stripped her of her command for treason or something.

Yeah sisters of battle are not known for any real corruption last I checked. Also love their new models. I for one, if able, would like to play a fallen dark angel. Always enjoyed their original black look mix with the deep green.

I'd say that since it's not a GW sanctioned event she can run with a corrupted Sister if she wants.
